Abstract
本发明涉及对现有丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯生产工艺的改进。在目前的丙炳酸甲、乙酯生产过程中有0.7~1%的丙烯酸随废水排出,造成一定损失。本发明的要点是改变进入闪蒸塔的回流液组成,从而降低或根除闪蒸塔顶馏出物带出的丙烯酸。采用本发明,测得废水中总酸量可降低数百倍以上,一套能力为2000公斤/时的生产装置,每年可回收价值约150万元的丙烯酸,并减少数万吨废水,节约上百吨蒸汽,经济效益十分显著,也为三废治理带来很大便利。
Description
本发明属于对现有丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯生产方法的改进。
目前,丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯的生产方法是将丙烯酸和甲醇或乙醇在反应器1中进行液相酯化反应,由反应器1出来的反应液进入常压闪蒸塔2,该塔通过再沸器4加热,含有丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯、甲醇或乙醇、水的馏出物以气相从闪蒸塔2顶部馏出,进入脱重组分塔3,除去重组分丙烯酸后,由塔顶出来的反应生成液,一部分送往萃取塔,经萃取、精馏后得到高纯度的丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯,一部分作为回流液返回闪蒸塔2。根据实际操作分析,一套2000公斤/时的生产装置,每小时约有10公斤的丙烯酸随馏出物从闪蒸塔2顶部馏出进入脱重组分塔3,尔后随废水排出送往废水处理装置,一方面损失了大量的丙烯酸,同时需耗费大量的碱来中和,极不经济。
本发明的目的是在原有生产方法的基础上对生产装置不作大的改动,力求降低或根除闪蒸塔顶馏出物中带出的丙烯酸,以减少生产过程中丙烯酸的损失。
本发明是通过改变进入闪蒸塔的回流液组成,增加回流液中丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯的浓度来达到此目的。当丙烯酸酯的浓度增加后,共沸的作用使醇和水更易于从闪蒸塔顶馏出,而由于传质传热的结果,在闪蒸塔内的重组分丙烯酸不易从塔顶馏出而降至塔底。本发明的具体实施方案如
下,从闪蒸塔2顶部馏出的含丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯、水、甲醇或乙醇的馏出物经过换热器5后进入贮槽7,然后由泵8直接送往萃取塔。重新配制进入闪蒸塔2的回流液,使其组成中丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯的浓度高于闪蒸塔2顶部馏出物中该酯的浓度,将改变组成后的回流液用泵11送入闪蒸塔2回流。
实施例1:采用附图2所示的生产工艺。闪蒸塔2内塔顶温度79℃,塔釜温度94℃,回流量0.7m3/hr,回流液组成为(重量百分数):丙烯酸甲酯81.81%,甲醇2.16%,水3.70%,其它12.33%,分析脱重组分塔3的釜出,总酸量为0.0021%(Wt)。
采用附图1所示的生产工艺,其它条件不变,回流液组成为(重量百分数):丙烯酸甲酯72.91%,甲醇21.49%,水4.84%,其它0.76%,分析脱重组分塔3的釜出,总酸量为0.71%(Wt)。
实施例2:采用附图2所示的生产工艺,闪蒸塔2内塔顶温度80℃,塔釜温度94℃,回流量0.67m3/hr,回流液组成为(重量百分数):丙烯酸乙酯92.45%,乙醇0.17%,水2.33%,其它5.05%,分析脱重组分塔的釜出,总酸量为0.0018%(Wt)。
采用附图1所示的工艺,其它条件不变,回流液组成为(重量百分数):丙烯酸乙酯64.96%,乙醇22.27%,水12.30%,其它0.47%,分析脱重组分塔3的釜出,总酸量为0.89%(Wt)。
本发明的优点是,投资极少,不需添置复杂设备,由于改变了闪蒸塔的回流液组成,大大降低了丙烯酸随馏出物从闪蒸塔顶部排出量。采用原生产工艺。排出废水中总酸约占0.7~1%(Wt),采用本发明后,其量降低数百倍以上,一套能力为2000公斤/时的丙烯酸甲、乙酯生产装置,每年可回收价值约150万元/年的丙烯酸,经济效益十分显著,也为三废治理带来很大便利。采用本发明后还可省去脱重组分塔,缩短生产流程,因此每年可减少数万吨废水,节约上万吨蒸汽。

Claims (1)
1、一种丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯的生产方法,包括如下主要步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸和甲醇或乙醇在反应器1中进行液相酯化反应;
(2)由反应器1出来的反应液进入常压闪蒸塔2,通过再沸器4加热;
(3)含有丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯、水、甲醇或乙醇的馏出物以气相从闪蒸塔2顶部馏出进入脱重组分塔3;
(4)除去重组分丙烯酸后,由脱重组分塔3顶部出来的反应生成液,一部分送往萃取塔,经萃取,精馏后得到高纯度的丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯,一部分作为回流液返回闪蒸塔2。
