分离提纯黄金白银的方法,由翠矾NiSO4.7H2O,百分含量为40%;甘汞HgCl2、HgNO3,百分含量为10%;卤水MgCl2、MgBr2、MgSO4、Na2SO4,百分含量为30%;白矾KAI(SO4)2.12H2O,百分含量为10%组成,配方比例为1∶1∶2∶2,添加剂由双氧水(H2O2)3~80%和稻草含还原糖80%各一份组成,还原药物由黑蚂蚁化学成分为蚁酸(甲酸)、氨,人尿为氨、尿素、尿酸、草酸、硫酸,百分含量为60%,绿色植物水稻光合作用光能反应组成,用量为化学计量3.5倍还原,经坎离水法或者火法从矿物难溶含硫石英脉金矿分离提纯黄金、白银。

背景技术:
如我国古代科学家抱扑子《参同契》晚年对黄白术作过详细研究:将水银和硫磺等七味药物组合配成,再将五金混合放入陶瓷坩埚中熔炼,但是抱扑子《参同契》里留下的方术炼成的是伪金,最终得到的是含黄铜的合质金。又如明朝伟大医学家李时珍《本草纲目》中记载大量炼金药物有雄黄、胡桐泪、蓝矾、硇砂等等,并用药物空青点化成金银铜合质金。他们这些古代人又经过分银炉熔炼合质金才能分开炼成合质金、合质银两种贵金属。又在古代西方国家发明王水和氰化钠从事炼金术很时兴,不少王宫贵族一心从事炼金术,例如英国科学家牛顿晚年放弃科学研究,痴迷炼金术,最终炼成也是伪金。西方国家更不会分银技术进行生产白银,只是炼成金银合质金。我国古代和西方国家的科学家到晚年实现的梦想发明创造了炼金术,但该这两种方法都存在其技术缺点是这些方法已经陈旧古老化,对于含硫多的石英脉金矿石溶解金银缓慢较难浸出,还有相当一部分甚至高达10%的金银留在脉金矿石里。这种用火水未济的方法炼成含黄铜合质金和合质银,性能坚硬只用做金银首饰,在科技领域用途范围受到限制,因而用户很少需求含黄铜合质金、银。
又本人以前的两个发明专利存在其技术缺点是用强水与方药硝石等四味药物,在纳米温度40℃以内光照下聚热干燥获得千足金、银。

本发明人的目的在于针对克服上述我国古代和西方国家的炼金术,以及本人以前两个发明专利存在的技术缺点,提供一项改进性的高新科学技术,从矿物含硫难溶石英脉金矿经水法与火法分离提纯黄金与白银的方法。

本发明人根据我国古代炼金术的启示,曾经对黄金、白银的提纯研究了廿十年,从实践炼金过程中改进发明一种天然矿物植物药提纯黄金、白银的方术,由翠矾化学成分为NiSO4.7H2O,百分含量为40%;甘汞化学成分为HgCl2、HgNO3,百分含量为10%;卤水化学成分为黑色的卤汁如氯化镁MgCl2、溴化镁MgBr2、硫酸镁MgSO4、硫酸钠Na2SO4、锂、钛、铬、锰、钴、镍等盐酸根离子,百分含量为30%; 白矾化学成分为KAI(SO4)2.12H2O、百分含量为10%组成,方术中四味药物具体配方比例取值为1∶1∶ 2∶2,添加剂由双氧水(H2O2)3~80%和稻草含还原糖80%各一份组成,还原药物由黑蚂蚁化学成分为蚁酸(即甲酸)、氨,人尿化学成分为氨、尿素、尿酸、草酸、硫酸等,百分含量为60%;绿色植物水稻光合作用光能反应组成,用量为化学计量3.5倍还原,经坎离水法或者火法从矿物难溶含硫石英脉金矿分离提纯黄金、白银。
本发明人在贵金属矿山开采含金0.5%或者30%、银30%的难溶解含硫石英脉金矿石,经过粉碎,过目筛分,取金矿粉,用陶锅舀一半水,用天平称取15克卤水,混合均匀用手淘洗,大多数杂质随水旋转上浮而被分离除去,金屑沉底,弃去卤水。取金屑在固液比6∶1,又取方术四味药物翠矾∶甘汞∶卤水∶白矾,具体取值为1∶1∶2∶2共25克置烧杯内,添加双氧水和稻草各一份,倒入10倍河流水,搅拌均匀,调节PH=7.0,封盖,放在炉火上加热35分钟沸腾,再提取15分钟,金被双氧水氧化分解完全反应生成络合金溶液,溶于方术药物的银与卤水中氯化镁反应生成氯化银与二氧化硅等杂质柝出一层白色物在锅底沉淀,将锅取下,用漏斗乘热过滤,取滤液倒入坩埚中用化学计量3.5倍黑蚂蚁还原,加热30分钟蒸干水分,控制反应使杂质受热分解发生沉淀,再加热水溶解过滤除去杂质,加热浓缩富集获得含81~83%贵金属络合金红色溶液,加热25分钟沸腾,金完全沉淀,再倒入铁锅中用黑蚂蚁还原金沉淀。弃去残液,将沉淀的金用5%双氧水洗过,微量贱金属杂质再次分离被双氧水溶解除去获得纯金。再将锅底沉淀的氯化银用人尿和翠矾溶液溶解,用3.5倍黑蚂蚁还原沉淀纯银。在300~600℃经人尿在烧管内煅烧金和稻草煅烧银,又移到植物水稻光合作用光能反应下于纳米温度41~45℃进一步还原半小时,这样就从难溶含硫石英脉金矿中分离提纯黄金和白银。
本人发明的有益效果:
与我同古代和西方国家炼金术生产含黄铜合质金、银以及本人以前两个专利聚热40℃以内干燥获得千足金、银相比,本发明人在年轻时就实现提纯黄金白银炼金术进一步改进发明的高新科学技术,从含硫石英脉金矿物中容易迅速溶解金银完全,经坎离水火既剂分离提纯黄金、白银,提炼的纯黄金、纯白银性能柔软,随着现代化尖端高新科学技术不断进步发展,其成品在工业上广泛用于医学仪器、航天、航空、电子、电讯以及金银器皿等等,在科技领域用途广泛越来越多用户需求大量纯黄金、纯白银。

下面结合图1进一步说明本发明人从矿物含硫脉金中分离提纯黄金和白银的方法列举为:

②再将沉淀含银30%的氯化银淘洗干净,除去二氧化硅等杂质干燥,再用10克人尿和翠矾溶液溶解成氯化银氨黄色络合溶液,过滤除去杂质,取滤液用3.5倍黑蚂蚁还原银沉淀,除去残液,将还原沉淀的银用5%双氧水洗过,微量贱金属杂质再次分离被双氧水溶解除去,将洗过的银置烧管内和稻草300~600℃煅烧,倒在置玻璃片上移到室外绿色植物水稻光合作用光能反应下于纳米温度41~45℃进一步还原半小时,获得一种贵金属产品用含银量为30%、重150克的脉金矿石分离提炼纯度经光谱分析达到100%、细小均匀片状重45克耀眼光白色的纯白银。

②再将沉淀含银30%的氯化银淘洗干净,除去二氧化硅等杂质干燥,再用10克人尿和翠矾溶液溶解成氯化银氨黄色络合溶液,过滤除去杂质,取滤液用3.5倍黑蚂蚁还原银沉淀,除去残液,将还原沉淀的银用5%双氧水洗过,微量贱金属杂质再次分离被双氧水溶解除去,将洗过的银置烧管内和稻草300~600℃煅烧,倒在玻璃片上移到室外绿色植物水稻光合作用光能反应下于纳米温度41~45℃进一步还原半小时,获得一种贵金属产品用含银量为30%、重150克的脉金矿石分离提炼纯度经光谱分析达到100%、细小均匀圆粒状重45克耀眼光白色的纯白银。
Claims (4)
1.分离提纯黄金白银的方法,其特征是由翠矾化学成分为NiSO4.7H2O,百分含量为40%;甘汞化学成分为HgCl2、HgNO3,百分含量为10%;卤水化学成分为黑色的卤汁氯化镁MgCl2、溴化镁MgBr2、硫酸镁MgSO4、硫酸钠Na2SO4、锂、钛、铬、锰、钴、镍盐酸根离子,百分含量为30%;白矾化学成分为KAI(SO4)2.12H2O,百分含量为10%组成,方术中四味药物具体配方比例为1∶1∶2∶2,添加剂由双氧水(H2O2)3~80%和稻草含还原糖80%各一份组成,还原药物由黑蚂蚁化学成分为蚁酸(甲酸)、氨,人尿化学成分为氨、尿素、尿酸、草酸、硫酸,百分含量为60%,绿色植物水稻光合作用光能反应组成,用量为化学计量3.5倍还原,经坎离水法或者火法从矿物难溶含硫石英脉金矿分离提纯黄金、白银。

4.如权利要求1所述分离提纯黄金白银的方法,其特征是再将沉淀含银30%的氯化银淘洗干净,除去二氧化硅等杂质干燥,再用10克人尿和翠矾溶液溶解成氯化银氨黄色络合溶液,过滤除去杂质,取滤液用3.5倍黑蚂蚁还原银沉淀,除去残液,将还原沉淀的银用5%双氧水洗过,微量贱金属杂质再次分离被双氧水溶解除去,将洗过的银置烧管内和稻草300~600℃煅烧,倒在置玻璃片上移到室外绿色植物水稻光合作用光能反应下于纳米温度41~45℃进一步还原半小时,获得一种贵金属产品用含银量为30%、重150克的脉金矿石分离提炼纯度经光谱分析达到100%、细小均匀片状重45克耀眼光白色的纯白银。
