Abstract

Description

具有金属细丝的增强针织结构
本发明涉及一种具有金属纤维束的针织结构,其中结合有增强复丝嵌入纱。
具有金属纤维束的针织结构曾在本申请人的PCT专利申请WO97/04152中说明过并在各种应用领域内被使用。
这种针织品由于是用比重大的不锈钢细丝构成的,因而相当重。当针织品采用与针织纱型式相同的嵌入纱来增强时,情况也必然是这样。这种针织品当被用作各种支承物的覆盖时由于其自身的重量相当大,会造成某些下垂。这意味着该针织品与形成接触的(多少为水平的)支承物将不能永远保持在同等密切配合的位置上。对于某些用途来说,这是一个相当大的缺点。
加入传统的较粗的嵌入纱必然造成具有较大线圈的针织品,但对许多用途来说,需要的是具有小线圈的用嵌入线来增强的针织结构。而这样做需要在针织时采用高的针织机号,这时如果在针织结构内采用传统的嵌入纱就不能采用高的针织机号;另外,在生产这种增强针织品时确实有可能发生针织缺陷和对针织机的损坏。
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种增强的、较轻而薄的、具有金属纤维束的针织结构,该结构可设法避免上述传统上用金属增强针织品的缺点。
具体地说,本发明提供一种具有不锈钢纤维束的单针床纬编织物,其中细度小于180特(Tex)的增强复丝嵌入纱以规则花纹例如集圈组织被结合进入到织物结构内。
按照本发明用于织物结构的金属纤维(例如从AISI 300或400钢系列、Fecralloy、Aluchrome或Nicralloy中的一种型号制出的)可如美国专利4930199所述用剃削一卷箔叶的边缘的方法制得,或用成束拉丝的技术制得,如美国专利3379000所述。金属纤维的等效直径已知可在2和100μm之间,最好在2和40μm之间。等效直径在这里被定义为具有与上述实际细线相等表面积的直径。
按照本发明被引用到针织结构内的复丝嵌入纱可以是一根具有30到1500条细丝的复丝金属纱或玻璃纱。例如,嵌入纱可以是BekinoxVN连续纱,该纱由70到300条不锈钢丝组成,钢丝的等效直径在2和30μm之间。嵌入纱在针织结构内所占重量通常小于35%。
在另一个实施例中,可被引用到针织结构内的复丝玻璃纤维嵌入纱例如可由直径为7到9μm E型或C型玻璃纤维组成,这种玻璃纱平均具有30到150条细丝,而复丝玻璃纤维纱例如可由两根各含有22条直径为7μm的C型玻璃细丝的单纱捻合而成,其时嵌入纱在针织结构内所占重量小于25%。
采用较轻的嵌入纱便可解决上面提到的针织结构的下垂问题,这样针织物的重量便可较轻,并可限制针织结构在纬纱方向的弹性。就许多用途来说,这是一个非常有利的因素。在这些用途中包括将该针织结构用作支承结构的覆盖而被使用在玻璃板如汽车车窗的成形或形成过程中,这将在下面说明。
另外,复丝嵌入纱比具有相同粗细的传统的短嵌入纱更为强劲,因此可用较细的嵌入纱来使针织物得到至少相等的强度。
再者,较细的嵌入纱可使线圈形成过程受到较少的妨碍,从而采用相同的针织机号,与相应的传统增强产品比较,可以得到较精致的针织物(具有较小的线圈)。而且,较细的嵌入纱(和集圈组织)比传统方式更有可能采用较高的针织机号来生产增强的针织物。
按照本发明的纬编结构既可平织也可圆织,并且是柔韧的。该针织结构的重量在600和2000g/m2之间,当压力降为100帕(Pa)时,其透气性大于400L/dm2/min。
实例
纬编针织结构用作模压过程中与玻璃板接触的模压元件的覆盖支承。
大量的玻璃纤维织物在传统上用于制造和模压汽车车窗,例如用于覆盖模型、回火环和加压环、玻璃搬运设施等,但这些织物并不很耐磨,以致这样模压出来的玻璃板的光学质量差。
含有金属纤维的针织结构也已知可用于这种用途。例如,在本申请人的PCT专利申请WO 94/01373中就曾说明各种非均相针织物,它们或是用另外的嵌入纱增强或是没有增强,而嵌入纱与针织纱属于同一类型。这种产品涉及双针床针织物并且嵌入纱没有集圈组织。
这些重的传统针织物显示的缺点是在使用时它们由于自身的重量多少会下垂。造成这样的原因为在高温时纤维丧失一定的强度,并且每当玻璃被加压时,覆盖物受到一个微小的拉力,而少数金属纤维保持粘结在玻璃板上。
但对本例中所论述的用途来说,最为重要的是,针织的覆盖物应该总是与在其下或其上形成接触的支承结构保持紧密的配合,这样做为的是要避免发生尺寸的变化、玻璃内的缺陷、和在玻璃成形过程中生产线上的障碍。
按照本发明可被用于这种用途的纬编针织结构的具体实例为一个用AISI 316L型不锈钢制成的圆编针织结构,该结构用细度为110特、具有90条细丝、平均等效直径为14μm的复丝BekinoxVN连续纱增强。这种针织结构的重量为1685g/m2,其透气性在100帕的压力降下为540L/min/dm2。复丝嵌入纱在针织结构中所占的重量为32%。
由于采用了较细的嵌入纱,致使针织物本身的重量变小,因此该针织物可较少下垂甚至不下垂。
采用较细的嵌入纱使得生产的针织物有可能具有较小的线圈和/或较高的针织机号,从而使模压玻璃板具有较好的光学性能。尽管线圈较小,但针织物仍能保持足够的透气性。
另外,在其内引用嵌入纱的针织结构可比不用嵌入纱的针织结构具有较大的宽度,因此能成形较大的玻璃板,特别是汽车车窗或风挡,使它具有非常良好的光学质量。

Claims (12)

1.一种具有不锈钢纤维束的单针床纬编针织结构,其特征为,细度小于180特的增强复丝嵌入纱以具有集圈组织的规则花纹结合进入针织结构中。
2.按照权利要求1的针织结构,其特征为,该针织结构为平针组织或圆针组织。
3.按照权利要求1的针织结构,其中针织结构的重量在600到2000g/m2之间。
4.按照权利要求1的针织结构,其中针织结构的透气性在100帕的压力降下大于400L/dm2/min。
5.按照权利要求1的针织结构,其中纤维束包括具有等效直径在2到100μm之间的细丝。
6.按照权利要求1的针织结构,其中金属纤维包括束具有等效直径在2到40μm之间的细丝。
7.按照权利要求1到针织结构,其中复丝纱是由平均为30到1500条细丝组成的。
8.按照权利要求1的针织结构,其中嵌入纱为复丝的不锈钢纱。
9.按照权利要求8的针织结构,其特征为,嵌入纱在针织结构中所占重量小于35%。
10.按照权利要求1的针织结构,其中嵌入纱为玻璃纤维纱。
11.按照权利要求10的针织结构,其特征为,纬纱在针织结构中所占重量小于25%。
12.按照权利要求1的针织结构的用途,用于覆盖在玻璃板的成形过程中使用的模型和回火环或加压环,或在玻璃板成形过程用于覆盖玻璃板的搬运设施。
