本发明粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法属于生产粉
煤灰陶粒的焙烧方法,采用立式炉。采用熟粉煤灰陶
粒作保温层与炉壁构成自保温焙烧立式炉。焙烧过
程采用分层布料,暗火焙烧,粉煤灰陶粒生料球的烘
干、预热、烧结、冷却均在炉内完成。立式炉上部设置
上炉门和布料器与运输机及排烟防雨装置,下部设置
下炉门和垫层与风机,中部装置熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层
和高炭料球与低炭料球。
Description
本发明粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法属于一种生产粉煤灰陶粒的焙烧方法。
现有技术中有三种方法生产粉煤灰陶粒,第一种是英国创出的以重油为燃料的烧结机,第二种是立窑烧结设备,第三种是间歇式粉煤灰陶粒烧结炉。烧结机工艺建厂投资大,设备笨重耗钢量多,燃料消耗高,产品成本高,掺粉煤灰量少。立窑烧结设备对料球的含炭量控制严格,料球含炭量高时,易烧结成柱状大块,击碎柱状大块时,易损坏内窑壁。烧结炉体积热容大,导热系数大,粉煤灰料层导热系数小,焙烧温度范围窄,成品率低。
本发明粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法的目的,是克服上述存在的不足而设计一种粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法,焙烧炉是由内外炉壁构成,焙烧粉煤灰陶粒的同时由熟粉煤灰陶粒做保温层,熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层与炉壁构成炉体,焙烧过程采用分层布料,每层不宜过厚,暗火焙烧,粉煤灰陶粒生料球的烘干、预热、烧结、冷却均在炉内完成。
本发明粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法采取以下方案来实现的。它是由内外炉壁构成,采用熟粉煤灰陶粒做保温层与炉壁构成立式炉体,焙烧过程采用分层布料,每层不宜过厚,暗火焙烧,粉煤灰陶粒生料球的烘干、预热、烧结、冷却均在炉内完成,每层布料先沿内炉壁周边撒布厚度(径向)20厘米左右的熟粉煤灰陶粒作保温层,并沿熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层内侧(熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层与高炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球交界处)撒布少量无烟煤粉(每米周长无烟煤粉撒布量为0.3~0.4公斤),由胶带运输机配合布料器布料,次沿粉煤灰陶粒保温层内沿周边撒布厚度径向20-25厘米的高炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球,中间撒布低炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球。本发明的粉煤灰陶粒生料球的配合比,高炭料球为粉煤灰∶粘土∶无烟煤=88至91∶5至6∶6至4,低炭料球为粉煤灰∶粘土∶无烟煤=90至93∶5至6∶2至4,生料球含水率20-22%,料球粒径5-20毫米,粉煤灰陶粒原材料按配合比计量后混合均匀,送入成球盘成球,控制料球颗粒级配,焙烧陶粒时,以熟粉煤灰陶粒作垫层,垫层上放点火柴点火,逐渐撒布少量碎煤,待底火燃烧均匀后,分层布撒粉煤灰陶粒保温层,并沿熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层内侧撒布少量无烟煤粉,后布撒高炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球,炉中间布撒低炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球,采用暗火焙烧,待从料层间隙看到下面料层已燃烧时,随即再布撒下一层,每次布料厚度为7-9厘米,风压随料球阻力调整,如此重复操作,粉煤灰陶粒料层中内燃煤的自燃温度达到1200-1300℃,每层从布入生料球至烧成约四十分钟,炉内侧周边有导热不良与体积热容小的熟粉煤灰陶粒做保温层,该层内侧又有外燃无烟煤粉,高炭粉煤灰陶粒料层的含煤量又高足以供给保温层所需的全部热量,炉内料层燃烧均匀,粉煤灰陶粒质量稳定,出料方式由下炉门出熟粉煤灰陶粒。
本发明粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法的效果是保温性能好,能耗低(折合标准煤32-35公斤/立方米陶粒),结构简单,将轻质保温材料设置于内炉壁之内的构造方式,熟粉煤灰陶粒层的热阻是相同厚度耐火砖层热阻的7.5倍,体积热容很小,设置了熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层,使炉的纵剖面温度梯度线,由保温层内沿偏外处的园周线以内呈平滑曲线,生料球的焙烧区接近等温窑工况,大幅度降低了内炉壁的工作温度,不易与炉壁粘结,提高了炉的使用寿命。
本发明粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法将结合附图作进一步描述。

参照附图,本发明粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法采用立式炉焙烧粉煤灰陶粒,立式炉由外炉壁(1)和内炉壁(2)构成,上部设置上炉门(5)下部设置下炉门(12),焙烧粉煤灰陶粒的同时布撒熟粉煤灰陶粒作保温层(3),粉煤灰陶粒保温层(3)与外炉壁(1)内炉壁(2)构成自保温焙烧立式炉,焙烧过程采用每层先沿内炉壁(2)周边撒布厚度径向20厘米左右的熟粉煤灰陶粒作保温层(3),并沿熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层内侧撒布少量无烟煤粉,(每米周长无烟煤粉撒布量为0.3~0.4公斤),布料方法采用胶带运输机(13)配合布料器(4)布料,次沿粉煤灰陶粒保温层(3)内沿周边撒布厚度径向20-25厘米的高炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(6),中间撒布低炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(7),粉煤灰陶粒保温层(3)和高炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(6),与低炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(7)之间的分界如图示分界示意线(10),炉顶部设置排烟防雨装置(8),炉底部设置风机(9)控制风压,布料方法采用分层布料,每层不易过厚,暗火焙烧,粉煤灰陶粒生料球(7)与(6)的烘干、预热、焙烧、冷却均在炉内完成。本发明的粉煤灰陶粒生料球的配合比,高炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(6)为粉煤灰∶粘土∶无烟煤=88-91∶5-6∶6-4;低炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(7)为粉煤灰∶粘土∶无烟煤=90-93∶5-6∶2-4,生料球含水率20-22%,料球粒径为5-20毫米,将粉煤灰陶粒原材料按配合比计量后混合均匀,送入成球盘成球,按粉煤灰陶粒级配调节成球盘倾角与刮刀使生料球的颗粒级配符合要求,焙烧陶粒时,由熟陶粒作垫层(11)与料层的分界如图示分界示线(10),在垫层(11)上放点火柴点火,并逐渐撒布少量碎煤,待底火燃烧均匀后,分层撒布熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层(3),并沿熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层(3)内侧撒布少量无烟煤粉,由高炭料球(6)压二肋,低炭料球(7)喂中料的顺序布放生料球,每次布料厚度为7-9厘米,风压随料球阻力调节,粉煤灰陶粒料球靠料球中内燃煤的自燃达到1200-1300℃,每层从布入生料球至焙烧成约四十分钟,炉内料球燃烧均匀,陶粒质量稳定,出料由下炉门(12)出料。

Claims (2)
1、一种以粉煤灰为原料,掺入少量无烟煤粉和少量粘土粉生产粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法,采用立式炉,其特征是:焙烧粉煤灰陶粒的同时布撒熟粉煤灰陶粒作保温层(3),熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层(3)与外炉壁(1)内炉壁(2)构成自保温焙烧立式炉。焙烧过程采用分层布料,暗火焙烧,粉煤灰陶粒生料球的烘干、预热、烧结、冷却均在炉内完成,立式炉由上部设置上炉门(5)和布料器(4)与运输机(13)及排烟防雨装置(8),下部设置下炉门(12)和垫层(11)与风机(9),中部装置熟粉煤灰陶粒保温层(3)和高炭料球(6)与低炭料球(7)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的粉煤灰陶粒的自保温焙烧法,其特征是粉煤灰陶粒生料球的配合比,高炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(6)为粉煤灰∶粘土∶无烟煤=88-91∶5-6∶6-4;低炭粉煤灰陶粒生料球(7)为粉煤灰∶粘土∶无烟煤=90-93∶5-6∶2-4,生料球含水率20-22%,料球粒径为5-20毫米。
