本发明涉及一种化学除垢剂，具体是一种金属表面清洗除垢剂，适于金属表面的清理。
背景技术
目前的除垢剂品种繁多，但是在生产过程中或使用过程中大都有环境污染，致使其使用受到限制。
发明内容
为解决已有技术的上述问题，本发明提供一种金属表面清洗除垢剂及制备方法。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的：一种金属表面清洗除垢剂，其特征是由下述重量份的原料制成：
碳酸钠15-20份
三聚磷酸钠35-40份
磷酸酯2-3份
六水合三聚磷酸钠8-11
壬基酚乙氧基化合物1-2份
磷酸钠(晶体)7-8份
五水硅酸钠6-7份
去垢剂混合物6份
三聚磷酸钠10份。
一种金属表面清洗除垢剂的制备方法，其特征是把纯碱和三聚磷酸钠先混合；然后缓慢地加入磷酸酯，边加边搅拌，直到溶解均匀为止；然后加入六水合三聚物；再加入壬基酚乙氧苛化合物，并边加边搅拌得混合物；将混合物干燥；添加磷酸钠、硅酸钠和去垢剂混合物，并且边加边搅拌；最后加入粉状三聚磷酸钠。
本发明的应用效果是：除垢剂在使用过程中无毒无味，清洗效果好。

碳酸钠15份  三聚磷酸钠40份  磷酸酯份2  六水合三聚磷酸钠10份  壬基酚乙氧基化合物2份  磷酸钠(晶体)7.8份五水硅酸钠7份  去垢剂混合物6份  三聚磷酸钠10份。
制备方法，先把纯碱和三聚磷酸钠混合；然后缓慢地加入磷酸酯，边加边搅拌，直到溶解均匀为止；然后加入六水合三聚物；再加入壬基酚乙氧苛化合物，并边加边搅拌得混合物；将混合物干燥；添加磷酸钠、硅酸钠和去垢剂混合物，并且边加边搅拌；最后加入粉状三聚磷酸钠。

碳酸钠15-20份
三聚磷酸钠35-40份
磷酸酯2-3份
六水合三聚磷酸钠8-11
壬基酚乙氧基化合物1-2份
磷酸钠(晶体)7-8份
五水硅酸钠6-7份
去垢剂混合物6份
三聚磷酸钠10份。
