Abstract
The present invention concerns a kind of ply yarns and the ply yarns fabric. One piece of the ply yarn is intertwisted by one piece of untwisted yarn and one piece of twisted yarn or filament in the direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarn is below 200, and the fibers of the untwisted yarn are parallel. In the present invention, the ply yarns fabric is woven by the ply yarns. The present invention adopts the ply yarns to make the ply yarns fabrics. The fabrics contain warp yarns and the weft yarns which form the noumenon of the fabrics. One piece of the ply yarn is intertwisted by one piece of untwisted yarn and one piece of twisted yarn or filament in the direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarn is below 200, and the fibers of the untwisted yarn are parallel, the untwisted yarns are linear, so that the bulgy parts could be formed on the surface of the fabric. The ply yarns fabric has high tensile strength, good crisp aesthetics and it maintains softness, air porosity, hygroscopicity, the heat retention and the stronger affinity for our skin as the untwisted yarns fabrics have.
Description
- This application claims the priorities of the Chinese patent applications No. 200720030701.5 with filing date of Nov. 15, 2007 and No. 200720302112.8 with filing date of Oct. 29, 2007, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference thereto.
- The present invention, which concerns textile, is a kind of ply yarns and the ply yarns fabric.
- The untwisted yarns are being limited greatly, because the untwisted yarns are used for making the towels in the present field. Varies fabrics, which have been authorized preliminarily in the market, are woven by untwisted yarns, since the applicant developed the untwisted yarns fabric these years. From further research we found: the production of the untwisted yarns needs vinylon, then vinylon should be removed at last, so, the method of producing the untwisted yarns will pollute environment seriously. The cost of solving the kind of the pollution is high, which increases the cost of the fabrics.
- The purpose of the present invention is to provide one kind of ply yarns and the ply yarns fabric, the ply yarns are composed by untwisted yarns and twisted yarns. The vinylon needn't stranded to produce the ply yarns when we produce the ply yarns, so that the production processes, the waste and the cost can be reduced, the pollution can be removed. The ply yarns have good softness, hygroscopicity and structure stability. The fabrics, which are woven by the ply yarns, have good crisp aesthetics and softness.
- The present invention concerns the ply yarns. Said ply yarn being made by intertwisting one piece of untwisted yarn and one piece of twisted yarn or filament in a direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarn is below 200, and the fibers of the untwisted yarn are parallel.
- In the ply yarns, the untwisted yarns and the twisted yarns are linear, the twisted yarns intertwist the untwisted yarns linearly.

FIG. 1 , said ply yarn being made by intertwisting one piece of untwisted yarn 1 and one piece of twisted yarn orfilament 2 in a direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarn 1 is below 200, and thefibers 3 of the untwisted yarn 1 are parallel. The ply yarns have many combined arrangements, for example, the untwisted yarn 1 and thetwisted yarn 2 are linear, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes thetwisted yarn 2 linearly; the untwisted yarn 1 is curvilinear, thetwisted yarn 2 is linear, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes thetwisted yarn 2 in the direction of the length; the circularity is set on the untwisted yarn 1, the circularity is set on thetwisted yarn 2, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes thetwisted yarn 2 in the direction of the length; the circularity is set on the untwisted yarn 1, thetwisted yarn 2 is linear, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes thetwisted yarn 2 in the direction of the length. The twisted yarns as described above also can be replaced by filaments. - The ply yarns fabric, which is described as the present invention, contains the
warp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9. Thewarp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 compose the fabric noumenon. Thewarp yarns 8 or the weft yarns 9 are the ply yarns which are made by intertwisting theuntwisted yarns 6 and the twisted yarns orfilaments 7 in the direction of the length. The twist factor of theuntwisted yarns 6 is below 200, and thefibers 10 of theuntwisted yarn 6 are parallel. So, the bulgy parts could be formed on the surface of the fabric. The bulgy parts can increase the third dimension of the fabric. The hygroscopicity can be increased when the shape of the bulgy part is circularity. - In the present invention, the density of the fabric is between 60 and 800 pieces per 10 cm, with which we will produce the fabrics having good crisp aesthetics. One of the optimally selected schemes is: the density of the fabric is between 220 and 500 pieces per 10 cm; another optimally selected scheme is: the density of the fabric is between 60 and 200 pieces per 10 cm, in this case, the crisp and softness of the fabric will be increased.
- In the present invention, the
warp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 have the following arrangements: theply warp yarns 8 are arranged one by one, the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged one by one, theply warp yarns 8 and the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged vertically. This is one of the optimally selected schemes, with which we can accomplish the purpose of the present invention better; another scheme is: theply warp yarns 8 are arranged one by one, the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged one by one, theply warp yarns 8 and the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged slantways. This is anther optimally selected scheme, with which we can also accomplish the purpose of the present invention better. - In the present invention, the
warp yarns 8 or the weft yarns 9 are the ply yarns, also thewarp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 are all the ply yarns. For example, thewarp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 are all the ply yarns which are made by intertwisting theuntwisted yarns 6 and the twisted yarns orfilaments 7, the twist factor of theuntwisted yarns 6 is below 200; in order to decrease fluffs of the fabric and increase the crisp aesthetics, we can use the ply yarns in the warp yarns or the weft yarns. For instance, we can use one piece of the single yarn and the ply yarn to compose the fabric, the single yarn is thewarp yarn 8 or the weft yarn 9, the single yarn can be the twisted yarn orfilament 7. There are many arrangement schemes: in the fabric, thewarp yarn 8 is the twisted yarn 7 (the single yarn), the weft yarn 9 is the ply yarn; in the fabric, the weft yarn 9 is the twisted yarn (the single yarn), thewarp yarn 8 is the ply yarn; thewarp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged vertically, or thewarp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged slantways. Another scheme is: in the fabric, thewarp yarn 8 is the untwisted yarn (the single yarn), the weft yarn 9 is the ply yarn; in the fabric, the weft yarn 9 is the untwisted yarn (the single yarn), thewarp yarn 8 is the ply yarn; thewarp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged vertically, or thewarp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged slantways; thewarp yarns 8 are arranged by the single yarns and the ply yarns, the weft yarns 9 are arranged by the ply yarns; the weft yarns 9 are arranged by the single yarns and the ply yarns, thewarp yarns 8 are arranged by the ply yarns. - The present invention is not limited in above examples.
- In the present invention, the twist factor of the ply yarns is between 250 and 280 twists/m.

Claims (8)
1. A kind of ply yarns comprising:
a piece of untwisted yarn and a piece of twisted yarn or filament;
said piece of untwisted yarn being intertwisted with said piece of twisted yarn or filament in a direction of the length;
a twist factor of said untwisted yarn being below 200; and the fibers of said untwisted yarn are parallel.
2. The ply yarns of claim 1 , wherein said untwisted yarn and said twisted yarn are linear, said twisted yarns interties said untwisted yarns linearly.
3. A ply yarns fabric woven by the ply yarns of claim 1 comprising:
warp yarns and weft yarns forming a noumenon of the ply yarns fabric, said warp yarns or said weft yarns is said ply yarns; said ply yarns including untwisted yarns and twisted yarns or filaments;
the twist factor of said untwisted yarn being below 200, and the fibers of said untwisted yarn being parallel, said untwisted yarns being linear;
said ply yarn being made by intertwisting one piece of untwisted yarn and one piece of twisted yarn or filament in a direction of the length, so that bulgy parts being formed on the surface of the ply yards fabric.
4. The ply fabric of claim 3 , wherein said ply warp yarns are arranged one by one, said ply weft yarns are arranged one by one, said ply warp yarns and said ply weft yarns are arranged vertically.
5. The ply fabric of claim 3 , wherein said ply warp yarns are arranged one by one, said ply weft yarns are arranged one by one, said ply warp yarns (8) and said ply weft yarns are arranged slantways.
6. The ply fabric of claim 3 , wherein the density of said ply fabric is between 60 and 800 pieces per 10 cm.
7. The ply fabric of claim 3 , wherein the density of said ply fabric is between 220 and 500 pieces per 10 cm.
8. The ply fabric of claim 3 , wherein the density of said ply fabric is between 60 and 200 pieces per 10 cm.
