Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制造便携式终端的键盘的方法,并且更具体地涉及一种制造便携式终端的键盘的方法,在该方法中,沉积在基膜上的金属薄层被精心地图形化并形成字形,并且键顶状的凹槽形成于所述金属叠层薄膜中并且填充有注模物质。
背景技术
通常,键盘应用于包括家用电话机、PDA和蜂窝电话在内的便携式终端,其被用作开关元件并和电路板一起配合工作以产生信号。
为了方便起见,下面将描述蜂窝电话用键盘。但是本发明的键盘的应用场合不限于此。
图1是使用传统键盘的蜂窝电话的立体图,图2是安装于拱形开关D和电路板H之上的传统键盘的剖面图。
如图1和2所示,传统键盘50设置在前壳体F之内,用作提供光的光源的灯L设置在电路板H上,键盘50包括安装于拱形开关D之上的盘20以及按键10,所述按键10例如是拨号键和功能键,并且其中每个按键具有键顶11以及在键顶11上形成的字形11a,比如符号、字符或者数字。
盘20包括凸起21,凸起21和拱形开关D一起弹性地工作然后接触电路板的触点H1。通过印刷、喷涂或者激光加工在键顶11上形成字形11a就完成了每个按键10的制作。
图3是表示制造传统键盘的方法的视图。
如图3所示,制造传统键盘50的方法包括:通过将塑料溶剂注入下模具30中的键状凹槽31中,用上模具40按压在键状凹槽31中具有塑料溶剂的下模具30,然后使塑料溶剂硬化以形成键顶11(S1);通过使用喷涂的方法涂敷键顶11的上表面,并且对键顶11的上表面进行激光标记以形成按键10(S2);然后将按键10粘附在具有凸起21的盘20上。
因为暴露于前壳体F之外的按键10的功能结构仅仅用于在其上形成字形11a,所以传统键盘50无法满足追求美感和高级质感的便携式终端的用户的需求。
而且,因为制造传统键盘的方法包括:通过将液体硅胶注入下模具30的键状凹槽31中,以及使用上模具40按压在键状凹槽31中具有液体硅胶的下模具来形成具有简单、基本造型的键顶11,所以在键顶11的表面很难表现出各种纹理和三维图案,特别是表达出全息图(hologrampattern)或者发纹图案(hairline pattern)。
发明内容
因此,本发明就是针对上述问题作出的,并且本发明的目的就是提供制造便携式终端的键盘的方法,其中,沉积在基膜上的金属薄层被精心地图形化以形成字形,并且键顶状凹槽形成于金属叠层薄膜中并且填充有注模物质,于是使得键盘可以呈现出高级质感的纹理并可以高效地制造。
根据本发明的一个方面,通过提供制造便携式终端的键盘的方法可以实现上述目的,所述便携式终端的键盘包括多个按键和盘,所述方法包括:制备金属叠层薄膜,所述金属叠层薄膜是通过使用金属薄层对基膜进行涂敷获得的;对所述金属薄层进行图形化以形成字形;将所述金属叠层薄膜字形表面朝下放置在具有键顶状凹槽的下模具上,使用具有键顶状凸起的第一上模具按压所述金属叠层薄膜以在所述金属叠层薄膜中形成键顶状的凹槽;使用由合成树脂制成的注模物质填充键顶状的凹槽,并使用第二上模具按压所述物质以形成具有上述多个按键的一体化按键组件,所述每个按键具有键顶状的注模物质;以及在具有字形的所述金属薄层上形成金属镀层。
在本发明的方法中,附着在基膜上的金属薄层可以很简便而精细地图形化以形成具有三维图案的字形,并且键顶状的凹槽形成于金属叠层薄膜中而且填充有注模物质,于是可以有效地生产出具有高级质感而且美感的键盘。
另外,金属叠层薄膜上还形成有金属镀层和保护涂层,可以使得灯发射出绚丽的光。此外,印刷面还可以使得光具有各种色彩。

现在将参考附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。
图4是本发明的第一个实施例所涉及的安装在拱形开关D和电路板H上的便携式终端的键盘的剖面图,图5是本发明的第二个实施例所涉及的安装在拱形开关D和电路板H上的便携式终端的键盘的剖面图。
本发明的键盘设置于前壳体F之内,用作提供光的光源的灯L设置在电路板H上,所述键盘包括安装在拱形开关D上的盘P和诸如拨号键、功能键等的多个按键(K)。
盘P包括凸起P1,凸起P1和拱形开关D一起弹性地工作然后接触电路板H的触点H1。垫片S位于拱形开关D和电路板H之间,每个垫片都具有孔S1。
更具体地说,本发明涉及便携式终端的键盘的多个按键K。如图4和5所示,多个按键K可以集成为一体,或者彼此分开。按键K包括具有键顶状凹槽61a的基膜61,涂敷在基膜61上并用于形成字形62a的金属薄层62,以及填充在键顶状凹槽61a内并用于形成按键顶部的注模物质70。
聚酰亚胺(polyimide)膜或者聚酯(polyester)膜可用作基膜61,以及沉积在基膜61上的铜薄层可用作金属薄层62。如上所述,若聚酰亚胺膜用作基膜61且铜薄膜用作金属薄层62,那么可采用应用于挠性印刷电路板(FPCB)的敷铜箔板(CCL)膜。但是,基膜61和金属薄层62不限于此,也可以采用其它材料制成。
通过使用感光膜并经过图形化步骤,可以使细致明亮的字形62a形成于CCL膜的铜薄层中。也就是,在金属薄层62上涂敷感光树脂或者感光膜,并且通过曝光(exposing)、显影(developing)、蚀刻(etching)和剥离(stripping)等步骤有选择地进行移除。形成于金属薄层62中的字形62a可具有多种三维图案,例如发纹图案、全息图等。
金属镀层81形成于具有字形62a的金属薄层62上。如有必要,保护性的涂层82可以另外形成于金属镀层81之上,印刷面90可以夹在基膜61和注模物质70之间。
使用TiN、SiO2、CrO2等半导体,或者金、铬、银、锡、铝等金属进行喷涂或者电镀,使金属镀层81通过沉积形成在金属薄层62之上。
金属镀层81易于表现出高级质感的键盘纹理,并且经字形62a传送的来自于灯L的光产生衍射、折射和散射,由此在金属镀层81的周围形成彩虹般的全息效果。
保护涂层82是通过UV涂敷形成的,其作用是防止金属镀层81剥离。
图6到图8是表示制造本发明的便携式终端的键盘的方法的流程图。
如图6到图8所示,本发明的制造键盘的方法指制造键盘KP中的按键K的方法,所述键盘具有多个按键K和盘P。
更具体地说,诸如CCL膜的金属叠层薄膜60是通过采用诸如铜薄层的金属薄层62对诸如聚酰亚胺膜或聚酯膜的基膜61进行涂敷获得的,至此,金属叠层薄膜60就制备完成(S11),金属叠层薄膜60的金属薄层62经过图形化以在其上面形成字形62a(S12)。
金属薄层62的图形化过程是通过使用感光树脂或者感光膜对金属薄层62进行涂敷,然后进行曝光、显影、蚀刻和剥离等步骤完成,形成具有各种三维图形的字形62a,比如发纹图案和全息图。如果使用CCL膜,图形化过程会更加易于完成。
具有各种颜色的印刷面90形成于具有字形62a的基膜61的后表面上,字形62a是对金属薄层62进行图形化后获得的,于是,当来自灯L的光被基膜61传送的时候,印刷面就可以呈现出各种色彩(S12a)。
下面,金属叠层薄膜60位于具有键顶状凹槽Gh的下模具G之上,并且被具有键顶状的凸起G11的第一上模具G1按压,从而在其中形成键顶状的凹槽61a(S13)。键顶状的凹槽61a填充有由合成树脂制成的注模物质70a,并且被第二上模具G2按压,于是生成键顶状的注模物质70(S14)。由此,如图4所示的一体化按键组件就制备而成。
金属镀层81通过喷涂或者电镀沉积在具有字形62a的金属薄层62之上,于是可以形成具有高级质感的纹理的键盘。优选使用TiN、SiO2、CrO2等半导体或者金、铬、银、锡、铝等金属,通过喷涂或者电镀的方法,将金属镀层81沉积在金属薄层62之上,于是经字形62a传送的来自于灯L的光产生衍射、折射和散射,从而在金属镀层81周围形成彩虹般的全息效果(S15)。
下面,用于防止金属镀层81剥落或者被用户手指或者异物污染的保护涂层82形成于金属镀层81之上(S16)。
最后,通过切割,使键盘KP被分解为如图5所示的单个按键K,其中每个按键在其对应的键顶状的凹槽61a中填充有键顶状的注模物质70(S17)。
在本发明的具有上述结构并且按照上述步骤制成的便携式终端的键盘中,当用户有选择地按压一个形成有指定的字形62a的按键K,形成于键盘的下表面上的凸起(P1)和电路板(H)的触点(H1)相接触,并反作用于拱形开关(D)的弹力以生成信号。此外,在此时,由灯L发射的光被印刷面90传送出去,并且变换为具有各种色彩的光线,这些光线通过字形62a暴露在外面。这里,光线经字形62a的发纹图案,全息图等三维图形而产生散射或者折射,从而形成彩虹般的效果并且呈现出高级质感的三维效果。
在信号生成之后,当用户的手指从按键K上离开时,由于拱形开关(D)的弹性,凸起(P1)就返回其初始位置。
尽管安装于电路板H上的LED可以用作图4和图5中的灯L,灯L也可采用电致发光(Electro Luminescent,EL)灯。
如上所述,在本发明的方法中,沉积在基膜61上的金属薄层62被容易并且精心地图形化,而形成具有三维图案的字形62a,并且键顶状的凹槽61a形成于金属叠层薄膜60之中,并且由注模物质70填充。
尽管为了说明而揭示了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域的技术人员可以认识到,在不背离本发明所要求的范围内可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。
例如,可以将粘接剂应用于键顶状的凹槽61a,并且使用粘接剂将注模物质70填充到键顶状的凹槽61a中。
从上述描述中可以显而易见地看到,本发明提供了制造本发明的便携式终端的键盘的方法,其中,沉积在基膜上的金属薄层被精心地图形化后以形成字形,并且键顶状的凹槽形成于金属叠层薄膜中,并且填充有注模物质,于是可制造出高质量的键盘。
Claims (4)
1.制造便携式终端的键盘的方法,所述键盘具有多个按键和盘,所述方法包括:
制备金属叠层薄膜,所述金属叠层薄膜是通过使用金属薄层对基膜进行涂敷获得的;
对所述金属薄层进行图形化以形成字形;
将所述金属叠层薄膜字形表面朝下放置在具有键顶状凹槽的下模具上,使用具有键顶状凸起的第一上模具按压所述金属叠层薄膜以在所述金属叠层薄膜中形成键顶状的凹槽;
使用由合成树脂制成的注模物质填充键顶状的凹槽,并使用第二上模具按压所述物质以形成具有上述多个按键的一体化按键组件,所述每个按键具有键顶状的注模物质;以及
在具有字形的所述金属薄层上形成金属镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括在所述金属镀层上形成保护涂层。
3.根据权利要求1到2中的任何一个所述的方法,还包括在所述金属薄层的图形化之后,在所述基膜上形成印刷面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括通过切割将所述一体化的按键组件分割为单个的按键,每个单个按键填充有键顶状的注模物质。
