  • FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of structure of the ply yarns;
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the spatial structure of the ply yarns;
  • FIG. 3 is a magnified view of the Part I of the FIG. 2 showing the bulgy part in the FIG. 2;
  • FIG. 4 is a magnified view of the Part II of the FIG. 2, showing the arrangement structures of the untwisted yarns and the twisted yarns in FIG. 2, one is a single yarn, another is a ply yarn, in other arrangement, the warp yarns and the weft yarns both can be ply yarns;

  • FIG. 6 is the Part IV of FIG. 2, showing the fibers arrangements structure of the untwisted yarns in FIG. 5;
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In FIG. 1, said ply yarn being made by intertwisting one piece of untwisted yarn 1 and one piece of twisted yarn or filament 2 in a direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarn 1 is below 200, and the fibers 3 of the untwisted yarn 1 are parallel. The ply yarns have many combined arrangements, for example, the untwisted yarn 1 and the twisted yarn 2 are linear, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes the twisted yarn 2 linearly; the untwisted yarn 1 is curvilinear, the twisted yarn 2 is linear, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes the twisted yarn 2 in the direction of the length; the circularity is set on the untwisted yarn 1, the circularity is set on the twisted yarn 2, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes the twisted yarn 2 in the direction of the length; the circularity is set on the untwisted yarn 1, the twisted yarn 2 is linear, the untwisted yarn 1 intertwistes the twisted yarn 2 in the direction of the length. The twisted yarns as described above also can be replaced by filaments.
  • The ply yarns fabric, which is described as the present invention, contains the warp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9. The warp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 compose the fabric noumenon. The warp yarns 8 or the weft yarns 9 are the ply yarns which are made by intertwisting the untwisted yarns 6 and the twisted yarns or filaments 7 in the direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarns 6 is below 200, and the fibers 10 of the untwisted yarn 6 are parallel. So, the bulgy parts could be formed on the surface of the fabric. The bulgy parts can increase the third dimension of the fabric. The hygroscopicity can be increased when the shape of the bulgy part is circularity.
  • In the present invention, the density of the fabric is between 60 and 800 pieces per 10 cm, with which we will produce the fabrics having good crisp aesthetics. One of the optimally selected schemes is: the density of the fabric is between 220 and 500 pieces per 10 cm; another optimally selected scheme is: the density of the fabric is between 60 and 200 pieces per 10 cm, in this case, the crisp and softness of the fabric will be increased.
  • In the present invention, the warp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 have the following arrangements: the ply warp yarns 8 are arranged one by one, the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged one by one, the ply warp yarns 8 and the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged vertically. This is one of the optimally selected schemes, with which we can accomplish the purpose of the present invention better; another scheme is: the ply warp yarns 8 are arranged one by one, the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged one by one, the ply warp yarns 8 and the ply weft yarns 9 are arranged slantways. This is anther optimally selected scheme, with which we can also accomplish the purpose of the present invention better.
  • In the present invention, the warp yarns 8 or the weft yarns 9 are the ply yarns, also the warp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 are all the ply yarns. For example, the warp yarns 8 and the weft yarns 9 are all the ply yarns which are made by intertwisting the untwisted yarns 6 and the twisted yarns or filaments 7, the twist factor of the untwisted yarns 6 is below 200; in order to decrease fluffs of the fabric and increase the crisp aesthetics, we can use the ply yarns in the warp yarns or the weft yarns. For instance, we can use one piece of the single yarn and the ply yarn to compose the fabric, the single yarn is the warp yarn 8 or the weft yarn 9, the single yarn can be the twisted yarn or filament 7. There are many arrangement schemes: in the fabric, the warp yarn 8 is the twisted yarn 7 (the single yarn), the weft yarn 9 is the ply yarn; in the fabric, the weft yarn 9 is the twisted yarn (the single yarn), the warp yarn 8 is the ply yarn; the warp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged vertically, or the warp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged slantways. Another scheme is: in the fabric, the warp yarn 8 is the untwisted yarn (the single yarn), the weft yarn 9 is the ply yarn; in the fabric, the weft yarn 9 is the untwisted yarn (the single yarn), the warp yarn 8 is the ply yarn; the warp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged vertically, or the warp yarn 8 and the weft yarn 9 are arranged slantways; the warp yarns 8 are arranged by the single yarns and the ply yarns, the weft yarns 9 are arranged by the ply yarns; the weft yarns 9 are arranged by the single yarns and the ply yarns, the warp yarns 8 are arranged by the ply yarns.
  • The present invention is not limited in above examples.
  • In the present invention, the twist factor of the ply yarns is between 250 and 280 twists/m.
  • Numeral 4 is the ply yarns fabric in FIG. 2, numeral 5 is the bulgy part in FIG. 3.
