一种隔音泡沫塑料,包括有按重量计的如下组分:聚醚多元醇30~40份、异氰酸酯40~45份、发泡剂8~12份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1~0.5份、丙二酮0.4~0.8份、异戊烷3~6份、稳定剂2~4份、无机隔音材料10~20份。所述的聚醚多元醇的分子量在400~800之间。所述异氰酸酯选用TDI或者MDI。所述发泡剂为二氯一氟乙烷或者一氯二氟乙烷。所述稳定剂为硅油。所述无机隔音材料为硫酸钡、铅粉、铁粉、硅藻土中的一种或几种。本发明提供的隔音泡沫塑料,通过在普通泡沫塑料配方的基础上,添加无机隔音材料,使泡沫塑料具有较强的隔音性能。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种隔音泡沫塑料,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着城市化的进展,城市人口密度越来越大,人们生活水平的提高,私家车也越来越多,由于机动车辆数目的迅速增加,使得交通噪声成为城市的主要噪声源。此外,众多商家为了吸引顾客,采用高音喇叭播放音乐,也是噪音的重要来源。城市噪音已经越来越多的影响着我们的生活。噪音的恶性刺激,严重影响我们的睡眠质量,并会导致头晕、头痛、失眠、多梦、记忆力减退、注意力不集中等神经衰弱症状和恶心、欲吐、胃痛、腹胀、食欲呆滞等消化道症状。
为了降低噪音对我们日常生活的影响,在建筑物中,采取的措施主要是隔声和吸声。隔声就是将声源隔离,防止声源产生的噪声向室内传播。在马路两旁种树,对两侧住宅就可以起到隔声作用。在建筑物中将多层密实材料用多孔材料分隔而做成的夹层结构,也会起到很好的隔声效果。为消除噪声,常用的吸声材料主要是多孔吸声材料,如玻璃棉、矿棉、膨胀珍珠岩、穿孔吸声板等。材料的吸声性能决定于它的粗糙性、柔性、多孔性等因素。
泡沫塑料也叫多孔塑料,以树脂为主要原料制成的内部具有无数微孔的塑料,具有质轻、绝热、防震、耐腐蚀的作用,广泛用做包装材料及制车船壳体等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔音泡沫塑料,通过在普通泡沫塑料配方的基础上,添加无机隔音材料,使泡沫塑料具有较强的隔音性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种隔音泡沫塑料,包括有按重量计的如下组分:聚醚多元醇30~40份、异氰酸酯40~45份、发泡剂8~12份、二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.1~0.5份、丙二酮0.4~0.8份、异戊烷3~6份、稳定剂2~4份、无机隔音材料10~20份。
所述的聚醚多元醇的分子量在400~800之间。
所述异氰酸酯选用TDI或者MDI。
所述发泡剂为二氯一氟乙烷或者一氯二氟乙烷。
所述稳定剂为硅油。
所述无机隔音材料为硫酸钡、铅粉、铁粉、硅藻土中的一种或几种。
制备方法:将聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、丙二酮混合均匀,溶解,然后依次加入发泡剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、异戊烷、稳定剂、无机隔音材料搅拌均匀,进行发泡,然后在150-170度条件下熟化10-30分钟,得到隔音泡沫,最后送入单螺杆挤出机,热熔挤出包装即得隔音泡沫塑料。
本发明提供的隔音泡沫塑料,通过在普通泡沫塑料配方的基础上,添加无机隔音材料,使泡沫塑料具有较强的隔音性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种隔音泡沫塑料,包括有按重量计的如下组分:聚醚多元醇(分子量为400) 30份、异氰酸酯TDI40份、发泡剂二氯一氟乙烷8份、二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.1份、丙二酮0.8份、异戊烷6份、稳定剂硅油2份、无机隔音材料硫酸钡5份、铅粉5份。
实施例2:
一种隔音泡沫塑料,包括有按重量计的如下组分:聚醚多元醇(分子量为800) 40份、异氰酸酯MDI45份、发泡剂一氯二氟乙烷2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.5份、丙二酮0.4份、异戊烷3份、稳定剂硅油4份、无机隔音材料铁粉10份、硅藻土10份。
性能测试
将以上实施例所得的隔音泡沫塑料进行相关测试,以不添加无机隔音材料的作为对照,实验结果如下表

以上隔音系数照GBT23451-2009检测;
隔声量测试条件为试样厚度3.0 cm,声源频率 350 Hz,可以看出,添加了无机隔音材料的实施例中的隔音泡沫塑料隔声效果好。

1.一种隔音泡沫塑料,包括有按重量计的如下组分:聚醚多元醇30~40份、异氰酸酯40~45份、发泡剂8~12份、二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.1~0.5份、丙二酮0.4~0.8份、异戊烷3~6份、稳定剂2~4份、无机隔音材料10~20份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音泡沫塑料,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇的分子量在400~800之间。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的隔音泡沫塑料,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯选用TDI或者MDI。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔音泡沫塑料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为二氯一氟乙烷或者一氯二氟乙烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔音泡沫塑料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为硅油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隔音泡沫塑料,其特征在于:所述无机隔音材料为硫酸钡、铅粉、铁粉、硅藻土中的一种或几种。
