技术领域
本发明涉及夹布胶板及其加工技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种氟橡胶夹布胶板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
氟橡胶是一种具有优良特性的弹性材料,具有良好的耐高温、耐辐射、耐油、耐溶剂、耐腐蚀、耐药品、耐强氧化剂等特性和良好的物理性能,是耐油等苛刻工作环境下密封件、胶管和胶垫等的最佳胶种,然而现有技术中的氟橡胶由于其特殊的分子结构导致其热撕裂性能很差,氟胶板的拉伸强度偏低,在有酸碱浓度高的工况下氟胶板就不能作为传输材料的首选,在动密封状态下氟橡胶的耐磨性能就达不到要求,为了改善这一缺点,本发明提出了一种氟橡胶夹布胶板及其加工工艺。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术的缺点,提出一种氟橡胶夹布胶板及其加工工艺,不仅提高了产品的耐用性以及耐高温性,节约了生产成本,完全达到了橡胶输送带的质量要求,而且加工工艺步骤简单,操作方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
一种氟橡胶夹布胶板,包括夹布胶板,夹布胶板包括上胶板以及下胶板,上胶板以及下胶板之间夹设有布料层,其中夹布胶板包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶生胶:100-120份,
990炭黑:23-28份,
氧化镁:9-13份,
硫化剂:4-7份,
内脱模剂:2-7份,
吸酸剂:3-7份,
氟化钙:12-19份,
硫化引发剂:2-8份。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:

前述的氟橡胶夹布胶板,硫化引发剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:乙撑基双硬脂酰胺:2-9份,桉树油:10-14份,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡:3-8份,聚丙烯酸钠:1-3份,硫酸钡:2-6份,巴西蜡:5-8份,氢氧化钙:4-8份。

(二)将氟橡胶生胶投入开炼机中,加热温度至110-115℃,并进行搅拌,搅拌速度为90-100 r/min,搅拌的过程中缓慢加入990炭黑、氧化镁以及氟化钙进行混炼,搅拌时间为20-25min;
(三)接着加入步骤(一)所得的预混物一起进行搅拌混炼,混炼温度为90-110℃,压力为3-5KN,捏合密炼机转速为80-90r/min,混炼时间为1-2h;
(四)然后将步骤(三)所得的产物投入干燥机中进行干燥,干燥时间为20-30min,干燥后放入橡胶注塑机的料筒中,接着在注射机上安装热流道模具,设置注射参数后,利用注射机将所得产物注塑成型,即可得到夹布胶板毛坯;
(五)对夹布胶板毛坯进行硫化,先进行一段硫化,一段硫化温度为90-110℃,硫化时间为15-20min,硫化压力为11-14Mpa,硫化过程中排气3-4次;再进行二段硫化,二段硫化温度为180-200℃,硫化时间为10-15min,硫化过程中排气3-4次,硫化结束后即可得到夹布胶板;
(六)取加工完成的夹布胶板作为上胶板以及下胶板,并选用耐温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹至上胶板与下胶板之间即可得到氟橡胶夹布胶板成品。
前述的氟橡胶夹布胶板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(一)预混:将硫化剂、内脱模剂、吸酸剂以及硫化引发剂在搅拌机中混合均匀,得到预混物待用;
(二)将氟橡胶生胶投入开炼机中,加热温度至110℃,并进行搅拌,搅拌速度为90 r/min,搅拌的过程中缓慢加入990炭黑、氧化镁以及氟化钙进行混炼,搅拌时间为20min;

(六)取加工完成的夹布胶板作为上胶板以及下胶板,并选用耐温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹至上胶板与下胶板之间即可得到氟橡胶夹布胶板成品。
前述的氟橡胶夹布胶板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:

(四)然后将步骤(三)所得的产物投入干燥机中进行干燥,干燥时间为30min,干燥后放入橡胶注塑机的料筒中,接着在注射机上安装热流道模具,设置注射参数后,利用注射机将所得产物注塑成型,即可得到夹布胶板毛坯;
(五)对夹布胶板毛坯进行硫化,先进行一段硫化,一段硫化温度为110℃,硫化时间为20min,硫化压力为14Mpa,硫化过程中排气4次;再进行二段硫化,二段硫化温度为200℃,硫化时间为15min,硫化过程中排气4次,硫化结束后即可得到夹布胶板;
(六)取加工完成的夹布胶板作为上胶板以及下胶板,并选用耐温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹至上胶板与下胶板之间即可得到氟橡胶夹布胶板成品。
采用本发明的技术方案有益效果是:通过本发明的技术方案,该发明中选用采用型号为2604的氟橡胶,其门尼粘度为25-40,使用低门尼的生胶增加了混炼胶的流动性,避免了胶板出现缺料或者表面胶料不均匀的情况,并且该发明中内脱模剂的使用量较少,提高了混炼胶和夹布的粘合强度,硫化过程中排气3-4次,保证了胶板表面无气泡和分层,同时选用耐高温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹在上胶板以及下胶板之间,大大提高了胶板的拉升强度;该产品是经过数十次的配方调整和产品试制最终取得了令人满意的结果,最终得到的产品比重为1.9,邵尔硬度为73,拉升强度为32Mpa,扯断伸长率为150%,氟橡胶与玻纤布的剥离强度为10Mpa,完全达到了橡胶输送带的质量要求,可以在高温和强酸碱的工况下使用,并且加工工艺步骤简单,操作方便。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种氟橡胶夹布胶板,包括夹布胶板,夹布胶板包括上胶板以及下胶板,上胶板以及下胶板之间夹设有布料层,其中夹布胶板包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶生胶:100份,
990炭黑:23份,
氧化镁:9份,
硫化剂:4份,
内脱模剂:2份,
吸酸剂:3份,
氟化钙:12份,
硫化引发剂:2份;
布料层采用芳纶布或者耐高温玻纤布,氟橡胶采用型号为2604的氟橡胶,其门尼粘度为25,硫化引发剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:乙撑基双硬脂酰胺:2份,桉树油:10份,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡:3份,聚丙烯酸钠:1份,硫酸钡:2份,巴西蜡:5份,氢氧化钙:4份;
上述的氟橡胶夹布胶板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(一)预混:将硫化剂、内脱模剂、吸酸剂以及硫化引发剂在搅拌机中混合均匀,得到预混物待用;

(二)将氟橡胶生胶投入开炼机中,加热温度至115℃,并进行搅拌,搅拌速度为100 r/min,搅拌的过程中缓慢加入990炭黑、氧化镁以及氟化钙进行混炼,搅拌时间为25min;
(三)接着加入步骤(一)所得的预混物一起进行搅拌混炼,混炼温度为110℃,压力为5KN,捏合密炼机转速为90r/min,混炼时间为2h;
(四)然后将步骤(三)所得的产物投入干燥机中进行干燥,干燥时间为30min,干燥后放入橡胶注塑机的料筒中,接着在注射机上安装热流道模具,设置注射参数后,利用注射机将所得产物注塑成型,即可得到夹布胶板毛坯;
(五)对夹布胶板毛坯进行硫化,先进行一段硫化,一段硫化温度为110℃,硫化时间为20min,硫化压力为14Mpa,硫化过程中排气4次;再进行二段硫化,二段硫化温度为200℃,硫化时间为15min,硫化过程中排气4次,硫化结束后即可得到夹布胶板;
(六)取加工完成的夹布胶板作为上胶板以及下胶板,并选用耐温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹至上胶板与下胶板之间即可得到氟橡胶夹布胶板成品。
实施例3
本实施例提供的一种氟橡胶夹布胶板,包括夹布胶板,夹布胶板包括上胶板以及下胶板,上胶板以及下胶板之间夹设有布料层,其中夹布胶板包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶生胶:110份,
990炭黑:25份,
氧化镁:12份,
硫化剂:6份,
内脱模剂:6份,
吸酸剂:5份,
氟化钙:15份,
硫化引发剂:6份;
布料层采用芳纶布或者耐高温玻纤布,氟橡胶采用型号为2604的氟橡胶,其门尼粘度为35,硫化引发剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:乙撑基双硬脂酰胺:5份,桉树油:12份,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡:5份,聚丙烯酸钠:2份,硫酸钡:4份,巴西蜡:7份,氢氧化钙:6份;
上述的氟橡胶夹布胶板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(一)预混:将硫化剂、内脱模剂、吸酸剂以及硫化引发剂在搅拌机中混合均匀,得到预混物待用;
(二)将氟橡胶生胶投入开炼机中,加热温度至113℃,并进行搅拌,搅拌速度为95r/min,搅拌的过程中缓慢加入990炭黑、氧化镁以及氟化钙进行混炼,搅拌时间为23min;
(三)接着加入步骤(一)所得的预混物一起进行搅拌混炼,混炼温度为100℃,压力为4KN,捏合密炼机转速为85r/min,混炼时间为1.5h;
(四)然后将步骤(三)所得的产物投入干燥机中进行干燥,干燥时间为25min,干燥后放入橡胶注塑机的料筒中,接着在注射机上安装热流道模具,设置注射参数后,利用注射机将所得产物注塑成型,即可得到夹布胶板毛坯;
(五)对夹布胶板毛坯进行硫化,先进行一段硫化,一段硫化温度为100℃,硫化时间为18min,硫化压力为13Mpa,硫化过程中排气3次;再进行二段硫化,二段硫化温度为190℃,硫化时间为13min,硫化过程中排气3次,硫化结束后即可得到夹布胶板;
(六)取加工完成的夹布胶板作为上胶板以及下胶板,并选用耐温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹至上胶板与下胶板之间即可得到氟橡胶夹布胶板成品。

1.一种氟橡胶夹布胶板,包括夹布胶板,其特征在于:所述的夹布胶板包括上胶板以及下胶板,所述的上胶板以及下胶板之间夹设有布料层,其中所述的夹布胶板包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶生胶:100-120份,
990炭黑:23-28份,
氧化镁:9-13份,
硫化剂:4-7份,
内脱模剂:2-7份,
吸酸剂:3-7份,
氟化钙:12-19份,
硫化引发剂:2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板,其特征在于:所述的布料层采用芳纶布或者耐高温玻纤布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板,其特征在于:所述的氟橡胶采用型号为2604的氟橡胶,其门尼粘度为25-40。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板,其特征在于:所述的硫化引发剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:乙撑基双硬脂酰胺:2-9份,桉树油:10-14份,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡:3-8份,聚丙烯酸钠:1-3份,硫酸钡:2-6份,巴西蜡:5-8份,氢氧化钙:4-8份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板,其特征在于:所述的夹布胶板包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶生胶:100份,
990炭黑:23份,
氧化镁:9份,
硫化剂:4份,
内脱模剂:2份,
吸酸剂:3份,
氟化钙:12份,
硫化引发剂:2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板,其特征在于:所述的夹布胶板包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶生胶:120份,
990炭黑:28份,
氧化镁:13份,
硫化剂:7份,
内脱模剂:7份,
吸酸剂:7份,
氟化钙:19份,
硫化引发剂:8份。
7.一种氟橡胶夹布胶板的加工工艺,该加工工艺设有权利要求1-6中任一权利要求所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板,其特征在于,该加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(一)预混:将硫化剂、内脱模剂、吸酸剂以及硫化引发剂在搅拌机中混合均匀,得到预混物待用;
(二)将氟橡胶生胶投入开炼机中,加热温度至110-115℃,并进行搅拌,搅拌速度为90-100 r/min,搅拌的过程中缓慢加入990炭黑、氧化镁以及氟化钙进行混炼,搅拌时间为20-25min;
(三)接着加入步骤(一)所得的预混物一起进行搅拌混炼,混炼温度为90-110℃,压力为3-5KN,捏合密炼机转速为80-90r/min,混炼时间为1-2h;
(四)然后将步骤(三)所得的产物投入干燥机中进行干燥,干燥时间为20-30min,干燥后放入橡胶注塑机的料筒中,接着在注射机上安装热流道模具,设置注射参数后,利用注射机将所得产物注塑成型,即可得到夹布胶板毛坯;
(五)对夹布胶板毛坯进行硫化,先进行一段硫化,一段硫化温度为90-110℃,硫化时间为15-20min,硫化压力为11-14Mpa,硫化过程中排气3-4次;再进行二段硫化,二段硫化温度为180-200℃,硫化时间为10-15min,硫化过程中排气3-4次,硫化结束后即可得到夹布胶板;

8.根据权利要求7所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板的加工工艺,其特征在于:该加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(一)预混:将硫化剂、内脱模剂、吸酸剂以及硫化引发剂在搅拌机中混合均匀,得到预混物待用;
(二)将氟橡胶生胶投入开炼机中,加热温度至110℃,并进行搅拌,搅拌速度为90 r/min,搅拌的过程中缓慢加入990炭黑、氧化镁以及氟化钙进行混炼,搅拌时间为20min;
(三)接着加入步骤(一)所得的预混物一起进行搅拌混炼,混炼温度为90℃,压力为3KN,捏合密炼机转速为80r/min,混炼时间为1h;
(四)然后将步骤(三)所得的产物投入干燥机中进行干燥,干燥时间为20min,干燥后放入橡胶注塑机的料筒中,接着在注射机上安装热流道模具,设置注射参数后,利用注射机将所得产物注塑成型,即可得到夹布胶板毛坯;
(五)对夹布胶板毛坯进行硫化,先进行一段硫化,一段硫化温度为90℃,硫化时间为15min,硫化压力为11Mpa,硫化过程中排气3次;再进行二段硫化,二段硫化温度为180℃,硫化时间为10min,硫化过程中排气3次,硫化结束后即可得到夹布胶板;
(六)取加工完成的夹布胶板作为上胶板以及下胶板,并选用耐温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹至上胶板与下胶板之间即可得到氟橡胶夹布胶板成品。
9.根据权利要求7所述的氟橡胶夹布胶板的加工工艺,其特征在于:该加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(一)预混:将硫化剂、内脱模剂、吸酸剂以及硫化引发剂在搅拌机中混合均匀,得到预混物待用;
(二)将氟橡胶生胶投入开炼机中,加热温度至115℃,并进行搅拌,搅拌速度为100 r/min,搅拌的过程中缓慢加入990炭黑、氧化镁以及氟化钙进行混炼,搅拌时间为25min;
(三)接着加入步骤(一)所得的预混物一起进行搅拌混炼,混炼温度为110℃,压力为5KN,捏合密炼机转速为90r/min,混炼时间为2h;
(四)然后将步骤(三)所得的产物投入干燥机中进行干燥,干燥时间为30min,干燥后放入橡胶注塑机的料筒中,接着在注射机上安装热流道模具,设置注射参数后,利用注射机将所得产物注塑成型,即可得到夹布胶板毛坯;
(五)对夹布胶板毛坯进行硫化,先进行一段硫化,一段硫化温度为110℃,硫化时间为20min,硫化压力为14Mpa,硫化过程中排气4次;再进行二段硫化,二段硫化温度为200℃,硫化时间为15min,硫化过程中排气4次,硫化结束后即可得到夹布胶板;
(六)取加工完成的夹布胶板作为上胶板以及下胶板,并选用耐温达250℃的玻纤布或者芳纶布夹至上胶板与下胶板之间即可得到氟橡胶夹布胶板成品。
