通过将可处理包囊的形状构造为像例如小球一样、或替换地像截头圆锥或棱锥一样来将出口区域的表面积最大化是有利的。在这些示例性的实施例中,所得到的三维物体的基部的表面积增加,从而提高了包囊的排流(draining)。当可处理包囊的形状构造为小球那样时,在入口区域与出口区域之间的流体的路径被最小化,这可以减少包囊中流体的优先路径发生的几率。当可处理包囊的形状被构造为截头圆锥或棱锥那样时,基本上从圆锥或棱锥的顶点进入包囊的流体可以具有喷淋效果,这实质上减少了包囊中的流体优先路径发生的几率。
此外,前述的包囊的成形可能性与使用可位移本体的开口功能结合在一起可以减小流体的足够用于制备饮料的最小必需压力。相对于现有技术中已知的系统,这具有减小根据本发明的系统的能量消耗的效果。
在根据本发明的系统的另一个实施例中,出口区域可以设置在所述腔室的盖中或附近,其中入口区域可以设置在所述腔室的底部中或附近。这种构造可以具有包囊制造简易的优点。例如,当腔室具有桶状形状时,桶的底部可以被用来供应流体,其中桶的上部可以被盖覆盖,其中盖材料可以具有与用于所述桶状形状的至少壁部的材料不同的固有机械强度。当包囊被设计为在使用期间被横向夹持时,这种布置也会是有利的。
在根据本发明的系统的一个实施例中,可位移本体包括设计成与内部本体配合操作的外部致动器,内部本体设置在所述腔室内,优选地与入口区域和/或出口区域相接触。
据发现,提供内装式(build-in)布置是有利的,在所述内装式布置中,内部本体位于所述腔室中且即将适当地位移以便在出口区域中提供多个预定的开口。应当了解,这种内部本体可以基本上是固体的或中空的。例如,该内部本体可以包括具有肉眼可见的横截面的末端部。替换地,所述内部本体可以包括具有微观横截面的一个或多个伸出部,例如,大约或者小于1平方毫米。

例如,外部致动器可以由可以是双稳态的可变形箔(foil)带或类似物支撑。结果,防止了外部致动装置与包囊之间的意外接合。此外,由于双稳态性,所述致动器设计为在与可位移本体相互作用后停留在收回状态。这种布置具有这样的优点:当开口的包囊被处理时,所述致动器不会脱离包囊而导致所述制品泄漏。
在根据本发明的系统的再一个实施例中,外部致动器包括用于将入口区域或出口区域间断的突出部。
提供没有突出部或者具有就只朝向入口区域的突出部的内部本体会是有利的。这个特征基于下面的理解:包囊的腔室可以完全地配备有适合的制品,其中甚至在静止时出口区域和入口区域仍处于机械应力条件下。为了减少在所述腔室的处理期间所述腔室受到不期望的损害的几率,内部本体优选地定位于出口区域和入口区域附近并且与所述出口区域和入口区域相距一定距离。内部本体定位成与出口区域和入口区域相接触甚至也是可能的,但是,设计成只有在内部本体被外部致动器位移之后,出口区域和入口区域才受控地打开。

据发现,为可位移本体选择相对于可提取制品的物质基本上化学惰性的材料是有利的。应当了解,术语“化学惰性”应该被解释为不能与可提取制品和/或流体和/或饮料发生化学反应以形成化学产物。应当了解,饮料可以具有与可提取制品或流体不同的化学性质。特别地,可位移本体的材料在升高的温度下是化学惰性的,例如在90至100℃的范围内。这个特征对于公共安全可能具有特别的重要性。
在根据本发明的系统的再一个实施例中,可位移本体是在流体和/或饮料中是至少部分地可溶解的。例如,可位移本体可以至少部分地由调味料(taste modifier)和/或增味料(taste enhancer)形成。
利用可位移本体直接存在于可提取制品的附近的事实会是有利的。例如,可位移本体可以由可消耗(consumable)物质制备,例如糖或增味料或调味料。此外,可位移本体可以由被固化的液体浓缩物等制成。结果,已经使材料隔离物间断的可位移本体可以溶解,从而为其他普通饮料提供期望的附加味道、风味或其他增添的性质。可位移本体由用来改变流体(例如水)的pH值的物质形成也是可能的。这在在自来水相对于用其准备饮料具有较劣的性质的地区可能是特别有利的。

具体实施方式
图1a-图1c显示了现有技术的使用可提取制品制备预定量的适于消费的饮料的系统101。系统101包括可更换包囊102和设备104。设备104包括用于保持可更换包囊102的接收器106。在图1a-图1c中,为了清楚在包囊102与接收器106之间画出了间隙。应当了解,在使用中包囊102可以与接收器106相接触。通常地,接收器106具有与包囊102的形状互补的形状。设备104还包括流体分配装置108,所述流体分配装置用于在例如9巴的压力下将一定量的流体(比如水)供应至可更换包囊102。此外,可以提供出口装置109,以用于将流体从包囊102提供至比如杯子的容器。
在显示在图1a-图1c中的系统101中,可更换包囊102包括周向壁110、在第一端114处封闭周向壁110的底部112、以及在与底部112相对的第二端118处封闭周向壁110的盖116。周向壁110、底部112和盖116包围包含可提取制品(未示出)的内部空间120。
图1a-图1c的系统101包括用以刺穿包囊102的底部穿刺装置122。图1a显示了在缩回位置中的底部穿刺装置122。图1b显示了在延伸位置中的底部穿刺装置122,用于在底部112中形成入口开口124,以通过该入口开口124将流体供应至可提取制品20。在图1a-图1c中,穿刺装置122包括孔126,可以通过该孔将流体供应至容纳在内部空间120中的可提取制品20。图1a-图1c的系统101还包括盖穿刺装置128(这里体现为突出部),所述盖穿刺装置用以刺穿包囊102的盖116。在显示的实施例中,盖穿刺装置128可以形成出口装置109的部件。

包囊102放置在接收器106中(见图1a)。底部穿刺装置被致动以刺穿包囊102的底部112(见图1b),以便形成入口开口124。流体(这里是热水)在压力下通过入口开口124被供应给在内部空间120中的可提取制品。水将浸湿咖啡粉并提取期望的物质以形成咖啡饮料。
在于压力下将水供应至内部空间120的期间,包囊102内部的压力将升高。压力的升高将导致盖板116变形并压靠到盖穿刺装置128上。一旦压力达到一定的水平,将超过盖116的撕裂强度并且所述盖将被盖穿刺装置128撕破,从而形成出口开口130(见图1c)。制备的咖啡将从包囊102经过出口开口130和出口装置109的出口132排出,并且可以被供应给比如杯子的容器(未示出)。
在显示在图1a-图1c中的在系统101中制备饮料的期间,优先流动路径可能存在于包囊102的内部空间120内部的可提取制品中。这些优先路径可以从入口开口124延伸到出口开口130。一个这种可能的优先路径在图1c中用线PP表示出。
图2以示意性的方式显示了根据本发明的一个方面的可处理包囊的一个实施例。视图A示意性地显示了可处理包囊20的横截面视图及其对应的等轴视图,而视图B示意性地显示了刚好在使用前的包囊20a的横截面视图及对应的等轴视图。
参见视图A,可处理包囊20包括腔室22,该腔室用以容纳适合的用于制备饮料的制品(未示出)。腔室22通过结构22a、22b、22c和22d划界,这些结构中的一些可以涉及包囊的外部表面,而另一些可以涉及包囊的内部表面。例如,边界22a、22c可以涉及包囊的外壁,而边界22b、22d可以涉及辅助的箔、膜片、薄纱(tissue)等等。例如,结构22b、22d可以分别涉及出口过滤器和入口过滤器。包囊可以包括另外的外部结构23、24,所述外部结构可以涉及适合的保护层,所述保护层可以由比用于部分22b、22d的材料更加硬质且机械性能上更强的材料来实现。
根据本发明,所述腔室设有可位移本体25、26,所述可位移本体用以以受控的方式提供入口开口和出口开口。根据本发明一个方面的可位移本体包括两个相互配合的部件-外部致动器25和内部本体26,所述内部本体容纳在腔室22中。优选地,内部本体的尺寸构造为与腔室的在流体流动方向上的尺寸基本匹配。
根据本发明,设想了提供入口开口和出口开口的不同方式。第一,内部本体26可以被构造为具有较大的外部横截面的物体,见内部本体26的末端区域26a。末端区域26a可以是基本上扁平的。这对于在仅仅处理包囊的期间防止腔室22的意外损坏会是有利的,这与层22b的有目的间断不相关。当内部本体26a的一部分是扁平的并且覆盖较大的区域(该区域是与出口区域的表面积相当的区域),例如,外部致动器25可以形成有突出部28,所述突出部用以与区域26a配合操作以刺穿出口区域22b。末端区域26a在这种情况下作为对致动器25的支撑结构以使得能够实现受控的穿刺。
第二,内部本体的末端部26a可以包括伸出部27。应当了解,伸出部可以设置为从基部26a延伸相当距离的独立元件。替换地,所述伸出部可以是块状(massive)基部的微观伸出部,见图3。当内部本体26被外部致动器25推动时,所述内部本体朝向入口区域22d位移,从而以受控的方式间断所述入口区域。
第三,内部本体26在它的面向出口区域22b和入口区域22d的两个外表面处都包括伸出部或突出部是可能的。在这种情况下,由于通过内部本体的突出部实现了出口区域22b的受控的间断,因此外部致动器25可以设有突出部,或者可以是基本上扁平的。如果外部致动器25设有突出部28,则突出部28优选地相对于内部本体26的对应突出部位移。
将内部本体26在其末端区域的其中一个处的形状构造为扁平的可能是有利的。例如,一旦存储,内部本体26就可以通过其扁平的末端区域安置在出口区域22b上。如果内部本体为重量轻的构件以并且如果内部本体的表面积相当大,则这种布置可以代表安全的“暂泊(parking)”布置,该布置在贮存期间具有最小的腔室意外损坏伤的风险。
视图B以示意性的方式描绘了在外部致动器已经压靠在内部本体26上的情况下可处理包囊20a的横截面视图。结果,内部本体27的突出部将入口区域22d’间断,出口区域22b’被外部致动器的突出部间断。
优选地,外部致动器可移动地附接至包囊,其中附接构件(例如桥29a、29b)被实现为双稳态结构,具有用于延伸状态的第一稳定位置(显示在视图A中)和用于收回状态的第二稳定位置(见视图B)。结果,腔室22能够让适当的流体经过它的内部容积,如由F1、F2示意性地示出。应当了解,术语流体可以涉及至少用来制备饮料的流体和所述饮料。
应当了解,内部本体26的尺寸可以构造为只将内部腔室的壁间断,如在视图B的右边部分示意性地示出的。当期望出口区域之后的一个或多个结构保持完好时,这会是有利的。例如,包囊30的外表面可以形成为过滤器区域30a,在腔室打开后,不应该使所述过滤器区域破裂或者在其他情况下变形。在过滤器30a与包囊的外表面对应的情况下,过滤器区域可以被剥离的箔(未示出)保护。
还应当了解,外部致动器31可以设有适当数量的开口32,以允许流体流入或饮料从腔室流出。在所述腔室被设计为由加压的流体填充的情况下,优选地,将根据本发明的系统的设备的接收器布置成保持致动器处于收回状态的包囊。例如,接收器的形状可以构造为相当紧密地装配设有致动器处于收回状态的包囊。
图3以示意性的方式显示了容纳在根据本发明的系统的接收器中的图2的可处理包囊。可处理包囊40可以包括与参考图2所论述的类似的元件。但是,在这个示例性的实施例中,设置在腔室22中的内部本体46设有具有侧部开口47的管道45。进入包囊40的流体流F1可以通过自本体46出现的径向流F3而分配在腔室22的内部空间中。根据这个特征,防止在内部空间中形成优先路径。
内部本体46可以包括扁平的末端部41、42,在这种情况下,能够形成肉眼可见的入口开口。替换地,一个或两个末端部41、42可以设有适合的伸出部,以用于提供期望的开口网络。
应当了解,虽然本发明的具体实施例在前文中已经进行了描述,但是本发明可以用与所描述的方式不同的方式实现。此外,参考不同的附图描述的独立的特征可以组合。

Claims (27)

1.使用可提取制品制备预定量的适于消费的饮料的系统,包括:
-至少一个可处理包囊;
-一设备,该设备包括用于将一定量的比如水的流体供应至所述至少一个可处理包囊的流体分配装置、用于容纳所述至少一个可处理包囊的接收器、以及用于将所述饮料供应至比如杯子的容器的出口装置,其中
-所述至少一个可处理包囊包括用于包围包含所述可提取制品的内部空间的腔室,其中所述腔室包括:
i.入口区域,所述入口区域能使所述流体朝向所述内部空间经过,以便与用于制备所述饮料的所述可提取制品相互作用;
ii.出口区域,所述出口区域用于引导所述饮料的至少一部分离开所述包囊;其中
-所述系统进一步被设置为用于:
v.使所述分配装置与所述入口区域流体连通以便供应所述流体;
vi.使所述出口区域能够定位成与所述出口装置流体连通,其中
-所述包囊还包括可位移本体,所述可位移本体设计为与所述入口区域和所述出口区域相互作用以将所述入口区域和所述出口区域间断,从而使所述腔室能够让流体从其中经过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述包囊形成为基本上圆柱状的,包括周向壁、底部和盖。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述出口区域设置在所述包囊的盖中或附近。
4.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述入口区域设置在所述包囊的底部中或附近。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述可位移本体包括设计为与内部本体配合操作的外部致动器,所述内部本体设置在所述腔室中,优选地与所述入口区域和/或所述出口区域接触。

13.根据前述权利要求5至12中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述外部致动器设有用于向所述腔室供应流体或者用于从所述腔室排流的开口。
14.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中,所述接收器的尺寸构造成拒绝容纳具有延伸的致动器的所述包囊。
15.根据前述权利要求5至12中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述内部本体包括设有用于在所述腔室中分配所述流体的侧部开口的管道。
16.根据前述权利要求5至15中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述内部本体相对于所述可提取制品和/或所述流体、和/或所述饮料是化学惰性的。
17.根据前述权利要求5至16中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述内部本体是在所述流体和/或所述饮料中至少部分地可溶解的。
18.根据权利要求17所述的系统,其中,所述内部本体的至少一部分由调味料和/或增味料形成。
19.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述腔室被夹在一个或多个材料层之间。
20.根据权利要求19所述的系统,其中,至少一个材料层包括过滤器。
21.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述出口区域和/或所述入口区域由机械性能弱化的材料制成。
22.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的系统的包囊。
23.根据权利要求22所述的包囊,由可生物降解的材料制成。
24.根据权利要求1至21中任一项所述的系统中的根据权利要求22或23所述的包囊的应用。
25.在系统中使用可提取制品制备预定量的适于消费的饮料的方法,该系统包括:
-至少一个可处理包囊;
-一设备,该设备包括用于将一定量的比如水的流体供应至所述至少一个可处理包囊的流体分配装置、用于容纳所述至少一个可处理包囊的接收器、以及用于将所述饮料供应到比如杯子的容器的出口装置,其中
-所述至少一个可处理包囊设有用于包围包括所述可提取制品的内部空间的腔室,其中所述腔室设有:
i.入口区域,所述入口区域能使所述流体朝向所述内部空间经过,以便与用于制备所述饮料的所述可提取制品相互作用;
ii.出口区域,所述出口区域用于引导所述饮料的至少一部分离开所述包囊;其中
-所述系统进一步被设置为用于:
vii.使所述分配装置与所述入口区域流体连通以便供应所述流体;
viii.使所述出口区域能够被定位成与所述出口装置流体连通,
所述方法包括以下步骤:
-致动设置所述包囊的可位移本体,以使所述可位移本体与所述出口区域和所述入口区域相互作用,以便使所述腔室能够让流体从其中经过。
26.根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述可位移本体的至少一部分设置在所述腔室中。
