Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有两个部分体的转位式刀片,所述部分体彼此过渡并且分别具有一个多棱角的底面,然而相对旋转。
背景技术
这种转位式刀片由德国公开文献1 232 436已知。它提供这样的可能性,在转位式刀片中,当底面例如分别是一个正方形时,构成8个刀片。通过两个部分体彼此旋转地设置,那么刀片可以调节到期望的几何形状。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,如此改善已知的转位式刀片,使得产生新的应用可能性。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明设置成,在一个部分体上设置多个粗加工刀刃并且在另外的部分体上设置多个精加工刀刃,它们如此设置,使得一个部分体的粗加工刀刃和另外的部分体的精加工刀刃可以同时作用在一个工件上。本发明涉及这样的知识,即在同一个转位式刀片上可以这样设置不同的刀片,在一个工作过程中同时可以实现粗加工和精加工。转位式刀片为此不需要转换,因为粗加工刀刃和精加工刀刃分别构成有用于相应加工的合适的切屑角。这然而是毫无问题的,因为相应同时使用的粗加工刀刃和精加工刀刃可以设置在转位式刀片的不同的部分体上并且由此彼此无关地设计。
每个部分体可以原则上具有一个任意n棱角的,其中n是任意的自然数。
本发明的有利的构造由各从属权利要求中得出。

具体实施方式
在附图中示出一个转位式刀片10,其由两个部分体12、14组成。每个部分体12、14具有一个正方形的底面16和通常具有截棱锥的形状。两个部分体12、14以截棱锥的顶面、即与底面16对置的较小的表面相贴合。
每个部分体12、14具有四个侧向面18、20、22、24,它们从相应的底面16出发并且朝另外的部分体延伸。每个侧向面也可以由多个较小的部分面组成。
在此指出,概念“截棱锥”不应当在数学的意义上理解,而是仅仅表示,每个部分体的侧向面18、20、22、24从相应的底面16出发较小地汇聚。另外表达的是,转位式刀片在两个底面16之间的中心处稍微缩小。应当在此指出,两个部分体12、14不是必须借助于定义的边缘彼此过渡,而是在两个部分体之间也可以设置一个过渡部段,例如按照空心的细槽的形式。
一个开口26在中心穿过转位式刀片延伸,该开口的中心轴线垂直于转位式刀片的底面16延伸。一个固定元件可以穿过开口26插入,以便将转位式刀片固定在一个夹具如铣刀28(见图2)上。
转位式刀片的重要的特征是,两个部分体12、14相对旋转,并且围绕一个垂直于底面16且在中心穿过底面16延伸的轴线。在所示的实施例中这个轴线与开口26的中心轴线重合。在所示的实施例中部分体12相对于部分体14在顺时针上转动,从而参考图1,部分体12的“前下方”的角部比部分体14的“前下方”的角部深。
在其中一个部分体上,在此在部分体14上,构成四个粗加工刀刃30,并且在另外的部分体上,在此在部分体12上,构成四个精加工刀刃32。
每个粗加工刀刃30通过部分体14的底面16和其中一个侧向面18、20、22、24之间的边缘构成。如在图3和图5中可以看到,两个侧向面之间的接触边缘如此构成,使得它作为相应的粗加工刀刃30的延伸部。粗加工刀刃30的延伸部可以构成为刀尖圆弧半径、单倒角刀尖或双重倒角刀尖31,或者由这两者组合构成。
每个精加工刀刃32构成在部分体12的其中两个侧向面18、20、22、24之间的界面上构成。精加工刀刃因此大致垂直于粗加工刀刃延伸。
重要的特征是,由于两个部分体12、14相对旋转,在转位式刀片的规定的定向时活动的两个刀片,即一个粗加工刀刃30、31和一个精加工刀刃32,其中一个刀片朝工件方向比另外的刀片伸出更多。如特别是在图1和图5中可以看到,精加工刀刃32朝工件方向比粗加工刀刃30、31更多地伸出。差异x优选在0.01mm至0.1mm的范围中,优选在0.02mm至0.04mm的范围内。通过这种方式确保,粗加工刀刃30、31负责大部分的材料切除,而精加工由精加工刀刃32实现,其相应地只需要切除较少的材料。

Claims (10)

1.具有两个部分体(12、14)的转位式刀片(10),所述部分体彼此过渡并且分别具有一个多棱角的底面,然而相对旋转,其特征在于,在一个部分体(14)上设置多个粗加工刀刃(30、31)并且在另外的部分体(12)上设置多个精加工刀刃(32),它们如此设置,使得一个部分体(14)的粗加工刀刃(30、31)和另外的部分体(12)的精加工刀刃(32)可以同时作用在一个工件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,底面(16)构成为n棱角的。
3.如权利要求2所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,底面(16)是正方形的。
4.如上述权利要求之一项所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,每个部分体(12、14)通常具有截棱锥的形状,其中两个截棱锥在其顶面上相互过渡。
5.如上述权利要求之一项所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,粗加工刀刃(30、31)通过一个部分体(12、14)的底面(16)和一个侧向面(18、20、22、24)之间的相交线(31)构成。
6.如上述权利要求5所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,粗加工刀刃通过两个相邻设置的侧向面(18、20、22、24)之间的相交线延长。
7.如上述权利要求6所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,两个相邻的侧向面之间的用作粗加工刀刃的相交线(31)构成为刀尖圆弧半径(31)、单倒角刀尖(31)或双重倒角刀尖。
.如权利要求7所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,两个相邻的侧向面之间的用作粗加工刀刃的相交线(31)构成为刀尖圆弧半径(31)、单倒角刀尖(31)和/或双重倒角刀尖的组合。
8.如上述权利要求之一项所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,精加工刀刃(32)弯曲地延伸。
9.如权利要求1至8之一项所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,精加工刀刃(32)直线地延伸。
10.如上述权利要求之一项所述的转位式刀片,其特征在于,精加工刀刃(32)在转位式刀片的工作位置向外伸出粗加工刀刃(30、31)0.01至0.1mm之间。
