背景技术
现在食用灵芝,主要有以下几种形式:1、灵芝泡水法:灵芝剪成碎块,放在茶杯内,用开水泡后当茶喝,一般成人一天用量10-15克,可连续冲泡5次以上。2、灵芝水煎法:将灵芝剪碎,放在罐内,加水煎煮,一般煎煮3-4次,把所有煎液混合,分次口服。3、灵芝泡酒法:将灵芝剪碎放入白酒瓶中,密封浸泡,三天后,白酒变成棕红色时,即可饮用,可加冰糖或蜂蜜。4、灵芝炖肉法:各种肉内都可加入灵芝炖,按各自的习惯加入调料喝汤吃肉。以上几种方式,都是粗加工食品,其缺点是比较费工、费时、费力,食用不方便。
发明内容
为了克服上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种灵芝食品,它食用方便,食用品种多,省工、省时、省力,可开水冲泡,也可直接食用。
本发明的技术方案是:一种灵芝食品,其特征是,主要由下述重量的原料制成:野生灵芝0.1-99g、阿胶10-30g、冰糖8-15g。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:一种灵芝食品,其特征是,主要由下述重量的原料制成:野生灵芝0.1-99g、阿胶10-30g、核桃仁8-15g、芝麻8-15g、冰糖8-15g。
制备方法:将野生灵芝、核桃仁和其他除阿胶、芝麻、冰糖以外的原料粉碎,将阿胶在2倍的水中化开,再添加粉碎后的野生灵芝、核桃仁和其他原料,以及芝麻与冰糖,当熬制成膏状后,冷冻定型后切割包装。

制备方法:
(1)将野生灵芝、沙棘、莲子心、黄豆、大枣、桂圆加工粉碎,细化程度在200目以上;

主要成分功效简介:
野生灵芝:灵芝作为药用,古代认为有益心气,安精魂,坚筋骨,好颜色等功效。主治神经衰弱、头昏失眠和虚劳咳嗽等症。据现代医学研究报道,灵芝有强精、消炎、镇痛、抗菌、免疫、解毒、利尿、净血等多种功效。对癌症、脑溢血、心脏病、肠胃病、白血病、神经衰弱、慢性支气管炎等多种疾病都有一定的疗效。作为健康食品,灵芝含有两种最珍贵的成分,一是有机锗,含量达800--2000ppm,是人参含锗量的3-6倍。锗能消除血液中的胆固醇、脂肪、血栓及其它不纯物质,使血液循环畅通。还能增强红血球带吸氧的能力,促进新陈代时,因而有健身、美容和延缓衰老的作用。二是高分子多糖体,能强化人体免疫系统,提高对疾病的抵抗力。还能抑制癌细胞的恶化与蔓延。
阿胶:补血;止血;滋阴;润燥。主血虚证;虚劳咯血;吐血;尿血;便血;血痢;妊娠下血;崩漏;阴虚心烦失眠;肺虚澡咳;虚风内动之痉厥抽搐。
核桃仁:中医中药理论认为,核桃仁有补肾固精、温肺定喘、润肠通便、利尿消石的功能,可用于肾虚腰痛、阳痿遗精、须发早白、头晕耳鸣、肺虚久喘、肠燥便秘、尿路结石等病症。核桃仁含有丰富的营养素,每百克含蛋白质15~20克,脂肪60~70克,碳水化合物10克;并含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质,以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素。核桃中所含脂肪的主要成分是亚油酸甘油脂,食后不但不会使胆固醇升高,还能减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收,因此,可作为高血压、动脉硬化患者的滋补品。此外,这些油脂还可供给大脑基质的需要。核桃中所含的微量元素锌和锰是脑垂体的重要成分,常食有益于脑的营养补充,有健脑益智作用。
芝麻:补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥。用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘。作用:(1)降血糖作用:种子提取物给大鼠口服,可降低血糖,增加肝脏及肌肉中糖元的含量,但大剂量则降低糖元含量。(2)促肾上腺作用:芝麻0.2ml/100g体重喂饲大鼠,可增加肾上腺中抗坏血酸及胆固醇含量。(3)抗炎作用:灭菌的芝麻油涂布皮肤粘膜,有减轻刺激,促进炎症恢复等作用。(4)致泻作用:种子有致泻作用。(5)对心血管作用:黑芝麻中的亚油酸可使血中胆固醇含量降低,有防治冠状动脉硬化的作用。
大枣:补中益气,养血安神。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁。作用:作为中药应用已有2000多年的历史,主要用于中气不足、脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、食少便溏、血虚萎黄、妇女脏躁等证的治疗。近年来药理研究发现,大枣中含有多种生物活性物质,如大枣多糖、黄酮类、皂苷类、三萜类、生物碱类、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸乌苷(cGMP)等,对人体有多种保健治病功效。现代医学研究表明大枣对抗肿瘤,抗氧化,降血压、降胆固醇,保肝护肝,提高免疫力,防治脑供血不足,抗过敏,防治心血管病,防治骨质疏松和贫血都具有比较明显的作用。
莲子心:是莲子中央的青绿色胚芽,味苦,有清热、固精、安神、强心的功效。主要成分:含莲心碱、异莲心碱、甲基莲心碱、荷叶碱、前荷叶碱、牛角花素、甲基紫堇杷灵、去甲基乌药碱。又含木犀草甙、金丝桃甙、芸香甙等黄酮类。作用:清心去热、涩精、止血、止渴等,可治疗心衰、休克、阳痿、心烦、口渴、吐血、遗精、目赤、肿痛等病症,清心火,平肝火,泻脾火,降肺火,消暑除烦,生津止渴,治目红肿。用莲子心冲水喝,可以治疗便秘。莲子中的钙、磷和钾含量非常丰富,除可以构成骨骼和牙齿的成分外,还有促进凝血,使某些酶活化,维持神经传导性,镇静神经,维持肌肉的伸缩性和心跳的节律等作用。丰富的磷还是细胞核蛋白的主要组成部分,帮助机体进行蛋白质、脂肪、糖类代谢,并维持酸碱平衡。
百合:润肺止咳,清心安神,补中益气,清热利尿,清热解毒,凉血止血,健脾和胃。治肺痨久嗽,咳唾痰血,心悸怔忡,失眠多梦,烦燥不安,心痛,喉痹,胃阴不足之胃痛,二便不利,浮肿,痈肿疮毒,脚气,产后出血,腹胀,身痛。

沙棘:含有100多种珍贵的天然化合物,有“维生素之王”、“水果之王”、“营养之王”的美称。主要成分:维生素A、B1、Bb、C、E、K、P、胡萝卜素含量相当高,含有20多种氨基酸,20多种微量元素,维生素C的含量,是猕猴桃的2-3倍,甜蜜桔的100倍,鲜蜂蜜的20倍,苹果的100倍,西红柿的80倍。另含有玻璃酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、乙酸、酒石酸、草酸、亚油酸、脂肪酸、蛋白质、碳水化合物、植物醇等,锶、钇、铝、钙、磷、铍、镍、钛、锌、硅、锡、铬、锰、锆、镁、硒等无机微量元素。功能主治:止咳祛痰,消食化滞,活血散瘀。用于咳嗽痰多、消化不良、食积腹痛、跌扑瘀肿、瘀血经闭。主要作用止咳化痰、健胃消食、活血散瘀之功效。现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用
黄豆:黄豆为“豆中之王”,是我国和世界上许多国家和地区的主要食品之一,具有很高的营养价值。所含蛋白质约达40%。1千克黄豆的蛋白质含量,相当于猪瘦肉2千克、鸡蛋3千克、牛奶12千克。此外,黄豆还含有丰富的钙、磷、铁、维生素A和B等。目前,研究人员认为黄豆中含有的异黄酮类成分是保健食品、药品、营养学研究的焦点之一。主要作用(1)抗肿瘤作用:主要对性激素相关性肿瘤,如乳腺癌、前列腺癌具有抑制作用。(2)类雌激素作用:黄豆中含有的异黄酮类成分与17β-雌二醇的化学结构很相似,可与雌激素受体结合,而发挥一定的作用。因此,黄豆对妇女更年期后雌激素水平降低相关性疾病,如骨质疏松、动脉粥样硬化、血脂升高等有一定的预防治疗效果。异黄酮成分预防骨丢失的作用类似于雌激素,但作用弱于雌激素。(3)心脑血管保护作用:黄豆中的异黄酮类成分具有降血脂作用,可降低血胆固醇;还可减轻受体动脉壁的渗出及炎症反应,从而抑制动脉粥样硬化的形成。异黄酮类成分还可通过减慢心率、降低心肌耗氧量、扩张冠状动脉、增加冠状动脉血流量等作用,预防心肌缺血、心绞痛、心肌梗死的发生。对偏头痛、眼底静脉栓塞等也有一定的防治作用。
大豆低聚肽:大豆低聚肽是将大豆蛋白通过酶解或酸水解的方法制备的小分子肽类物质,主要是由3~6个氨基酸构成,分子量在1000以下。众多的科学研究发现,将大豆蛋白转化为大豆低聚肽,使大豆低聚肽出现了大豆蛋白所不具备的多种特殊性。具有分子量小直接吸收,热酸稳定性强等。主要作用有1)改善小肠组织结构和吸收功能;(2)增强机体的免疫力;(3)降血压;(4)调节血脂;(5)促进脂肪代谢;(6)抗氧化抗疲劳。
冰糖:补中益气,和胃润肺,止咳化痰。性味:甘、平、无毒。归经:入肺、脾。功效:养阴生津,润肺止咳。主治:肺燥咳嗽,干咳无痰,咯痰带血。
中医认为阴阳平衡,百病不生;元气为人生命之本。是构成和维持人体生命活动的基本物质。气为阳,血为阴;气行则血行,气止则血止。这充分说明气、血对人类健康的重要性。然而现代生活节奏加快,人们普遍压力增加,生存环境污染,饮食结构改变(如方便面、火腿肠等),缺少运动(适量运动活气血),看电视、上网时间过长,睡眠时间严重不足等使人们普遍阴阳失衡,气血两亏,从而导致许许多多的慢性病和不明原因的不舒服。长期处于亚健康状态,影响生活和工作。且由于长期的饮食不合理,导致人体长期缺少某些让人健康的营养物质,如维生素、矿物质等。
人体是由细胞--组织---器官---系统组成,各个之间是由管道连接起来的。如血管、气管、食管、淋巴管肠道等,即使中医上讲的经络也是某种传导的管道。哪里不通,哪里的营养物质便不能正常运输、代谢废物也不能很好的排出。以至影响气血正常运行,使人阴阳失衡,导致不健康。
如今,人们生活方式和生存环境在慢慢变化。生活方式正日渐与自然界脱离,工作方式以脑力为主,生存环境也越来越趋向于室内。炎热夏季人们往往呆在空调环境中,出汗越来越少,久而久之就损伤了阳气,表现为容易疲劳,平时不喜欢运动,一旦运动就汗出如雨。严重时还会经常头晕,容易感冒。这种人为的凉爽环境正慢慢成为影响人们健康的危险因素。还有居住生存环境的恶化,以及饮水、空气、食物的不绿色,不有机等对人类的健康都产生巨大的影响,这里不在一一叙述。
根据以上分析可以得出人们不健康的因素主要有阴阳失衡,气血两亏,元气不足;营养物质不平衡,某些缺乏;管道不通,三焦不和,排泄不畅;缺少运动,脱离自然;环境恶化,空气、饮水、食物污染等。影响健康,造成人们亚健康,甚至疾病。并且病程持续时间长,反复发作,现今却缺乏有效治疗手段。慢性病的主要表现有①心脑血管疾病,如高血压、冠心病、脑卒中;②恶性肿瘤;③代谢性异常,如糖尿病;④精神异常和精神病;⑤遗传性疾病;⑥慢性职业病;如矽肺、化学中毒等;⑦慢性气管炎和肺气肿;⑧其他。然而现代医学对慢性病却缺少行之有效的手段和方法。传统中医学素有“三分治、七分养”之传统,比较适合治疗慢性病。也就是说食疗重于药疗。
现在市面上有很多养生食品和保健品,但是绝大部分侧重于给人体补充某种物质,如矿物质、维生素、膳食纤维等。还有的是某些比较稀罕的东西,如海狗油、林蛙油、燕窝等,这些能否满足人们的大量需要,很难说的清楚。这样就造成了这些产品对人体整体健康的不完全。有的人用了有效,有的人用了无效,还有的经常服用,效果也不见多好。而核桃仁、黑芝麻、桂圆、百合、大豆、冰糖、莲子心大枣等对我们健康非常有益的食品恰恰没有被人们太重视。即使重视了由于食用的单一性和不方便,导致很多人用了效果不明显,或者干脆不用。人们都知道野生灵芝和阿胶对健康非常好。但是煎煮起来很多人嫌麻烦,故而也不用。
本发明灵芝食品把这些人们非常熟悉的食品按一定比例组合成食用非常方便的即食食品。是利用了,野生灵芝善补气;阿胶善补血。这样补气又补血,滋阴又壮阳,使人很健康。加入芝麻、冰糖、核桃仁后不仅补充营养物质,同时又能补肝肾,益精血,润肠道,润肺。同时大枣、百合、桂圆又都具有益气补血,调和阴阳的作用,加入后使滋阴壮阳效果进一步明显。沙棘、黄豆、莲子心、大豆低聚肽又能进一步给人全面补充均衡的营养物质。这样从蛋白质、碳水化合物、优质脂肪、矿物质、维生素、膳食纤维等全部都有了。同时它们又各有侧重。如百合冰糖侧重于肺、莲子心侧重于心、芝麻侧重于肝肾、桂圆侧重于益脾开胃、核桃仁、大豆低聚肽侧重于肠道,野生灵芝、阿胶、大枣、黄豆则侧重于全身。野生灵芝、沙棘、黄豆、大豆低聚肽又给人体补充了均衡的营养物质。所以本配方产品对调理人体健康,提高免疫力改善亚健康,特别是慢性病有着非常好的疗效。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
配比:野生灵芝20g、阿胶15g、核桃仁10g、芝麻10g、大枣10g、莲子心10g、百合10g、桂圆10g、沙棘10g、黄豆10g、大豆低聚肽9g、冰糖9g。
制备方法:
(1)将野生灵芝、沙棘、莲子心、黄豆、大枣、桂圆加工粉碎,细化程度在200目以上;
(2)将核桃仁、百合和大豆低聚肽粉碎至葵花籽大小;
(3)将阿胶在2倍的水中化开后,先添加野生灵芝、沙棘、莲子心、黄豆、大枣、桂圆细微粉,再添加芝麻、核桃仁、百合、大豆低聚肽细碎料以及冰糖,当熬制成膏状后,冷冻定型后切割包装。
实施例2
配比:野生灵芝30g、阿胶20g、核桃仁12g、芝麻12g、大枣10g、莲子心11g、百合11g、桂圆10g、沙棘10g、黄豆10g、大豆低聚肽8g、冰糖8g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
配比:野生灵芝50g、阿胶30g、核桃仁15g、芝麻15g、大枣12g、莲子心11g、百合10g、桂圆9g、沙棘9g、黄豆8g、大豆低聚肽8g、冰糖8g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
配比:野生灵芝20g、阿胶15g、核桃仁10g、芝麻10g、冰糖10g。
制备方法:
(1)将野生灵芝加工粉碎,细化程度在200目以上;
(2)将核桃仁粉碎至葵花籽大小;
(3)将阿胶在2倍的水中化开后,先添加把野生灵芝细微粉,再添加芝麻、核桃仁细碎料以及冰糖,当熬制成膏状后,冷冻定型后切割包装。
实施例5
配比:野生灵芝30g、阿胶20g、核桃仁12g、芝麻12g、冰糖10g。
制备方法:同实施例4。
Claims (3)
1.一种灵芝食品,其特征是,由下述重量的原料制成:野生灵芝0.1-99g、阿胶10-30g、核桃仁8-15g、芝麻8-15g、冰糖8-15g;
(1)将野生灵芝加工粉碎,细化程度在200目以上;
(2)将核桃仁粉碎至葵花籽大小;
(3)将阿胶在2倍的水中化开后,先添加野生灵芝细微粉,再添加芝麻、核桃仁细碎料以及冰糖,当熬制成膏状后,冷冻定型后切割包装。
