本发明公开一种分离和提纯埃博霉素的方法，具体公开一种采用正相硅胶色谱法分离、提纯埃博霉素B和A的方法，其包括用C1-C7的烷基卤代化合物溶解含有埃博霉素B和A样品后上样或用硅胶拌样后上样，然后用正相硅胶柱洗脱溶剂梯度洗脱硅胶柱，最后得到产品。
