Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de secado por aspersión para la preparación de un polvo de detergente secado por aspersión con una densidad aparente de 426 g/I o menos, en donde el polvo de detergente secado por aspersión comprende un surfactante detergente aniónico y de 0 % en peso a 10 % en peso de un aditivo de zeolita y de 0 % en peso a 10 % en peso de aditivo de fosfato y en donde el proceso comprende el paso de:(a) preparar una lechada acuosa adecuada para secar por aspersión que comprende de 30% en peso a 60 % en peso de agua y de 40 % en peso a 70% en peso de material no acuoso, en donde el material no acuoso comprende un componente inorgánico y un componente orgánico, en donde la relación del peso del componente inorgánico al componente orgánico se encuentra en el intervalo de 0.3:1 a 5:1; y (b) rociar la lechada en una torre de secado por aspersión, en donde la temperatura de la lechada al ingresar a la torre de secado por aspersión está en el intervalo de 65 ºC a 140 ºC, y en donde la temperatura del aire de salida está en el intervalo de 70 ºC a 120 ºC.
