Abstract
一种转动体,该转动体的旋转接触面分布有若干微观晶粒,这些晶粒之间相互间隔形成细微的且相互连通的网状沟槽。一种转动体的制造方法,包括:提供一转动体胚体,对该转动体胚体进行机加工处理,以破坏该转动体胚体表面的原子间键结状态;对该转动体胚体的旋转接触面进行高温热腐蚀处理,使得该转动体胚体表面微观晶界物质脱离,以形成细微的网状沟槽。本发明还提供了一种利用化学腐蚀方式形成该转动体细微沟槽的制造方法。该转动体通过热腐蚀或化学腐蚀方式使得转动体表面形成网状连通的细微沟槽,这些沟槽通过毛细吸附力可将润滑油很好地保持在转动体表面,当转动体运转时,并能产生动压效果,减少转动体之间表面的磨损。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转动体,特别涉及一种转动体及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的滑动轴承主要利用二相对运动的转动体,即轴承与转轴之间形成的油膜达到降低磨擦阻力、降低振动与噪音、维持稳定旋转目的。而如何防止润滑油的泄漏并减少转动体接触面之间的磨损一直是业界所面临的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可防止润滑油泄漏并能减少接触面磨损的转动体及其制造方法。
一种转动体,该转动体的旋转接触面分布有若干微观晶粒,这些晶粒之间相互间隔形成细微的且相互连通的网状沟槽。
一种转动体的制造方法,包括:提供一转动体胚体,对该转动体胚体进行机加工处理,以破坏该转动体胚体表面的原子间键结状态;对该转动体胚体的旋转接触面进行高温热腐蚀处理,使得该转动体胚体表面微观晶界物质脱离,以形成细微的网状沟槽。
一种转动体的制造方法,包括:提供一转动体胚体,对该转动体胚体进行机加工处理,以破坏该转动体胚体表面的原子间键结状态;对该转动体胚体的旋转接触面进行化学腐蚀处理,使得该转动体胚体表面微观晶界物质脱离,以形成细微的网状沟槽。
以上转动体通过热腐蚀或化学腐蚀方式使得转动体表面形成网状连通的细微沟槽,这些沟槽通过毛细吸附力可将润滑油很好地保持在转动体表面,当转动体运转时,并能产生动压效果,减少转动体之间表面的磨损。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,为本发明的一转动体,该转动体为一轴承100,该轴承100具有一内表面110,该内表面110分布有若干无序排布并相互毗邻的晶粒120,这些晶粒120之间间隔分布有若干沟槽130,这些沟槽130相互呈网状连通且其宽度为毫米级大小,因此这些沟槽130具有较大的毛细吸附力,在轴承100停止运转时,可将润滑油很好地吸附在该轴承100的内表面110上。另外,这些沟槽130的宽度和方向各不相同,其中的润滑油在与该轴承100配合的一转轴(图未示)带动下,可产生动压效果,使得该轴承100具有动压轴承的功能。
请参阅图3,所述轴承100的制造方法包括如下步骤:首先,提供一轴承胚体(图未示),该轴承胚体也可以通过粉末冶金烧结制成,对该轴承胚体进行必要的机械加工以破坏该轴承胚体表面的原子间键结状态,如研磨、抛光、车削、拉削或钻孔等等,造成该轴承胚体表面微观单位晶胞不完整,并使得该轴承胚体与转轴的单边配合公差保持在0.5~8um之间;接着,对该轴承胚体进行高温热腐蚀(Thermal Etching)处理,其工艺温度约为0.25Tm~0.75Tm之间(Tm为该轴承胚体材料的熔点),而对于经粉末冶金烧结制成的轴承胚体其热腐蚀工艺温度应以低于粉末冶金烧结温度;处理时间约为30分钟至两小时,以得到具有所述沟槽130的轴承100。
请参阅图4,在上述制造过程中:该轴承胚体表面在机械加工处理后,其表面单位晶胞的原子键结成断键状态,取向相同的晶胞组成若干晶粒120,各晶粒120内部结构达到最低能量态,而各晶粒120之间的晶界150处于较高能量态,由此晶粒120表面与晶界150间形成能量差异。在热腐蚀过程中,当热量施于该轴承胚体表面时,晶界150中的物质在外部能量的激发下,扩散进入晶粒120的内部或脱离该轴承胚体表面,从而使得该晶界150变为中空的沟槽130结构。由于各晶粒120之间原来均由晶界150所包围,所以当晶界150被热腐蚀后,所形成的沟槽130是相互连通的;同时由于原来晶界150的宽度为毫米级大小,因此形成的沟槽130的宽度也为毫米级大小,从而使得这些沟槽130具有较大的毛细作用力,使得高温下的润滑油能够在毛细吸附力作用下较好地保存在沟槽130形成的润滑油道内;另外,由于各晶粒120大小形状不一,使得形成的沟槽130宽度呈不均匀变化,并且,随着热腐蚀时间延长,被腐蚀部分由这些晶界150处逐渐扩散到晶粒120内部,晶粒120内部腐蚀速率相对于晶界150处腐蚀速率低,由此所形成的沟槽130呈渐进式,润滑油在转轴带动下流经这些不同宽度不同截面不同深度的沟槽130时,可产生动压效果。
请参阅图5,为本发明实施例二的轴承200,该轴承200内表面各晶粒220之间具有若干细微沟槽230,这些沟槽230与实施一中轴承100的沟槽230的成型方法相同,所不同的是,该轴承200内表面一端具有一环形拦油槽250,该拦油槽250用以降低润滑油压力及回收润滑油。另外,为使该拦油槽250能较好地聚集润滑油,应在对该轴承200进行热腐蚀处理后再加工该拦油槽250,如此可使得流入该拦油槽250内的润滑油的流动性较具有沟槽230的内表面中的润滑油差。
请参阅图6,为本发明实施例三的轴承300,该轴承300内表面各晶粒320之间具有若干细微沟槽330,这些沟槽330与实施一中轴承100的沟槽130的成型方法相同。该轴承300与实施例二中的轴承200具有相似的结构,所不同的是,该轴承300内表面中部设有一具较大宽度的环状储油槽360,该储油槽360的主要作用是提供轴承300所需的润滑油,该储油槽360内表面同样具有可相互连通的细微沟槽330,这些相互连通的细微沟槽330可将润滑油较为顺畅地输送至该轴承300的其它内表面。
如图7所示,为本发明的另一转动体,该转动体为一转轴400,该转轴400与一轴承配合(图未示),该转轴400外表面具有若干晶粒420,这些晶粒420之间间隔分布有若干呈网状连通的细微沟槽430,这些沟槽430的成型方法与实施一中轴承100的沟槽130的成型方法相同。该转轴400的一端具有一拦油槽450。
以上所述的细微沟槽130、230、330、430,拦油槽250、450,储油槽360也可设计在其他转动体的转动接触面。
以上所述设有细微沟槽130、230、330、430的转动体的材料可以是金属、陶瓷、合金、或合金复合物。
另外,所述转动体的细微沟槽130、230、330、430也可通过化学腐蚀方式得到,但是应注意环保问题,以免造成污染。
综上所述,本发明具有细微沟槽130、230、330、430的转动体利用材料表面的晶界与晶粒间能量差异,通过热腐蚀或化学腐蚀方式使得转动体表面形成网状连通的润滑沟槽130、230、330、430,利用这些沟槽130、230、330、430的毛细吸附力可将润滑油很好地保持在转动体表面,当转动体运转时,并能产生动压效果,减少转动体之间表面的磨损。
Claims (17)
1.一种转动体,该转动体的旋转接触面分布有若干微观晶粒,其特征在于:这些晶粒之间相互间隔形成细微的且相互连通的网状沟槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的转动体,其特征在于:所述转动体为轴承或转轴,该网状沟槽形成于该轴承的内表面或转轴的外表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的转动体,其特征在于:所述转动体表面的沟槽宽度为毫米级大小。
4.如权利要求1所述的转动体,其特征在于:所述转动体表面的沟槽的宽度和延伸方向各不相同,且其深度为渐进式。
5.如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的转动体,其特征在于:所述转动体旋转表面中部开设有一环状储油槽。
6.如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的转动体,其特征在于:所述转动体旋转表面端部开设有一环状拦油槽。
7.如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的转动体,其特征在于:转动体的材料是金属、陶瓷、合金、或合金复合物。
8.一种转动体的制造方法,包括:
提供一转动体胚体,对该转动体胚体进行机加工处理,以破坏该转动体胚体表面的原子间键结状态;
对该转动体胚体的旋转接触面进行高温热腐蚀处理,使得该转动体胚体表面微观晶界物质脱离,以形成细微的网状沟槽。
9.如权利要求8所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述转动体为轴承或转轴。
10.如权利要求8所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述转动体胚体经机加工处理后,其表面微观晶粒内部结构达到最低能量态,而各晶粒之间的晶界处于较高能量态,从而晶粒表面与晶界间形成能量差异。
11.如权利要求8至10任意一项所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述转动体的机加工为研磨、抛光、车削、拉削或钻孔。
12.如权利要求8至10任意一项所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述转动体机加工后的单边配合公差控制在0.5~8um之间。
13.如权利要求8至10任意一项所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述热腐蚀处理的工艺温度控制在该转动体的熔点的0.25倍到0.75倍之间。
14.如权利要求8至10任意一项所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述转动体胚体通过粉末冶金烧结而成,对该转动体胚体的热腐蚀处理的工艺温度低于粉末冶金烧结温度。
15.如权利要求8至10任意一项所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述热腐蚀处理的时间控制在30分钟至两小时之间。
16.如权利要求8至10任意一项所述的转动体的制造方法,其特征在于:在热腐蚀处理后对该转动体加工一拦油槽。
17.一种转动体的制造方法,包括:
提供一转动体胚体,对该转动体胚体进行机加工处理,以破坏该转动体胚体表面的原子间键结状态;
对该转动体胚体的旋转接触面进行化学腐蚀处理,使得该转动体胚体表面微观晶界物质脱离,以形成细微的网状沟槽。
