Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置，该捕获装置包括：上捕获板、充吸气嘴、充吸气嘴油缸、立柱、连接臂、旋转锁紧油缸、旋转锁紧钩、下捕获板及旋转锁紧钩连接板；所述上捕获板、下捕获板一侧上下对应分别与立柱固定连接；平行于上捕获板前端位置的上面设有充吸气嘴，其后部设有充吸气嘴油缸，充吸气嘴油缸的作用带动充吸气嘴旋转；所述立柱上部设有连接臂，该连接臂的另一端与设在船上的扫油栏旋转支撑臂连接；所述下捕获板上设有旋转锁紧钩连接板，其上设有旋转锁紧油缸及与其连接的旋转锁紧钩。该装置结构简单、设计合理、维护方便；与支撑臂配合、协调动作，能缩短捕获浮筒的时间，实用效果显著。

Description

用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种海上专用收油设施的配套装置，特别涉及一种用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置。
背景技术
随着海上交通运输业的蓬勃发展，船舶的频繁往来，使得海上不断增加被污染的几率；同时，海底石油开采也给海面带来油污，使得海洋环境污染日益严重，给世界生态环境带来严重危害；另外，近几年来的赤潮频频发生，也向人们敲响了污染恶化的警钟。
当水面发生溢油等事故时，大多采用围油栏进行围堵和引导；当使用海上专用收油船进行收油时，特别是使用专用大型收油船进行自动收油时，同时需采用捕获装置配合完成作业。
目前采用的捕获装置为框架式结构，在框架的上、下两端各有一个固定连接钩，两个连接钩之间的距离稍微大于浮筒的高度。工作时，固定连接钩必须恰当地沿浮筒的上、下面包容浮筒后并越过浮筒上面的连接柱，然后靠浮筒的向前运动或捕获装置的外拉共同完成捕获连接动作。此种结构比较轻巧，但适应性低。由于两个固定连接钩与浮筒之间的间隙仅有30mm，在海上专用收油船上，浮筒和捕获装置都处于漂浮不定的状态，靠液压执行元件驱动捕获装置来准确捕获浮筒实属不易，因此捕获时间一般较长，或难以捕获直接影响收油工作，这样不但大大增加收油清污的作业成本，同时还会贻误清污的最佳时机。
因此，提供一种结构简单、设计合理、维护方便的用于海上收油船使用扫油栏时其前端浮筒快速捕获装置，是该领域技术人员应着手解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，提供一种结构简单、设计合理、维护方便、应用效果显著的用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置。
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置，其特征在于该捕获装置包括：上捕获板、充吸气嘴、充吸气嘴油缸、立柱、连接臂、旋转锁紧油缸、旋转锁紧钩、下捕获板及旋转锁紧钩连接板；所述上捕获板、下捕获板一侧上下对应分别与立柱固定连接；平行于上捕获板前端位置的上面设有充吸气嘴，其后部设有充吸气嘴油缸，充吸气嘴油缸带动充吸气嘴旋转；所述立柱上部设有连接臂，该连接臂的另一端与设在船上的扫油栏旋转支撑臂连接；所述下捕获板上设有旋转锁紧钩连接板，其上设有旋转锁紧油缸及与其连接的旋转锁紧钩。
本发明的有益效果是：该装置具有结构简单、设计合理、操作简便、快速捕获、维护方便、安全可靠等特点；该装置与支撑臂配合、协调动作，用于扫油栏前端浮筒的自动快速捕获，通过扫油栏进行围控和引导，将水面上的油污引导到收油机处，提高收油效率。该简易捕获装置在液压执行元件驱动捕获装置的作用下能大大降低工程作业的成本，有效缩短捕获浮筒的时间，实用效果非常显著。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和较佳实施例，对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式、结构、特征详述如下：
如图1、图2所示，一种用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置，该捕获装置包括：上捕获板1、充吸气嘴2、充吸气嘴油缸3、立柱4、连接臂5、旋转锁紧油缸6、旋转锁紧钩7、下捕获板8及旋转锁紧钩连接板9；所述上捕获板1、下捕获板8一侧上下对应分别与立柱4固定连接；上捕获板1前端设有挂钩；平行于上捕获板1的前端挂钩位置的上面对应设有充吸气嘴2，其后部设有充吸气嘴油缸3，充吸气嘴油缸3以上捕获板1后部为支点，即充吸气嘴油缸3的作用带动充吸气嘴2旋转；所述立柱4上部设有连接臂5，该连接臂5的另一端与设在船上的扫油栏旋转支撑臂连接，下捕获板8上设有旋转锁紧钩连接板9，其上设有旋转锁紧油缸6及与旋转锁紧油缸6连接的旋转锁紧钩7。
现场操作时，船侧的水密侧门由液压油缸驱动解锁、打开约80°，露出扫油栏的浮筒。扫油栏旋转支撑臂由一油缸驱动先上升离开船甲板上的支架并越过船侧的护栏；然后启动另一油缸驱动支撑臂向船舷外移动约400毫米。驱动油缸使支撑臂伸出达到规定长度，然后驱动油缸使支撑臂按原先设定的位置边旋转边下降运动到扫油栏浮筒附近。此时，驱动捕获装置上的充吸气嘴油缸和旋转锁紧油缸使其张开，并缓慢驱动旋转支撑臂上的推拉油缸和旋转油缸，支撑臂通过复合运动并逐步接近浮筒，使捕获装置的上、下捕获板包容浮筒的上、下面，然后通过侧门的旋转使浮筒前移或支撑臂的伸长使该捕获装置上的捕获板捕获到浮筒的立柱；之后，充吸气嘴油缸和旋转锁紧油缸缩回使气嘴连通并锁紧浮筒，使捕获动作完成的精确和牢固。捕获到浮筒后开启充气机向围油栏气室充气的同时启动卷栏机进行边充气、边旋转支撑臂将扫油栏缓慢拉出，从而完成围油栏的布放。
回收顺序正好与布放相反。此处的关键是，操作者要熟练掌握捕获浮筒和布放扫油栏的操作技巧，使之轻松实现。
所用部件主要材料均采用耐海水腐蚀的航海级材料制成，大大延长了所有部件的使用寿命。如：金属材料选用耐海水腐蚀的AISI 316L。
上述参照实施例对该用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置进行的详细描述，是说明性的而不是限定性的；因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改，应属本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于收油船扫油栏前端浮筒的简易型自动快速捕获装置，其特征在于该捕获装置包括：上捕获板、充吸气嘴、充吸气嘴油缸、立柱、连接臂、旋转锁紧油缸、旋转锁紧钩、下捕获板及旋转锁紧钩连接板；所述上捕获板、下捕获板一侧上下对应分别与立柱固定连接；平行于上捕获板前端位置的上面设有充吸气嘴，其后部设有充吸气嘴油缸，充吸气嘴油缸带动充吸气嘴旋转；所述立柱上部设有连接臂，该连接臂的另一端与设在船上的扫油栏旋转支撑臂连接；所述下捕获板上设有旋转锁紧钩连接板，其上设有旋转锁紧油缸及与其连接的旋转锁紧钩。
