Abstract

Description

带有转动件和偏心驱动件的鞋系紧扣
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的带有转动件和偏心驱动件的鞋系紧扣。
上述这种鞋系紧扣的公开见文献DE4240916C1或DE4316340C1。在所公开的鞋系紧扣中,带有内齿的滚盘制成带有一用于支承轴部件的中心轴承孔的实腹圆盘,而内齿则分布在滚盘的轴向突出边缘的内表面上。上述制成实腹圆盘的滚盘和偏心驱动盘叠放布置。在滚盘的外缘上有一个或多个紧固装置,利用该紧固装置,可将滚盘紧固于壳体上,使其在一个或多个转动位置上,不能相对壳体转动。
本发明的目的是,更经济地制造上述类型、特别是用于儿童的鞋系紧扣,并进一步降低鞋系紧扣的总高度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种鞋系紧扣,它带有一个转动件和一个通过一个偏心驱动件与其相连的绳轮,上述绳轮设在一个壳体内,该壳体由一底和一轴向向上伸出的周边,另外它还带有一个偏心驱动轴颈,该偏心驱动轴颈与上述转动件相连接,并与一置于中心的偏心驱动盘相啮合,该偏心驱动盘有外齿,它可转动和平行于上述绳轮被导引移动,其中,上述绳轮通过置于其上的驱动轴颈与上述偏心驱动盘相连接,上述驱动轴颈与上述偏心驱动盘上的圆切口相接合,另外,该鞋系紧扣还有一个带有内齿的滚盘,该滚盘被转动支承,且平行于上述绳轮放置,上述偏心驱动盘的外齿可在上述滚盘的内齿上滚动,此外,该鞋系紧扣还带有至少一个在上述滚盘周边上的凹槽,一锁定件可嵌于上述凹槽,以防止上述滚盘的转动,其特征在于:-上述滚盘位于上述壳体的底上;-上述滚盘为一平展而且细的环,其内侧面上制有内齿,其外侧面与壳体的周边的内壁形成一个可转动的导向装置;-上述偏心驱动盘在上述滚盘所形成的自由空间内部位于上述底之上,且与上述滚盘位于同一平面上;-上述绳轮位于上述滚盘和上述偏心驱动盘之上,并利用上述驱动轴颈伸入上述偏心驱动盘的圆切口中与之接合;-上述绳轮可转动地同心支承在一个轴部件的一部分上;-上述偏心驱动盘利用一个中心孔可转动地支承在由上述轴部件轴向伸出的偏心驱动轴颈上;-一个与旋转轴同轴的支承轴颈,从上述偏心驱动轴颈突出伸进上述壳体的一个轴承孔中;-在与上述驱动轴颈和支承轴颈相对的一侧,一驱动突出部分从上述轴部件突出伸进合闭壳体的转动件上的一孔中;-上述驱动突出部分与上述转动件刚性连接;-在上述壳体上,至少设有一个与上述滚盘的凹槽对准的开口,并且,一个弹簧卡箍上的锁定销嵌入上述开口中,并可被从中拉出。
根据本发明,上述弹簧卡箍由一个带有折弯的锁定销的开口弹性环构成,上述弹性环夹紧围住上述周边,在上述锁定销附近,一牵引件作用于上述弹性环上,亦即,被安置在上述弹性环上。上述牵引件由一编织带或皮带构成。在上述转动件的内侧或在上述绳轮朝向上述转动件的一侧,装置或制有一止动块,在上述绳轮或在上述转动件上装有一止动弹簧,该止动弹簧与上述止动块一起起作用。上述轴部件的驱动突出部分和转动件上的相应的孔均制成多面体形。
本发明使得大大降低滚盘的厚度成为可能。不必将滚盘支承在轴部件上,可以用简便的方式,将处于止动位置的滚盘松开,从而快速打开鞋系紧扣。
以下基于表示在附图中的实施例对本发明加以详述。图中:
图1为沿图2中的I-I线剖的本发明鞋系紧扣的侧视图;
图2为置入有滚盘和偏心驱动件的壳体俯视图。
附图中,1代表壳体、它有一个具有中心轴承孔3的底2和轴向向上伸出的周边4。
在底2上置有平展的、细环状的滚盘5,其内侧面6上设有内齿7。外侧面8的直径与周边4的内径相匹配,从而使滚盘5可转动地定位于其位置上。
在滚盘5的内侧置有一个偏心驱动盘9,该偏心驱动盘9有一中心轴承孔10、相对中心轴承孔10同心分布的圆切口11及外齿12。该偏心驱动盘9与滚盘5位于同一平面上,且亦在壳体1的底2上。
滚盘5和偏心驱动盘9最好用钢冲压件,这样其厚度可制成约1mm,甚至更小。
与转动轴13同心的支承轴颈14突出伸进底2上的轴承孔3中,轴部件16的偏心驱动轴颈15突出伸进偏心驱动盘9的轴承孔10中。两个轴颈14、15的长度分别相应于底2的厚度,偏心驱动盘9或滚盘5的厚度。
在滚盘5和偏心驱动盘9上有一绳轮17。该绳轮17在其侧面有绷绳19的绳导向槽18。绷绳19经由周边4上的开口导向外侧。分布在与转动轴13同心的圆上的驱动轴颈20从绳轮17分别伸入偏心驱动盘9的各圆切口11中。绳轮17最好用塑料制得。
为用于旋转支承,绳轮17上设有同心的阶梯轴承孔21,利用该阶梯轴承孔21,绳轮17可转动支承在轴部件16的轴伸出部分22和直径比之大些的凸缘23上。
在从绳轮17伸出的、最好制成多棱柱的驱动突出部分24上,借助于一个相适配的孔26,安装有与之不能相对转动的转动件25。
壳体1的周边4上设有至少一个开口27,此开口27与分布在滚盘5的外缘上的若干径向凹槽28之一对中。
一弹性锁定销29伸进开口27,借助于预应力,可与一凹槽28相接合。利用如制成编织带或皮带的一牵引件30,可将锁定销从相应的凹槽28中拔出。从而,不再对滚盘5的转动进行锁定,进而,绳轮17,包括偏心驱动件和转动件25,可被转动,以便快速打开鞋系紧扣。
锁定销29是在弯成开口环的弹簧卡箍31的一端向内弯而形成的,其中,弹簧卡箍31围住壳体1而将其夹紧。牵引件30在锁定销29附近套在弹簧卡箍31上,从而可从外侧操纵,即可从外侧来拉牵引件30。
在绳轮17上,设有一向上伸出的止动凸缘32,该止动凸缘32带有制成止动块33的止动装置。转动件25具有一轴颈34作为止动弹簧35的夹持装置,止动弹簧35可借助于止动块33来产生一止动力矩。止动块33亦可设置在转动件25上,而止动弹簧亦可设置在绳轮17上。

Claims (5)

1.一种鞋系紧扣,它带有一个转动件和一个通过一个偏心驱动件与其相连的绳轮,上述绳轮设在一个壳体内,该壳体由一底和一轴向向上伸出的周边,另外它还带有一个偏心驱动轴颈,该偏心驱动轴颈与上述转动件相连接,并与一置于中心的偏心驱动盘相啮合,该偏心驱动盘有外齿,它可转动和平行于上述绳轮被导引移动,其中,上述绳轮通过置于其上的驱动轴颈与上述偏心驱动盘相连接,上述驱动轴颈与上述偏心驱动盘上的圆切口相接合,另外,该鞋系紧扣还有一个带有内齿的滚盘,该滚盘被转动支承,且平行于上述绳轮放置,上述偏心驱动盘的外齿可在上述滚盘的内齿上滚动,此外,该鞋系紧扣还带有至少一个在上述滚盘周边上的凹槽,一锁定件可嵌于上述凹槽,以防止上述滚盘的转动,
其特征在于:
—上述滚盘(5)位于上述壳体(1)的底(2)上;
—上述滚盘(5)为一平展而且细的环,其内侧面(6)上制有内齿(7),其外侧面(8)与壳体(1)的周边(4)的内壁形成一个可转动的导向装置;
—上述偏心驱动盘(9)在上述滚盘(5)所形成的自由空间内部位于上述底(2)之上,且与上述滚盘(5)位于同一平面上;
—上述绳轮(17)位于上述滚盘(5)和上述偏心驱动盘(9)之上,并利用上述驱动轴颈(20)伸入上述偏心驱动盘(9)的圆切口(11)中与之接合;
—上述绳轮(17)可转动地同心支承在一个轴部件(6)的一部分(22,23)上,
—上述偏心驱动盘(9)利用一个中心孔可转动地支承在由上述轴部件(16)轴向伸出的偏心驱动轴颈(15)上;
—一个与旋转轴(13)同轴的支承轴颈(14),从上述偏心驱动轴颈(15)突出伸进上述壳体(1)的一个轴承孔(3)中;
—在与上述驱动轴颈(15)和支承轴颈(14)相对的一侧,一驱动突出部分(24)从上述轴部件(16)突出伸进合闭壳体(1)的转动件(25)上的一孔(26)中;
—上述驱动突出部分(24)与上述转动件(25)刚性连接;
—在上述壳体(1)上,至少设有一个与上述滚盘(5)的凹槽(28)对准的开口(27),并且,一个弹簧卡箍(31)上的锁定销(29)嵌入上述开口(27)中,并可被从中拉出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋系紧扣,其特征在于:上述弹簧卡箍(31)由一个带有折弯的锁定销(29)的开口弹性环构成,上述弹性环夹紧围住上述周边(4),在上述锁定销附近,一牵引件(30)作用于上述弹性环上,亦即,被安置在上述弹性环上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鞋系紧扣,其特征在于:上述牵引件(30)由一编织带或皮带构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的鞋系紧扣,其特征在于:在上述转动件(25)的内侧或在上述绳轮(17)朝向上述转动件(25)的一侧,装置或制有一止动块(33),在上述绳轮(17)或在上述转动件(25)上装有一止动弹簧(35),该止动弹簧(35)与上述止动块(33)一起起作用。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任意一项所述的鞋系紧扣,其特征在于:上述轴部件(16)的驱动突出部分(24)和转动件(25)上的相应的孔(26)均制成多面体形。
