Abstract
改性氯氧镁板材制品,属新型建筑材料领域,选用粉煤灰、氧化镁、氯化镁和改性外加剂组成:该板具有质轻、高强、耐水不变形可钉、可锯、可刨的特点。可制作夹板门、家具、保温活动房板、圆孔或无孔隔墙板,该板与菱镁板相比,菱镁板在水中浸泡半年强度只有原强度的11%,而改性氯氧镁板材,在水中浸泡半年强度可达原强度的94%,不存在变形翘曲返卤现象。
Description
改性氯氧镁板材制品属新型建筑材料领域。
改性氯氧镁板材制品原料成分(1)是以热电厂锅炉烟道中收捕沉降的粉煤灰为主,占总成分40%,(2)轻烧镁粉占25%,(3)氯化镁水溶液(波美度20℃)占20%,(4)改性外加剂占15%,以上原料混合在一起调成糊状的料浆后,发生化学反应,抹在玻璃布上面,或喷涂在玻璃布上,凝固后生成水硬性的物质,经过喷射、冷压、浇注三种工艺方法就可形成板材。
该板具有质轻、高强、耐水、不变形、可钉、可锯、可刨的特点。用途非常广泛,2-3mm的薄板可制作成夹板门、防盗门的板面,代替传统的三合板或纤维板,钢板,也可制作成厨房家具、吊柜,代替中密度板,或刨花板。同时也可与聚苯乙烯泡沫复合,制作成保温复合板,用于墙体,外墙内保温,隔断墙板。也可制作保温活动房和阳台门芯板。
改性氯氧镁板材制品,与其他板材比较有很多优点:与石膏板相比容重轻,石膏板容重900Kg/m3,而改性氯氧镁板材容重500Kg/m3,抗水性强,防水石膏板在水中经不起24h的浸泡,改性氯氧镁板材可在水中浸泡三个月强度保持不变。与菱镁板相比,菱镁板在水中浸泡半年强度只有原强度的11%,而改性氯氧镁板材的水中浸泡半年强度达原强度94%,菱镁板的性质不稳定,受潮返卤翘曲变形。而改性氯氧镁板不变形,可做成2米长,1米宽,2mm厚的薄板单独使用,不存在变形翘曲返卤现象。
改性氯氧镁板材制品原料配方比例按100份计算:
粉煤灰40份(含二氧化硅50%以上,细度R80筛余量7.6%)
轻烧镁粉25份(含镁量85%以上)
氯化镁溶液20份(波美度20℃)
改性外加剂15份,改性外加剂由磷酸、硫酸亚铁、氧化钙、聚醋酸乙烯组成。改性外加剂重量按100%计算:
其中磷酸占30%,硫酸亚铁占5%,氧化钙45%,聚醋酸乙烯20%(含固量50%)
改性氯氧镁板材制作工艺A、喷射法,B、冷压法,C、浇注法。
以上三种工艺,不同的工艺可生产出不同形状的产品。
A、喷射工艺
采用螺杆式砂浆喷射泵,LSB-1.2型,河南渭河市建筑机械厂出品。喷射工艺参故如下:

按上述配方调好料浆入泵内,选用塑料模板,模板上面抹上脱模油,将玻璃布平铺在模板上,用喷枪直接往玻璃布上面喷料浆,如需2mm厚度的板,喷完第一层玻璃布时,再加一层玻璃布,每增加1mm的厚度,就加一层玻璃布,经4-8小时化学反应,就可硬化脱模,修边后就形成板材。
B、压力成型
压力成型是用来制作10-60mm空心隔板或保温板,各种门板(夹板门、防盗门)的板面及家具,压力成型是一次成型。
制作方法:将塑料模板放在一个平台上面,持上脱模油,将玻璃布平铺在模板上,把料浆按上述配方配好,倒在玻璃布上面抹平,这时将木框架子放在抹好的模板上面,木框架子的厚度决定成品的厚度。木框内填好,聚苯乙烯泡沫或瓦楞纸网格(见附图一),取另一块塑料模板用同样方法铺玻璃布,抹平料浆,将二块模板上下一合中间夹心聚
苯乙烯泡沫或瓦楞纸网格,送去加压,经4-8小时凝固后,上下一体,修边就形成内夹心聚苯保温板,内夹心瓦楞纸的空心夹板门(见工艺流程附图三),加压的方法可使用压力机,也可用土办法,上下模板合在一起后,上面放一块大板加压,同时用丝杆螺丝紧扣的办法加压,压力不小于一吨的压力。
C、改性氯氧镁板材制品用浇注工艺成型
主要是生产空心隔墙板或轻质隔墙板。现代化的高层楼需要用大量的隔墙板,要求具有容重小、强度高、抗冲击、隔音、隔热、不燃等性能,为了加工和安装又要求其可钉、可刨、可锯,隔墙板分为有孔板和无孔板二种形状。制作方法选用60mm角铁做模边在平台上面放一块塑料板,角铁按规格尺寸码好,二边留有圆孔插入圆钢管,将料浆按上述配方配好,浇注在模芯中经4-8小时就可凝固脱模,抽出钢管就形成有孔圆孔板(见说明书附图二),模芯中不放入钢管,放入轻质材料聚苯乙烯泡沫,或珍珠岩填芯,可形成无孔轻质隔墙板。
Claims (2)
1、一种改性氯氧镁板材制品,以氧化镁氯化镁为胶结料,玻璃布为骨架,粉煤灰为填料,原料配方比例:粉煤灰40份(含二氧化硅50%以上)R80筛余量,轻烧镁粉25份,(含镁量85%以上),氯化镁水溶液20份(波美度20℃)改性外加剂15份,板材中间可用包括瓦楞纸(蜂窝纸)或聚苯乙烯泡沫,珍珠岩填芯,其特征在于改性外加剂由磷酸、硫酸亚铁、氧化钙、聚醋酸乙烯组成,外加剂总量按100份计算,磷酸占30%,硫酸亚铁5%,氧化钙45%,聚醋酸乙烯20%(含固量50%)。
2、权利要求1所述的改性氯氧镁板材制品用于制造夹板门、防盗门、厨房家具、吊柜、保温板、活动房板、门芯板、隔墙板,其结构是二面板材中间可用瓦楞纸,聚苯乙烯泡沫或珍珠岩填芯。
