技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃窗,尤其是一种双层玻璃窗。
背景技术
现今双层玻璃窗由于具有隔热、保温性能好、密封性能好等优点得到广泛应用。现有技术的双层玻璃是由两层平板玻璃和外框构成,两层玻璃之间通过夹设的铝隔条分隔出空腔体,铝隔条通过中空胶与玻璃沾合,干燥剂散落于空腔体底部,这样中空玻璃窗比普通的玻璃窗具有更好的保温,隔热和隔声性能。现有技术存在的问题是现有双层玻璃窗在玻璃周边包覆有较大外框,外框使用大量的型材,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够节省材料,隔热、隔音且密封效果好的双层玻璃窗。
本发明的技术方案是:一种双层玻璃窗,包括双层玻璃和设置于双层玻璃两侧内部的加强内框,所述双层玻璃之间设有真空层,所述加强内框包括内置干燥剂的腔体和开口向墙体的C型槽,所述加强内框通过中空胶与两侧玻璃粘接。
优选地,所述C型槽与墙板端部纵向凹槽对应,该对应槽内放置定位铝料。
优选地,所述加强内框通过螺钉与墙板端面连接。
优选地,所述玻璃为钢化玻璃。
本发明的优点是:
1.双层玻璃窗整体通过螺钉与墙板连接,并且利用铝料定位,保证了位置的准确性,安装方便且连接紧密。
2.双层玻璃窗包括双层玻璃和设置于双层玻璃两侧内部的加强内框,省去外框使用的大量型材,降低成本。
3.双层玻璃之间设有真空层,提高了双层玻璃窗的隔热、隔音以及密封性。

实施例:如图1所示,一种双层玻璃窗,包括双层玻璃1和设置于双层玻璃两侧内部的加强内框,双层玻璃之间设有真空层2,加强内框包括内置干燥剂的腔体3和开口向墙体的C型槽4,加强内框通过中空胶5与两侧玻璃1粘接。C型槽4与墙板6端部纵向凹槽对应,该对应槽内放置定位铝料7,加强内框通过螺钉8与墙板6端面连接,并且利用铝料定位,保证了位置的准确性,安装方便且连接紧密。玻璃1为钢化玻璃。
本发明双层玻璃窗,省去外框使用的大量型材,降低了成本,并且双层玻璃1之间设有真空层2,提高了双层玻璃窗的隔热、隔音以及密封性。

1.一种双层玻璃窗,包括双层玻璃和设置于双层玻璃两侧内部的加强内框,其特征在于,所述双层玻璃之间设有真空层,所述加强内框包括内置干燥剂的腔体和开口向墙体的C型槽,所述加强内框通过中空胶与两侧玻璃粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层玻璃窗,其特征在于,所述C型槽与墙板端部纵向凹槽对应,该对应槽内放置定位铝料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层玻璃窗,其特征在于,所述加强内框通过螺钉与墙板端面连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层玻璃窗,其特征在于,所述玻璃为钢化玻璃。
