Abstract
本发明涉及一种育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺,属于农业养殖技术领域。配合饲料由以物料组成:高筋面粉、去皮膨化豆粕、发酵豆粕、鱼粉、鸡肉粉、虾粉、鱿鱼膏、磷脂油、豆油、鱼油、螺旋藻、氯化胆碱、沸石粉、磷酸二氢钙、食盐、酵母水解物、抗菌肽、甲壳类复合维生素、复合有机微量元素、虾青素;采用先粗粉、后超微粉碎,保证物料的足够细度。分级混合,可充分混合物料,提高粉料与油料之间的融合度,便于后续的调质与膨化操作。调质时间越长,蒸汽与粉状饲料的接触混合时间越多,添加的蒸汽量越多,越有利于河蟹饲料的熟化。调质过后的物料进行挤压膨化,促进了淀粉的完全熟化、蛋白质的变性、不同饲料原料中抗营养因子的灭活、以及杀虫灭菌,从而提高河蟹对该饲料的消化吸收利用率,减少肠道刺激,降低疾病的发生,改善水质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺,属于农业养殖技术领域。
背景技术
河蟹在上市之前,养殖户一般会选择加大投喂冰鲜鱼,促进河蟹后期生长,营养物质的累积,达到膏黄肥美。冰鲜鱼的使用效果好,但有弊端,来源杂,品质不能保证,会引起疾病的发生,另外,导致水质污染,国家对环保要求越来越严,因此对颗粒饲料的要求比较迫切。河蟹饲料推广的比较早也很成功,但是替代冰鲜鱼用来催肥壮膏的颗粒饲料并不多,使用效果和投喂冰鲜鱼相比也存在着一定差距。
大多数饲料厂在河蟹配合饲料的研究中,采用的工艺多是改良的普通水产颗粒饲料工艺。河蟹的消化器官很简单,肠道非常短,排出时间非常快,饲料中的部分营养物质还未经消化已被排出,从而造成饲料的浪费以及对水质的污染。因此,对于河蟹饲料工艺的大步推进也是讫需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种设计合理、使用方便的育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:所述配合饲料由以下重量份的物料组成:高筋面粉8-10份、去皮膨化豆粕20-25份、发酵豆粕4-6份、鱼粉15-20份、鸡肉粉10-15份、虾粉3-5份、鱿鱼膏2-4份、磷脂油2-3份、豆油1-2份、鱼油1-2份、螺旋藻1-2份、氯化胆碱0.1-0.2份、沸石粉1-2份、磷酸二氢钙1.5-2.0份、食盐0.3-0.5份、酵母水解物0.4-0.7份、抗菌肽0.02-0.03份、甲壳类复合维生素0.05-0.15份、复合有机微量元素0.02-0.04份;
作为优选,所述配合饲料中设有虾青素0.02-0.05份。
作为优选,所述甲壳类复合维生素每1000g的饲料组分含量如下:维生素A 70万IU、维生素D3 18万IU、维生素E 4000mg、维生素K3 1500mg、维生素B1 2000mg、维生素B22500mg、维生素B6 2500mg、维生素B12 15mg、D-生物素35mg、D-泛酸4000mg、叶酸400mg、烟酰胺5000mg、肌醇8000mg、维生素C10000mg。
作为优选,所述复合有机微量元素,每1000g的饲料组分含量如下:铁4000mg、铜2500mg、锰1000mg、锌8500mg、镁15000mg、钴35mg、碘5mg、硒30mg。
所述育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的工艺步骤如下:
1、将所有原料使用2.0筛片进行粗粉碎,备用;
2、按照重量配比将各物料分别称重;
3、将指定量的高筋面粉、去皮膨化豆粕、发酵豆粕、鱼粉、鸡肉粉、虾粉、鱿鱼膏、螺旋藻、沸石粉、磷酸二氢钙混合搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,备用;
4、将指定量的氯化胆碱、食盐、酵母水解物、抗菌肽、甲壳类复合维生素、复合有机微量元素、虾青素混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,备用;
5、将混合物料A和混合物料B混合后,再进行超微粉碎,95%过80目筛。
6、超微粉碎后的物料进入混合机进行搅拌时,依次加入指定分量的磷脂油、豆油、鱼油,得到混合总物料,备用;
7、使用75kg/吨的管道饱和蒸汽,调质温度控制在100-101摄氏度,经减压阀减压后蒸汽压力控制在4kg/cm2左右,确保蒸汽系统汽水分离器、疏水阀工作正常,避免因含水蒸汽进入调质器而造成湿堵机故障;
8、对调质后的物料进行膨化挤压造粒、密度控制操作;
9、通过烘干设备烘干造粒后的半成品,烘干的同时进行均匀传送;
10、通过饲料外喷油设备对烘干后半成品进行外喷油操作;
11、通过冷却器设备对成品进行冷却干燥;
12、称量装包。
作为优选,所述步骤7调质操作时,河蟹膨化配合饲料的调质温度100-101摄氏度,目的是对饲料原料进行熟化。管道蒸汽输送采用高压输送,减压阀减压后使用,压力4kg/cm2左右。
作为优选,所述步骤8膨化挤压造粒、密度控制等操作时,膨化温度110摄氏度,目的是淀粉熟化、蛋白质变性、有毒有害物质的灭活、以及杀虫灭菌。
本发明的工艺步骤中采用先粗粉、后超微粉碎,保证物料的足够细度。分级混合,可充分混合物料,提高粉料与油料之间的融合度,便于后续的调质与膨化操作。调质时间越长,蒸汽与粉状饲料的接触混合时间越多,添加的蒸汽量越多,越有利于河蟹饲料的熟化。调质过后的物料进行挤压膨化,促进了淀粉的完全熟化、蛋白质的变性、不同饲料原料中抗营养因子的灭活、以及杀虫灭菌,从而提高河蟹对该饲料的消化吸收利用率,减少肠道刺激,降低疾病的发生,改善水质。
采用膨化下沉工艺,饲料原料膨化后,提升营养物质的利用率,并加大饲料颗粒密度,使饲料下沉水底,维持24小时不溶失,符合河蟹的采食特性。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺,其中配合饲料选用优质蛋白、深海鱼油、虾青素和螺旋藻、抗菌肽、酵母水解物、有机微量元素等,该料喂成的河蟹,规格大,体肥,膏黄肥美;与投喂冰鲜鱼相比,规格、肥美度无明显差异,但是肉质更有弹性,活力更强,机体更健康;且制作工艺合理,饲料原料经膨化后,淀粉熟化更彻底,蛋白、脂肪发生变性,更容易吸收利用,并将饲料原料中的抗营养物质进行灭活,杀虫灭菌。另外,经膨化后的饲料水中稳定性强,24小时不溶失,符合河蟹的采食特性,最大程度地避免了饲料的浪费,方便且环保。

参看如图1所示,本具体实施方式的配合饲料由以物料组成:高筋面粉、去皮膨化豆粕、发酵豆粕、鱼粉、鸡肉粉、虾粉、鱿鱼膏、磷脂油、豆油、鱼油、螺旋藻、氯化胆碱、沸石粉、磷酸二氢钙、食盐、酵母水解物、抗菌肽、甲壳类复合维生素、复合有机微量元素、虾青素。
本具体实施方式所述育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的工艺步骤如下:
1、将所有原料使用2.0筛片进行粗粉碎,备用;
2、按照重量配比将各物料分别称重;
3、将高筋面粉8-10份、去皮膨化豆粕20-25份、发酵豆粕4-6份、鱼粉15-20份、鸡肉粉10-15份、虾粉3-5份、鱿鱼膏2-4份、螺旋藻1-2份、沸石粉1-2份、磷酸二氢钙.5-2.0份混合搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,备用;
4、将氯化胆碱0.1-0.2份、食盐0.3-0.5份、酵母水解物0.4-0.7份、抗菌肽0.02-0.03份、甲壳类复合维生素0.05-0.15份、复合有机微量元素0.02-0.04份、虾青素0.02-0.05份混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,备用;
5、将混合物料A和混合物料B混合后,再进行超微粉碎,95%过80目筛。
6、超微粉碎后的物料进入混合机进行搅拌时,依次加入磷脂油2-3份、豆油1-2份、鱼油1-2份,得到混合总物料,备用;
7、使用75kg/吨的管道饱和蒸汽,调质温度控制在100-101摄氏度,经减压阀减压后蒸汽压力控制在4kg/cm2左右,确保蒸汽系统汽水分离器、疏水阀工作正常,避免因含水蒸汽进入调质器而造成湿堵机故障;河蟹膨化配合饲料的调质温度100-101摄氏度,目的是对饲料原料进行熟化。管道蒸汽输送采用高压输送,减压阀减压后使用,压力4kg/cm2左右。
8、对调质后的物料进行膨化挤压造粒、密度控制操作;膨化温度110摄氏度,目的是淀粉熟化、蛋白质变性、有毒有害物质的灭活、以及杀虫灭菌。
9、通过烘干设备烘干造粒后的半成品,烘干的同时进行均匀传送;
10、通过饲料外喷油设备对烘干后半成品进行外喷油操作;
11、通过冷却器设备对成品进行冷却干燥;
12、称量装包。
本具体实施方式中所述调质、膨化设备的型号为SPHS165T,生产厂商为武汉明博机电设备有限公司;所述烘干设备的型号为SG2D2508,生产厂商为武汉明博机电设备有限公司;所述外喷油设备的型号为SPTY92*30,生产厂商为武汉明博机电设备有限公司。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述配合饲料中设有虾青素0.02-0.05份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述甲壳类复合维生素每1000g的饲料组分含量如下:维生素A 70万IU、维生素D3 18万IU、维生素E4000mg、维生素K3 1500mg、维生素B1 2000mg、维生素B2 2500mg、维生素B6 2500mg、维生素B12 15mg、D-生物素35mg、D-泛酸4000mg、叶酸400mg、烟酰胺5000mg、肌醇8000mg、维生素C10000mg。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述复合有机微量元素每1000g的饲料组分含量如下:铁4000mg、铜2500mg、锰1000mg、锌8500mg、镁15000mg、钴35mg、碘5mg、硒30mg。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述育肥壮膏河蟹配合饲料的工艺步骤如下:
(1)、将所有原料使用2.0筛片进行粗粉碎,备用;
(2)、按照重量配比将各物料分别称重;
(3)、将指定量的高筋面粉、去皮膨化豆粕、发酵豆粕、鱼粉、鸡肉粉、虾粉、鱿鱼膏、螺旋藻、沸石粉、磷酸二氢钙混合搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,备用;
(4)、将指定量的氯化胆碱、食盐、酵母水解物、抗菌肽、甲壳类复合维生素、复合有机微量元素、虾青素混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,备用;
(5)、将混合物料A和混合物料B混合后,再进行超微粉碎,95%过80目筛。
(6)、超微粉碎后的物料进入混合机进行搅拌时,依次加入指定分量的磷脂油、豆油、鱼油,得到混合总物料,备用;
(7)、使用75kg/吨的管道饱和蒸汽,调质温度控制在100-101摄氏度,经减压阀减压后蒸汽压力控制在4kg/cm2左右,确保蒸汽系统汽水分离器、疏水阀工作正常,避免因含水蒸汽进入调质器而造成湿堵机故障;
(8)、对调质后的物料进行膨化挤压造粒、密度控制操作;
(9)、通过烘干设备烘干造粒后的半成品,烘干的同时进行均匀传送;
(10)、通过饲料外喷油设备对烘干后半成品进行外喷油操作;
(11)、通过冷却器设备对成品进行冷却干燥;
(12)、称量装包。
