Abstract
一种治疗糖尿病的超微粒中药降糖片,其药物的配方组成是:南沙参、麦冬、知母、生地、石斛、石膏、黄芩、黄连、天花粉、五味子、黄芪、牡丹皮、丹参、甘草,上述药物中石膏、黄芩、天花粉、黄芪、牡丹皮、丹参各取一半加黄连用贝利粉碎机粉碎成超微粒药粉,其余药物加水煎煮,将两次药液合并过滤,滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.25-1.30的稠膏(60-70℃)时,再加入超微粒药粉,加工成超微粒中药降糖片。口服每次3-4片,每天3次。具有原料丰富、配制容易、成本低廉、服用方便、药物的有效成份能最大程度溶出、消化、吸收、利用。达到养阴润燥、扭转胰岛功能衰退趋势,促进胰岛腺细胞复活的效果。同时避免了传统煎服中药之苦。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中医内服药物,尤其是治疗糖尿病的超微粒中药降糖片。
背景技术
糖尿病属临床常见病、多发病,主要是由遗传基因、免疫功能紊乱、微生物感染及其毒素、自由基毒素、精神因素等各种因子作用于人体导致胰岛功能减退,胰岛功能抵抗而引发的糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢功能紊乱综合症。临床上以高血糖为主要特点。典型病例可见多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦等表现,即“三多一少”症状。糖尿病分I型糖尿病和II型糖尿病。I型糖尿病多发于青少年,因胰岛素分泌缺乏而依赖外源性胰岛素补充而维持生命;II型糖尿病多见于中老年人,约占比例的95%,临床表现为人体对胰岛素不够敏感,即胰岛功能抵抗。目前西医对本病的治疗,只是给予口服降糖药物或使用胰岛素治疗,很难达到恢复胰岛功能的作用,且有不同程度的毒副作用,治疗时间长,费用昂贵,部分患者难以接受。中医认为本病的病因病机主要为“素体阴虚、五脏柔弱、复因饮食不节、过食肥甘、情志失调、劳欲过度而导致肾阴亏虚、肺胃燥热。其病机重点为阴虚燥热,以阴虚为本,燥热为标。”根据“消渴失治、阴津耗损、阴损及阳”的病理和“虚多实少、补虚为主、泻实为辅”的辨治原则。采用“肝脾肾同补,独重补肾;阴阳均补,偏重滋阴”的治疗要点。中医治疗糖尿病虽然已有悠久历史和不可替代优势,但传统的生产加工方法、生产工艺、剂型剂量不统一,药物的有效成份难以完全利用,导致药物疗效受到局限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗糖尿病的超微粒中药降糖片。它采用超微粒粉碎加工新技术,药物的有效成份能最大程度地溶出、消化、吸收,随血运行,达到养阴润燥、扭转胰岛功能衰退趋势,促进胰岛腺细胞复活的效果。同时避免了传统的煎服中药之苦。
本发明技术方案药物方的配比是:南沙参105克、麦冬105克、知母70克、生地70克、石斛70克、石膏70克、黄芩70克、黄连14克、天花粉70克、五味子35克、黄芪70克、牡丹皮70克、丹参70克、甘草21克。从上述药物中取石膏35克、黄芩35克、黄连14克、天花粉35克、黄芪35克、牡丹皮35克、丹参35克,粉碎成超微粒药粉备用,其余药物加水煎煮,第一次加8倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加6倍量水煎煮2小时。将两次药液合并、过滤,将滤液浓缩成相对密度1.25-1.30的稠膏(60℃),再加入上述超微粒药粉,干燥、粉碎,加入辅料淀粉约50克,混合均匀。用85%乙醇制软材,制成颗粒(过12目),60-70℃低温干燥,整粒过20-60目筛,加0.3%硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后压片。然后包薄膜衣,每片重0.35克,共制成1000片,口服一次3-4粒,每天3次。
上述药物组成的超微粒中药降糖片,是根据祖国传统中医理论和糖尿病的病理病机:“消渴失治、阴津耗损、阴损及阳”,“虚多实少、补虚为主、泻实为辅,肝脾肾同补、独重补肾,阴阳均补、偏重滋阴”辨病辨症而科学组方,方中南沙参润肺止咳、养胃生津;麦冬润肺清心、益胃生津;知母、石斛滋阴润燥、益阴养胃生津;生地、丹皮清热凉血、退蒸散瘀;石膏、黄连、黄芩清心肺胃热、泻火解毒;天花粉清热生津;五味子敛汗止渴;黄芪益气养阴;丹参凉血清心、祛瘀止痛;甘草清热解毒、调和药性、补脾益气。共奏清火解毒、凉血清热、活血散瘀、滋阴润燥、益胃养阴、补脾益气,改善微循环,补虚扶正,改善糖尿病人空腹血糖,餐后血糖,提高C肽,扭转胰岛功能衰退趋势,促进胰腺细胞复活等疗效。
采用本发明的超微粒中药降糖片治疗糖尿病,具有原料丰富、配制容易、成本低廉、服用方便、无毒副作用、药物的有效成份能最大程度地溶出、消化、吸收利用,随血运行,达到养阴润燥,扭转胰岛功能衰退趋势,改善糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖、提高C肽、促进胰岛腺细胞复活的效果。临床治疗糖尿病患者121例,总有效率达83.4%,同时避免了煎服中药之苦等优点和效果。
具体实施方式
下面详述实施例
取南沙参105、麦冬105克、知母70克、生地70克、石斛70克、石膏70克、黄芩70克、黄连14克、天花粉70克、五味子35克、黄芪70克、牡丹皮70克、丹参70克、甘草21克。从上述药物中取石膏35克、黄芩35克、黄连14克、天花粉35克、黄芪35克、牡丹皮35克、丹参35克,用贝利粉碎机粉碎成超微粒药粉备用;其余药物加水煎煮,第一次加8倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加6倍量水煎煮2小时,将两次药液合并,过滤,滤液浓缩成相对密度1.25-1.30的(60℃)稠膏。加入上述超微粒药粉,干燥、粉碎,并加入辅料淀粉,约50g混合均匀。用85%乙醇制软材,过12目筛制成颗粒。60-70℃低温干燥,整粒(过20-60目),加入0.3硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后、压片、包薄膜衣,每片重0.35克,共制成1000片,口服一次3-4粒,每天3次。
临床应用分治疗组和对照组,治疗组121人,其中男75人、女46人,合并有高血压者17人,视网膜病变者8人。治疗组口服超微粒中药降糖片,一次口服3-4片,每天3次,连服三个月。对照组120人,其中男69人、女51人,合并有高血压者15人,视网膜病变者7人。对照组口服西药格列本脲片2.5mg治疗,每日早中晚餐前30分钟口服,连服三个月,治疗结果:治疗组121人中,显效30人、有效71人、无效20人,总有效率83.47%;对照组120人中,显效31人、有效59人、无效30人,总有效率75%。
两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBS)、餐后2小时血糖(PBS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)、空腹血清C肽改善情况比较(x±s)

1.一种治疗糖尿病的超微粒中药降糖片,其特征在于:该药物方的组成配比是:南沙参105克、麦冬105克、知母70克、生地70克、石斛70克、石膏70克、黄芩70克、黄连14克、天花粉70克、五味子35克、黄芪70克、牡丹皮70克、丹参70克、甘草21克。从上述药物中取石膏35克、黄芩35克、黄连14克、天花粉35克、黄芪35克、牡丹皮35克、丹参35克,用贝利粉碎机粉碎成超微粒药粉,其余药物加水煎煮,第一次加8倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加6倍量水煎煮2小时。将两次药液合并、过滤、滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.25-1.30的稠膏,再加入上述超微粒药粉,干燥后,粉碎并加适量辅料淀粉混合均匀。低温60-70℃干燥,整粒过20-60目筛,加0.3%硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后压片。然后包薄膜衣,每片重0.35克,共制成1000片,口服一次3-4粒,每天3次。
