Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的用于汽车的刮水器驱动装置。
背景技术
至今为止，后窗玻璃刮水器驱动装置在三个沿圆周方向隔开的固定点上与汽车的汽车车身螺纹连接或者铆接。在此，固定点随着汽车车型的改变而改变。在将后窗玻璃刮水器装置固定在汽车车身上之后，与刮水器驱动装置分开的盖板就固定在汽车车身上，从而相对于汽车内部空间遮盖所述刮水器驱动装置。已知的刮水器驱动装置的缺点是麻烦的装配过程以及大量所需要的用于单独地将刮水器驱动装置和盖板固定在汽车车身上的固定螺栓。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种刮水器驱动装置，该刮水器驱动装置能够简单地并且以尽可能少的固定件装配在汽车上。
该任务用具有权利要求1所述特征的刮水器驱动装置得到解决。本发明的有利的改进方案在从属权利要求中得到说明。由至少两个在说明书、权利要求和/或附图中公开的特征组成的所有组合落入本发明的范围内。为了避免重复，在装置方面公开的特征也应该认为是在方法方面公开的特征并且能够要求得到保护。同样，在方法方面公开的特征应该认为是在装置方面公开的特征并且能够要求得到保护。
本发明基于这样的构思，即能够将刮水器驱动装置相对于汽车内部空间进行遮盖的盖板与刮水器驱动装置的至少一个结构部件一体地进行构造。换句话说，所述刮水器驱动装置与盖板形成了一个功能单元，该功能单元能够共同地装配在汽车上，尤其装配在汽车车身上。根据本发明的构思构造的具有整体的盖板的刮水器驱动装置能够特别简单地进行装配，因为可以取消整个用于单独固定刮水器驱动装置的固定步骤。此外，能够减少固定点的数量并且由此减少固定件的数量，因为代替两个单独的元件(刮水器驱动装置和盖板)现在还只需要将一个唯一的元件装配在汽车上。
刮水器驱动装置的一种实施方式是特别有利的，在该实施方式中该刮水器驱动装置构造成后窗玻璃刮水器驱动装置，在该后窗玻璃刮水器驱动装置中刮水器轴直接从刮水器驱动装置的壳体中伸出并且在装配状态下穿过汽车的后窗玻璃或者后盖板中的开口。由于后窗玻璃刮水器驱动装置的紧凑的结构，该后窗玻璃刮水器驱动装置在与盖板构造成一体之后也可以为了装配目的进行良好的操作。
在本发明的改进方案中，有利地如此构造所述盖板，使得盖板与汽车车身一起形成用于刮水器驱动装置的优选完全封闭的容纳空间。优选所述盖板为此构造成盆状的并且横向于刮水器轴的纵向延伸方向沿至少一个方向超过刮水器驱动装置。优选所述盖板在侧向沿所有方向超过刮水器驱动装置，使得刮水器驱动装置在装配在汽车车身上之后完全朝汽车内部空间得到遮盖。为了将噪音排放降低到最低限度，有利的实施方式是所述盖板由吸音的材料制成并且/或者所述盖板优选在面对刮水器驱动装置的一侧装备有消音材料。
刮水器驱动装置的一种实施方式是特别有利的，在该实施方式中刮水器驱动装置的盖板与之进行一体构造的结构部件是构造成一件式或者多件式的刮水器驱动装置的壳体部件。通常所述刮水器驱动装置的壳体包括尤其两件式的用于容纳尤其构造成蜗轮蜗杆传动装置的传动装置的传动装置壳体以及法兰连接在传动装置壳体上的例如构造成由金属制成的深冲件的用于容纳电驱动马达的马达壳体。
刮水器驱动装置的一种实施方式在制造技术上是有利的，在该实施方式中不仅所述盖板而且与盖板一体构造的壳体部件由合成材料制成。
为了实现简单的可制造性，特别优选所述盖板和壳体部件构造成共同的合成材料注塑件。
在本发明的改进方案中，与所述盖板一体构造的壳体部件有利的是驱动马达壳体部件和/或传动装置壳体部件。优选与盖板一体构造的壳体部件是尤其由合成材料制成的壳体罩或者是壳体盖，优选是布置在刮水器驱动装置的背对刮水器轴的一侧的壳体罩。
为了实现将所述盖板、优选连同刮水器驱动装置一起尽可能快并且简单地固定在汽车上、尤其固定在汽车车身上，优选的实施方式是所述盖板具有固定件用于固定在汽车上。所述固定件能够以多种多样的方式进行构造。特别优选的实施方式是，所述固定件具有至少一个螺栓容纳孔用于穿过固定螺栓并且/或者用于穿过固定铆钉。作为补充方案或替代方案，所述固定件能够具有定位件、尤其至少一个定位钩，该定位钩优选与盖板一体地进行构造，并且例如已经在注塑过程中进行模制。作为定位钩的补充方案或者替代方案，所述定位件当然也可以具有定位插口用于与布置在汽车车身上的定位钩或者说定位突起共同作用。
在装配时间的最优化也就是说最小化方面，刮水器驱动装置的一种实施方式是优选的，在该实施方式中所述刮水器驱动装置的壳体构造成无固定件的，也就是没有用于固定在汽车上的固定件。通过所述盖板与刮水器驱动装置的结构部件、优选与刮水器驱动装置的壳体部件的整体的构造，有利的是实现了仅仅直接通过所述盖板来固定刮水器驱动装置或者说刮水器驱动装置的壳体。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了用于汽车的构造成后窗玻璃刮水器驱动装置的刮水器驱动装置1。该刮水器驱动装置1包括多件式构造的壳体2，该壳体具有两个形成传动装置壳体的壳体部件3、4(壳体罩)以及法兰连接在传动装置壳体上的形成驱动马达壳体的壳体部件5。
刮水器轴6从壳体部件3中伸出，在该刮水器轴上能够以已知的方式固定没有示出的刮水臂。在此，刮水器轴6穿过在其它方面没有进一步示出的汽车的汽车车身7。
与构造成壳体2的壳体罩的壳体部件4一体地构造盆状的盖板8。该盖板8与壳体部件4构造成由合成材料制成的一体的注塑件。
所述盖板8包括底部段9，该底部段部分地同时形成壳体2。该底部段9在侧向沿着所有的(侧向)方向超过壳体2并且在外面过渡到环绕的圆周壁段10中，该圆周壁段完全地围绕整个壳体2延伸。在该实施例中，所述圆周壁段10构造成倾斜的。
在背对底部段9的外面的圆周区域中，所述圆周壁段10过渡到环绕的固定边缘11中，该固定边缘设有固定件12。该固定件12在所示出的实施例中构造成用于分别容纳固定铆钉13的通孔，其中所述盖板8连同刮水器驱动装置1一起通过固定铆钉13固定在汽车车身7上。没有设置额外的用于单独固定壳体2的固定件，尽管也可以实现具有这样的固定件的实施方式。
如从图1中所示，所述盖板8连同汽车车身7形成了完全封闭的容纳空间14，刮水器驱动装置1处于该容纳空间中。该容纳空间14仅仅为了刮水器轴6以及为了刮水器驱动装置1的没有示出的电连接而具有开口。限界容纳空间14的盖板8相对于汽车内部空间遮蔽了刮水器驱动装置1。

Claims (10)

1.用于汽车的刮水器驱动装置，用于驱动刮水器轴(6)，该刮水器驱动装置包括多个结构部件，
其特征在于，
能够固定在汽车上、尤其固定在汽车车身(7)上的用于遮盖刮水器驱动装置(1)的盖板(8)与刮水器驱动装置(1)的至少一个结构部件一体地进行构造。
2.按权利要求1所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
所述刮水器驱动装置(1)是后窗玻璃刮水器驱动装置。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
构造所述盖板(8)，使得其与汽车车身(7)一起形成用于刮水器驱动装置(1)的优选完全封闭的容纳空间(14)。
4.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
与所述盖板(8)一体构造的结构部件是所述刮水器驱动装置(1)的壳体部件(3、4、5)。
5.按权利要求4所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
所述盖板(8)与所述壳体部件(3、4、5)由合成材料制成。
6.按权利要求5所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
所述盖板(8)和所述壳体部件(3、4、5)构造成共同的合成材料注塑件。
7.按权利要求4到6中任一项所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
与所述盖板(8)一体构造的壳体部件(3、4、5)是驱动马达壳体部件和/或传动装置壳体部件。
8.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
所述盖板(8)具有固定件(12)用于固定在汽车上。
9.按权利要求8所述的刮水器驱动装置，
其特征在于，
所述固定件(12)具有至少一个螺纹容纳孔和/或定位件、尤其是至少一个定位钩。
10.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的刮水器驱动装置，
