Abstract
本发明提出了一种利用污泥生产蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂的方法,利用含蛋白的污泥,添加石灰5%-6%,在反应釜中经过高温水解1-2小时,过滤去渣得到蛋白溶液混合物,经浓缩后添加0.1-0.2%防护剂、再添加3.0-3.6%的黄原胶,即制备出污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂。此发泡剂发泡倍数50倍以上,稳定时间大于4小时,达到生产要求。本发明的发泡剂经过起泡后再添加42.5标号水泥、珍珠岩、粉煤灰、水混合均匀可直接用于屋面隔热保温、内外墙保温材料,以及建筑中的填充材料,或将污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂经过空气罐起泡后,与快硬硫铝酸盐、粉煤灰、纤维、水混合均匀,经倒模、养护过程,可制备出污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土节能板材,或夹心板材,用于高层建筑墙材,或高噪音环境中的隔音材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是建筑材料----泡沫混凝土用发泡剂,特别是一种利用污泥蛋白制备泡沫混凝土发泡剂的方法。
背景技术
泡沫混凝土是现代社会大量采用的建筑材料,生产泡沫混凝土时需要使用大量的发泡剂。
目前常用的发泡剂主要是各种表面活性剂。现时国内发泡剂主要是松香胶发泡剂、废动物毛发泡剂、树脂皂类发泡剂、木质素磺酸盐、水解血胶发泡剂、石油磺酸铝发泡剂、蛋白质水解物及高分子表面活性剂等。国内发泡剂总体上看功能偏少、稳定性差、制品强度较低。国外如意大利、日本研制的发泡剂多以蛋白质类为主,发泡数量多、稳定性好、产品强度高。这些发泡剂虽然效果好,但生产成本高,对环境有污染。
废水处理过程中会产生大量污泥,污泥主要是由微生物组成,含有大量的蛋白质,同时含有部分原生动物、后生动物、藻类、有机物、无机物等;污泥含水率高,有恶臭,含有毒化学物质、病原微生物、重金属离子,既具有化学污染的危险又具有生物污染的危险,目前已开始在城市造成第二次污染。随着废水处理技术的发展和排放标准的日趋严格,污泥的产量越来越大,估计在国内每座大城市年产量约50万吨(武汉市水务集团公司统计资料)。
如何处置、开发利用废水处理污泥是亟待解决的课题。
利用污泥水解蛋白制备泡沫混凝土发泡剂可实现污泥资源化利用,同时可为泡沫混凝土行业开发一种新的价廉物美污泥蛋白发泡剂,促进泡沫混凝土相关产品的推广应用。既具有环境效益,也具有经济效益。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种用生石灰水解污泥制备出污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂,将蛋白液浓缩为含蛋白20-27%,经过添加防腐剂苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2%,再添加稳定剂黄原胶3.0-3.6%,将黄原胶溶胀,再与污泥水解蛋白液充分搅拌混合均匀,即可制备出污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂,该发泡剂可实现泡沫稳定时间大于或等于普通水泥的凝固时间4小时以上,可添加普通水泥、珍珠岩、适量黄沙或不加黄沙,用于屋面隔热保温、外墙、内墙保温,以及通过添加快硬硫铝酸盐、粉煤灰、纤维原料混合搅拌均匀,经过倒模可生产出轻质节能板材,广泛应用于内墙隔热、保温、隔音,每面墙其综合成本低于常规加气块。既实现了污泥的资源化利用,又实现了所生产产品的节能、保温、轻质。
本发明是这样实现的,其方法为:
1、将污泥与石灰按100∶30的比例混合;用泵抽入反应釜内,并通入0.6-0.7Mp的高温蒸汽。
2、在高温121-155℃下水解1-2小时;
3、过滤得到蛋白溶液混合物;
4、经过浓缩将此蛋白液混合物调节重量百分比浓度为含蛋白22-27%,再添加溶液量的0.1-0.2%防腐剂苯甲酸钠;
5、根据蛋白溶液混合物的量,添加溶液量3.0-3.6%的稳定剂黄原胶,冷水溶胀12小时,与蛋白溶液混合物充分混合均匀,即为泡沫混凝土发泡剂
将本发明与普通硅酸盐水泥(标号42.5)、珍珠岩、水、粉煤灰原料后混合均匀,可生产出用于屋面、外墙、内墙隔热保温的泡沫混凝土,其密度为300-450/m3,比水轻一半以上,操作简单、防渗漏,由于发泡剂主要原料是蛋白质,所以无任何污染,克服了化学泡沫混凝土发泡剂对环境的污染缺点;或经过添加快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、水、粉煤灰原料后混合均匀,经过倒模、养护等过程,生产出实心或空心、轻质、节能、隔音墙材。其密度为每立方400-450kg,广泛应用于高层建筑墙体材料。
本发明的作用过程是这样的,污泥含有蛋白质,经过石灰水解后可将蛋白质水解为肽类,肽类具有发泡特性,经过通风搅拌可产生泡沫,但此泡沫不稳定,需添加稳定剂黄原胶,添加黄原胶后所生成泡沫可达到4小时以上不破裂,达到或超过水泥的基本凝固时间,由于所生成的泡沫细小,与其他原料混合后能生成封闭性小气孔,可防渗水,同时空气导热系数低,可实现所生产材料的隔热保温,空气具有可压缩性,因此可实现隔音。该发明可实现污泥的资源化利用。
本发明具有独特的优点
1、充分利用了污泥含有蛋白质,以及蛋白质水解后所产生肽类具有发泡特性的特点,首次提出利用污泥蛋白制备泡沫混凝土发泡剂,并通过多年的研究探索出黄原胶可实现污泥蛋白泡沫的稳定性达到4小时以上,实现了泡沫的稳定时间大于或等于水泥的凝固时间,解决了污泥蛋白作为泡沫混凝土发泡剂的技术难关。成本低,(在2500元/吨内),可享受国家免税等优惠政策。也实现了污泥废弃物的资源化利用,减轻污泥的第二次污染。
2、利用污泥水解蛋白所生产的泡沫混凝土发泡剂,属于生物发泡剂,无化学污染,对水泥的凝固有一定的促进作用,克服了化学泡沫混凝土发泡剂对水泥的凝固的一定抑制作用。影响水泥制品的强度,同时蛋白肽类对所添加的相关原料无化学反应,不影响原料特性;所制备节能板材轻质、隔音,蛋白泡沫代替了传统的聚苯乙烯颗粒高分子泡沫材料(不耐高温),并且污泥蛋白所生产的泡沫混凝土材料耐高温,墙体容易固定沉重物。如用于外墙、内墙保温,所制备墙体,不裂口,不收缩、不脱落。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1 将含蛋白污泥添加石灰5%-6%(相对干物质),密封反应釜中水解1-2小时,温度121-155℃,过滤去渣,得到蛋白液,经过浓缩到含蛋白22-27%时,即生产出用于污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂的初始原料,将苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2%添加蛋白液中,再将用量比例为3.0-3.6%的黄原胶溶胀,经过充分搅拌混合即制备出污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂,所制备的发泡剂泡沫稳定时间为4小时以上,发泡倍数达到或超过50倍,适合用于制备泡沫混凝土板材和内外墙保温材料。
实施例2 将实施例1制得的污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂放入搅拌罐中,并将泡沫与珍珠岩、42.5标号的水泥、粉煤灰、水混合搅拌均匀,直接用于屋面保温覆盖,或用于内外墙体的保温层,或将污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土发泡剂经过空气罐气起泡后与快硬硫铝酸盐、粉煤灰、纤维、水混合均匀,倒模、养护过程,可制备出污泥蛋白泡沫混凝土节能板材,或夹心板材,用于高层建筑墙材,或高噪音环境中的隔音材料。
Claims (1)
1.一种利用含蛋白的污泥制备泡沫混凝土发泡剂的方法,其特点在于方法为:
1)、将污泥与石灰按100∶30的比例混合;用泵抽入反应釜内,并通入0.6-0.7Mp的高温蒸汽;
2)、在高温121-155℃下水解1-2小时;
3)、过滤得到蛋白溶液混合物;
4)、经过浓缩将此蛋白液混合物调节重量百分比浓度为含蛋白22-27%,再添加溶液量的0.1-0.2%防腐剂苯甲酸钠;
5)、根据蛋白溶液混合物的量,添加溶液量3.0-3.6%的稳定剂黄原胶,冷水溶胀12小时,与蛋白溶液混合物充分混合均匀,即为泡沫混凝土发泡剂。
