技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂领域,具体而言,涉及一种抗磨性能优良的润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油是机械领域不可缺少的物质,主要起到降低摩擦、提高机械运行速度和延长机械寿命得到的作用,在汽车工业尤为突出,其摩擦学行为是导致汽车机械失效和能量消耗的主要原因。因此减少发动机部件摩擦造成的能量损失是实现降低汽车燃料消耗的重要因素。而发动机设计的改良和润滑油配方技术的提高,都可以直接改善汽车燃油经济性,但是改善润滑油配方的成本要远低于开发新型发动机成本。
发动机润滑油一般是由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油大多采用精制的矿物油,高档润滑油的基础油则采用合成油或矿物油与合成油复配而成的基础油。由于发动机工作时产生的高温、高压、告诉、大负荷都将作用于润滑油,其发动机燃料和废气等对润滑油还有侵蚀作用,因此发动机润滑油必须具有良好的粘温特性、清净分散性、酸中和性、氧化安定性、抗磨性等。由于基础油的性能差异和添加剂的种类与含量不同,形成了发动机润滑油质量与粘度的差异。

优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油,包含下述质量份物质:基础油82-90份,润滑剂0.5-1.0份,对三氟甲氧基苯胺0.08-0.25份,聚氧乙烯胺0.08-1.2份,三羟基苯甲酸0.8-1.3份、苯丙氨酸0.08-0.10份、粘度指数改进剂0.8-1.0份。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油,包含下述质量份物质:基础油86份,润滑剂0.8份,对三氟甲氧基苯胺0.2份,聚氧乙烯胺1.0份,三羟基苯甲酸1.0份、苯丙氨酸0.08份、粘度指数改进剂0.9份。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油,所述润滑剂为无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的混合物,其中无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:(0.05-0.15)。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油,所述鳞片石墨的粒径为50-200nm。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油,所述的粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油,所述基础油为双季戊四醇酯、偏苯三酸酯、季戊四醇酯、己二酸双酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、二异十三醇双酯或邻苯二甲酸双酯中至少一种。
本发明还提供上述高抗磨润滑油的制备方法,具体是在搅拌条件下,向基础油中依次加润滑剂、对三氟甲氧基苯胺、聚氧乙烯胺,混合均匀后升温至40-55℃,再依次加入三羟基苯甲酸、苯丙氨酸和粘度指数改进剂,混合均匀,得到润滑油。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油的制备方法,所述润滑剂为无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的混合物,其中无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:(0.05-0.15)。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油的制备方法,所述的粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物。
优选地,如上所述高抗磨润滑油的制备方法,所述的粘度指数改进剂为T613乙丙共聚物。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下技术效果:
(1)本发明润滑油具有良好的运动黏度、磨迹直径小、润滑性能优良,充分延长发动机寿命;
(2)本发明润滑油闪点高,在高载荷下仍然具有良好的抗磨性能;
(3)本发明润滑油具有较高的粘度指数,粘度受温度变化影响小,具有良好的高氧化稳定性及低温流动性;
(4)本发明润滑油具有良好的耐候性,不会出现润滑性下降的问题;
(5)本发明方法原料来源广泛,成本低廉,制备过程简单,具有很好的应用前景。

下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的保护范围。另外,实施例中未注明具体技术操作步骤或条件者,均按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品
实施例1高抗磨润滑油制备:
在800转/min的搅拌转速下,向78重量份的基础油中依次加0.1重量份润滑剂、0.01重量份对三氟甲氧基苯胺、0.05重量份聚氧乙烯胺,混合均匀后升温至40℃,再依次加入0.5重量份三羟基苯甲酸、0.05重量份苯丙氨酸和0.1重量份T613乙丙共聚物,混合均匀,得到润滑油。
其中基础油为双季戊四醇酯,润滑剂为纳米氯化锆与平均粒径为58nm的鳞片石墨的混合物,纳米氯化锆与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:0.05。
实施例2高抗磨润滑油制备:
在800转/min的搅拌转速下,向82重量份的基础油中依次加0.5重量份润滑剂、0.08重量份对三氟甲氧基苯胺、0.08重量份聚氧乙烯胺,混合均匀后升温至55℃,再依次加入0.8重量份三羟基苯甲酸、0.08重量份苯丙氨酸和0.8重量份T613乙丙共聚物,混合均匀,得到润滑油。
其中基础油为双季戊四醇酯与己二酸双酯的混合物,其质量比为1:4,润滑剂为纳米氯化镉与平均粒径为100nm的鳞片石墨的混合物,纳米氯化镉与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:0.15。
实施例3高抗磨润滑油制备:
在1000转/min的搅拌转速下,向86重量份的基础油中依次加0.8重量份润滑剂、0.2重量份对三氟甲氧基苯胺、1.0重量份聚氧乙烯胺,混合均匀后升温至50℃,再依次加入1.0重量份三羟基苯甲酸、0.08重量份苯丙氨酸和0.9重量份T613乙丙共聚物,混合均匀,得到润滑油。
其中基础油为季戊四醇酯与三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的混合物,其质量比为1:1,润滑剂为纳米氯化锆与平均粒径为80nm的鳞片石墨的混合物,纳米氯化锆与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:0.1。
实施例4高抗磨润滑油制备:
在1000转/min的搅拌转速下,向90重量份的基础油中依次加1.0重量份润滑剂、0.25重量份对三氟甲氧基苯胺、1.2重量份聚氧乙烯胺,混合均匀后升温至45℃,再依次加入1.3重量份三羟基苯甲酸、0.1重量份苯丙氨酸和1.0重量份T613乙丙共聚物,混合均匀,得到润滑油。
其中基础油为邻苯二甲酸双酯,润滑剂为纳米氯化钴与平均粒径为120nm的鳞片石墨的混合物,纳米氯化锆与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:0.08。
实施例5高抗磨润滑油制备:
在900转/min的搅拌转速下,向97重量份的基础油中依次加1.5重量份润滑剂、0.5重量份对三氟甲氧基苯胺、1.5重量份聚氧乙烯胺,混合均匀后升温至50℃,再依次加入2.0重量份三羟基苯甲酸、0.14重量份苯丙氨酸和1.0重量份T613乙丙共聚物,混合均匀,得到润滑油。
其中基础油为偏苯三酸酯,润滑剂为纳米氯化锆与平均粒径为180nm鳞片石墨的混合物,纳米氯化锆与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:0.15。
实施例6
对实施例1-5制备得到的润滑油进行性能检测,采用MQ-800A型四球试验机评价润滑剂的承载能力和抗磨性能,温度为室温。最大无卡咬负荷PB按照国标GB3142测定,试验后测定磨斑直径,所用钢球材料GCr15轴承钢,直径为12.7mm,硬度60-63HRC。用SRV-IV微振动摩擦磨损试验机测定抗磨减磨性能,结果如表1所示,按照GB/T265《石油产品运动粘度测定法》测得实施例1-5在100℃下运动粘度为12.17-13.21mm2/s。

Claims (10)
1.一种高抗磨润滑油,其特征在于包含下述质量份物质:基础油78-97份,润滑剂0.1-1.5份,对三氟甲氧基苯胺0.01-0.5份,聚氧乙烯胺0.05-1.5份,三羟基苯甲酸0.5-2.0份、苯丙氨酸0.05-0.14份、粘度指数改进剂0.1-1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述高抗磨润滑油,其特征在于包含下述质量份物质:基础油82-90份,润滑剂0.5-1.0份,对三氟甲氧基苯胺0.08-0.25份,聚氧乙烯胺0.08-1.2份,三羟基苯甲酸0.8-1.3份、苯丙氨酸0.08-0.10份、粘度指数改进剂0.8-1.0份。
3.根据权利要求2所述高抗磨润滑油,其特征在于包含下述质量份物质:基础油86份,润滑剂0.8份,对三氟甲氧基苯胺0.2份,聚氧乙烯胺1.0份,三羟基苯甲酸1.0份、苯丙氨酸0.08份、粘度指数改进剂0.9份。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3任一项所述高抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的混合物,其中无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:(0.05-0.15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述高抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述鳞片石墨的粒径为50-200nm。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3任一项所述高抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述的粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物。
7.根据权利要求1、2或3任一项所述高抗磨润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油为双季戊四醇酯、偏苯三酸酯、季戊四醇酯、己二酸双酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、二异十三醇双酯或邻苯二甲酸双酯中至少一种。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述高抗磨润滑油的制备方法,在搅拌条件下,向基础油中依次加润滑剂、对三氟甲氧基苯胺、聚氧乙烯胺,混合均匀后升温至40-55℃,再依次加入三羟基苯甲酸、苯丙氨酸和粘度指数改进剂,混合均匀,得到润滑油。
9.根据权利要求8所述高抗磨润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的混合物,其中无机氯化盐与鳞片石墨的质量比为1:(0.05-0.15)。
10.根据权利要求8所述高抗磨润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物。
