Abstract

Description

在小船和舰艇中,特别是在单螺旋桨船中都存在着螺旋桨不均匀的来流问题;也就是说,螺旋桨的来流就其强度和方向而言在螺旋桨圆周面范围内总是明显不同的。这是由于在螺旋桨前面的相对螺旋桨轴线为不同形状的船体环流引起的。
从这种不均匀性所造成的于推进的不利因素然而是很多的,这就形成创建本发明的诱因。被看作缺陷的是:
a)在产生推力作用中的损失,因为螺旋桨不处在最佳可能的迎角下工作;
b)振动,它是由于螺旋桨旋转时处于不均匀来流的螺旋桨桨叶引起的。由此在螺旋桨表面和船的外壳上形成周期性的压力冲击;
c)在螺旋桨桨叶上的气蚀和腐蚀;
d)螺旋桨的噪声。
为避免这些缺点所采取的措施实际上仅仅公知的是,在紧靠螺旋桨前面和船体的附加结构区域中并在直接邻近于螺旋桨处设置有导面或导管。例如参见DE-PS2,441,556。
与此已知的直接在螺旋桨前面的导向鳍和导管相反,按照发明要求建议,对朝向螺旋桨流动的水流在运离螺旋桨的前面就施加影响,因为这样可以通过较小的转角和较小的阻力实现相同的效果。
因此,本发明的目的是一象权利要求中所述的那样,在远离螺旋浆的前面就对螺旋浆来流施加影响,同时,在螺旋桨前面大约船长的1/3~1/4处安置导向鳍。
该鳍应当按照从属权利要求来构成,即鳍的定位能够相对水流方向而改变,以使在不同的船速和吃水深度时总能产生最好的螺旋浆来流。
此外还有一个可能是,该鳍与一个装置相连接,它能随着波浪情况对鳍进行调节,以便使导向鳍在波浪中产生一种横摇阻尼作用。
另外的有利方案是,一个或者多个鳍仅仅安装在一个船侧边上,依此形成一种来流,它在右舷边的情况就不同于左舷边的情况,这样人们可以抵消公知的螺旋桨推力的不对称性。
在具有隧腔尾和凸尾的细长船情况下,该鳍可以按桥接方式安装在限定隧腔的边缘和龙骨之间。
最后,在所有情况下,该鳍均可以制成带可调褶翼的固定鳍。

Claims (6)

1、一种在尾部螺旋桨的前面具有导向鳍的水上运输工具,其特征在于,该导向鳍(2,4,5)安装在远离螺旋桨的前面,也就是说,安装在螺旋桨之前大约是该船长的1/3到1/4处。
2、按权利要求1的水上运输工具,其特征在于,在舷侧船底下面的导向鳍是如此设置和调节的,该导向鳍在水中运行时,使在螺旋桨圆周面内的尽可能大的水量得以引导和导水在最佳的迎角上,以改善螺旋桨的效率。
3、按权利要求1或2的水上运输工具,其特征在于,该鳍的调节按如下变化,即该鳍可根据需要作为稳定鳍来使用。
4、按权利要求1或2的水上运输工具,其特征在于,一个或多个鳍仅仅安装在水上运输工具的一个舷侧上。
5、按权利要求1至3之一的水上运输工具,其特征在于,该鳍(4)成桥形地安装在一个有隧腔尾的船后部(图2a,2b)下方。
6、按权利要求1至3之一的水上运输工具,其特征在于,该鳍(5)是固定的,但设有一个可动的襟翼(6)。
