Abstract

本发明公开一种LED双通道散热灯,包括灯头,散热壳体,灯罩,LED光源基体。在灯头、散热壳体、灯罩的中间均加工有通孔,LED光源基体呈圆环状,灯头通过螺纹与散热壳体成固定连接,所述散热壳体再通过螺纹与灯罩连接,并将LED光源基体固紧在散热壳体和灯罩之间。本发明的LED双通道散热灯具有散热快、体积小、安装方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,尤其是指一种LED双通道散热灯。
背景技术
众所周知,LED灯是一种新型的节能型光源,目前已有的LED灯散热一般采用在灯的外圆面增加散热片来解决LED灯的散热问题,但效果不理想,且整个LED灯的体积也比较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服背景技术中的不足,提供一种LED双通道散热灯,这种LED双通道散热灯,在采用外侧散热片散热的同时,还通过内孔通道散热,形成双通道散热模式,散热快,增加了LED灯的寿命,且整灯体积小,安装方便。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明的LED双通道散热灯,包括灯头,散热壳体,灯罩,LED光源基体。在灯头、散热壳体、灯罩的中间均加工有通孔,LED光源基体呈圆环状,灯头通过螺纹与散热壳体成固定连接,所述散热壳体再通过螺纹与灯罩连接,并将LED光源基体固紧在散热壳体和灯罩之间。所述的散热壳体呈园台状,上端直径与灯头的外端直径相当,下端直径与灯罩的大端直径相当,散热壳体的内孔及外圆面均加工有呈放射状布置的散热片。所述灯罩呈半球壳体状,且在底部加工有一圆环状凸起,凸起的顶部外侧加工有螺纹。
本发明的LED双通道散热灯具有散热快、体积小、安装方便等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明的LED双通道散热灯,包括灯头1,散热壳体2,灯罩3,LED光源基体4;所述灯头1、散热壳体2、灯罩3的中间均有通孔,所述LED光源基体4呈圆环状,所述灯头1通过螺纹与散热壳体2成固定连接,所述散热壳体2再通过螺纹与灯罩3连接,并将LED光源基体4固紧在散热壳体2和灯罩3之间。
所述散热壳体2呈园台状,上端直径与灯头1的外端直径相当,下端直径与灯罩3的大端直径相当。
所述散热壳体2的内孔及外圆面均加工有呈放射状布置的散热片5。
所述灯罩3呈半球壳体状,且在底部有一圆环状凸起,凸起的顶部外侧加工有螺纹。

1.LED双通道散热灯,包括灯头(1),散热壳体(2),灯罩(3),LED光源基体(4);其特征在于:所述灯头(1)、散热壳体(2)、灯罩(3)的中间均有通孔,所述LED光源基体(4)呈圆环状,所述灯头(1)通过螺纹与散热壳体(2)成固定连接,所述散热壳体(2)再通过螺纹与灯罩(3)连接,并将LED光源基体(4)固紧在散热壳体(2)和灯罩(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED双通道散热灯,其特征在于:所述散热壳体(2)呈园台状,上端直径与灯头(1)的外端直径相当,下端直径与灯罩(3)的大端直径相当。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED双通道散热灯,其特征在于:所述散热壳体(2)的内孔及外圆面均加工有呈放射状布置的散热片(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED双通道散热灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(3)呈半球壳体状,且在底部有一圆环状凸起,凸起的顶部外侧加工有螺纹。
