Abstract
本发明公开了耐火竹制人造板的制作方法,本发明中先将竹纤维于硼砂溶液中蒸煮干燥,接着将70‑80蒸煮干燥后的竹纤维与5‑10耐火纤维、10‑15二氧化硅和10‑15份胶黏剂混合均匀,混匀后放入模具组坯,然后预压成型,再于热压机中压合,最后砂光得成品。本发明制得的人造板,机械强度提高,消除了生虫霉变的隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造板制作技术领域,特别是一种耐火竹制人造板的制作方法。
背景技术
人造板是以竹木材或其他植物为原料,经一定机械加工分离成各种单元材料后,施加或不施加胶粘剂和其他添加剂胶合而成的板材或模压制品。其延伸产品和深加工产品达上百种。人造板的诞生,标志着竹木材加工现代化时期的开始。此外,人造板还可提高竹木材的综合利用率,1立方米人造板可代替3~5立方米竹木板材使用。
现有的耐火人造板,采用在原材料中加入粉状或颗粒状的粉煤灰等耐火材料来实现防火功能,这将使人造板的机械强度降低。竹子中含有虫子和微生物所需的营养物质,竹制人造板在加工过程中不作防虫处理,存在生虫霉变的隐患。因此,现有的耐火竹制人造板存在机械强度降低,有生虫霉变隐患的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种耐火竹制人造板的制作方法。本发明制得的人造板,机械强度提高,消除了生虫霉变的隐患。
本发明的技术方案:耐火竹制人造板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹纤维置入5%-10%的硼砂溶液中蒸煮0.5-1h,取出干燥,得A品;
b、按重量份计算,将A品70-80份、耐火纤维5-10份、二氧化硅10-15份和胶黏剂10-15份混合均匀,放入模具中组坯,得B品;
c、将B品预压成型,得C品;
d、将C品放入热压机压合,热压温度为180℃-200℃,热压压力0.5-0.6MPa,热压时间为30-35s,得D品;
e、将D品砂光,得成品。
前述的耐火竹制人造板的制作方法中,步骤b中,A品为75份,耐火纤维为8份,二氧化硅为12份,胶黏剂为13份。
前述的耐火竹制人造板的制作方法中,所述竹纤维的长度为3-5cm。
前述的耐火竹制人造板的制作方法中,所述耐火纤维的长度为3-5cm。
前述的耐火竹制人造板的制作方法中,所述耐火纤维为硅酸铝质耐火纤维。
前述的耐火竹制人造板的制作方法中,所述胶黏剂为脲醛树脂胶黏剂。
前述的耐火竹制人造板的制作方法中,所述二氧化硅的粒径为18-25目。
与现有技术比较,本发明在原料中掺入耐火纤维和二氧化硅,耐火纤维的添加,可增强竹制人造板的机械强度,二氧化硅的添加,可降低成本,5-10份耐火纤维和10-15份二氧化硅的质量配比,既保持了耐火竹制人造板原有的耐火性能,又使其具有更高的机械强度,同时也控制了制造成本。所述竹纤维经硼砂溶液蒸煮,蒸煮后的竹纤维可防虫防霉,消除了竹制人造板生虫霉变的隐患,并且蒸煮后竹纤维软化,可塑性增强。本发明制得的人造板,机械强度提高,消除了生虫霉变的隐患。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。耐火竹制人造板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹纤维置入5%的硼砂溶液中蒸煮1h,取出干燥,得A品;
b、按重量份计算,将A品70份、耐火纤维10份、二氧化硅15份和胶黏剂10份混合均匀,放入模具中组坯,得B品;
c、将B品预压成型,得C品;
d、将C品放入热压机压合,热压温度为180℃,热压压力0.5M Pa,热压时间为30s,得D品;
e、将D品砂光,得成品。
所述竹纤维的长度为3cm。
所述耐火纤维的长度为3cm。
所述耐火纤维为硅酸铝质耐火纤维。
所述胶黏剂为脲醛树脂胶黏剂。

实施例2。耐火竹制人造板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹纤维置入10%的硼砂溶液中蒸煮0.5h,取出干燥,得A品;
b、按重量份计算,将A品80份、耐火纤维5份、二氧化硅10份和胶黏剂15份混合均匀,放入模具中组坯,得B品;
c、将B品预压成型,得C品;
d、将C品放入热压机压合,热压温度为200℃,热压压力0.6M Pa,热压时间为35s,得D品;
e、将D品砂光,得成品。
所述竹纤维的长度为5cm。
所述耐火纤维的长度为5cm。
所述耐火纤维为硅酸铝质耐火纤维。
所述胶黏剂为脲醛树脂胶黏剂。
所述二氧化硅的粒径为25目。
实施例3。耐火竹制人造板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹纤维置入8%的硼砂溶液中蒸煮0.8h,取出干燥,得A品;
b、按重量份计算,将A品75份、耐火纤维8份、二氧化硅12份和胶黏剂13份混合均匀,放入模具中组坯,得B品;
c、将B品预压成型,得C品;
d、将C品放入热压机压合,热压温度为190℃,热压压力0.5M Pa,热压时间为33s,得D品;
e、将D品砂光,得成品。
所述竹纤维的长度为4cm。
所述耐火纤维的长度为4cm。
所述耐火纤维为硅酸铝质耐火纤维。
所述胶黏剂为脲醛树脂胶黏剂。
所述二氧化硅的粒径为20目。

1.耐火竹制人造板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹纤维置入5%-10%的硼砂溶液中蒸煮0.5-1h,取出干燥,得A品;
b、按重量份计算,将A品70-80份、耐火纤维5-10份、二氧化硅10-15份和胶黏剂10-15份混合均匀,放入模具中组坯,得B品;
c、将B品预压成型,得C品;
d、将C品放入热压机压合,热压温度为180℃-200℃,热压压力为0.5-0.6MPa,热压时间为30-35s,得D品;
e、将D品砂光,得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐火竹制人造板的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤b中,A品为75份,耐火纤维为8份,二氧化硅为12份,胶黏剂为13份。
