Abstract
本发明公开了一种高氯脱硫废水的零排放处理及促进烟气同时脱汞脱硝的方法及系统。首先使脱硫废水与部分烟气进行逆回流浓缩,对废水进行预处理后将其泵入至电解系统阴极室,得到含高浓度氯离子的碱性浆液;碱性浆液回流至预处理混凝沉淀池中,高浓度氯离子透过阴离子交换膜进入阳极室,阳极室电解生成氯气和氧气,氯气、氧气、阳极电解液与空气混合后进入前置SCO系统参与Hg0和部分NO的氧化。该方法将高氯脱硫废水处理以及烟气脱硝脱汞进行异位耦合,既达到了脱硫废水零排放的目的,又能通过同步氧化解决Hg0污染的问题同时提高烟气中NO2含量,促进快速SCR的脱硝反应,实现烟气同时脱硝脱汞。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于脱硫废水处理领域,具体涉及一种高氯脱硫废水的零排放处理及促进烟气同时脱汞脱硝的方法及系统。
背景技术
燃煤锅炉湿法烟气脱硫系统(WFGD)在脱硫过程中排放脱硫废水,该废水中含有大量悬浮物、石膏组分、二氧化硅和重金属,排出的这部分废水就是脱硫废水。脱硫废水中悬浮物的质量浓度为9000~12700mg/L,一般含汞、铅、镍、锌、镉、铬等重金属以及砷、氟等非金属污染物的脱硫废水属弱酸性(pH为4~6),同时含有大量的氯离子(浓度8000~20000mg/L);另一方面,为了保证脱硫系统的运行稳定性,需控制浆液中氯离子的浓度低于20000mg/L,使得含氯脱硫废水不可能在脱硫体系中无限次回用。为了维持脱硫装置浆液循环系统物质的平衡,防止烟气中的可溶部分即氯浓度超过规定值以及保证石膏质量,必须从系统中排放一定量的废水。
目前,国内外针对燃煤锅炉脱硫废水的处理方式有以下几种:1)中和处理。通过中和、絮凝、沉淀、氧化等方式处理后通过压滤机、烘干等方式去除水分作为固废填埋;2)通过电除尘器与换热器间的烟道蒸发;3)单独采用废水处理系统处理后达标排放;4)电渗析、正渗透、反渗透等膜技术处理脱硫废水;5)采用多效蒸发、膜分馏、流化床、膜分离法、离子交换和电絮凝等技术处理高氯脱硫废水。然而,这些方法都有诸多的弊端及局限性,如中和后沉淀固体填埋技术仍不能有效解决氯离子的问题,还需要额外添加石灰石等又造成了资源的浪费;电渗析、反渗透等无法解决氯离子含量过高以及频繁的膜堵塞问题,高温蒸发结晶技术对设备要求高、能耗大。
随着社会发展以及环境重视程度的提高,燃煤烟气汞污染问题成为大气环境问题中突出的部分,我国《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223-2011)中规定汞及其化合物的烟气排放阈值为0.03mg/m3。在燃煤烟气汞污染物在烟道中有三种存在形式,颗粒态的Hgp、Hg2+,这两种占比仅为6~30%左右,容易被裹挟在飞灰中被除尘器捕集或者在脱硫塔中得到净化,而元素态的Hg0具有较高的蒸气压而难溶于水,无法将其有效净化,该部分Hg0在烟道气中占比达到70~94%,Hg0在烟道气体中的脱除成为烟气脱汞的极为重要部分。目前,烟气中的Hg0的处理技术包括活性炭及改性活性炭、贵金属催化剂、过渡金属氧化物等。因为其物理吸附和化学吸附相结合的作用,改性活性炭具有较好的汞去除效果,包括S、卤素、金属氧化物修饰等。但是这类改性活性炭使用成本较高,而且会影响飞灰的品质,增加其处置难度。贵金属催化剂对Hg0也具有较好的氧化脱除效果,但燃煤烟气成分复杂,且我国燃煤多为低氯煤,造成其活性的降低,其成本不言而喻。其它各类方法目前也都处于研究阶段,各自都存在一定的适用范围及优缺点。
快速SCR反应(Fast SCR Reaction)在本世纪初就已经被提出,即在SCR单元上游设置催化氧化型催化剂使得烟气中的NO 50%转化为NO2来达到SCR过程NO与NO2大约为1:1的高效脱硝反应(2NO+O2→2NO2,2NH3+NO+NO2→2N2+3H2O)。燃煤烟气中的NO含量在90%以上,因此通过空速调节等方式控制SCR入口处50%的NO转化为NO2将极大地促进SCR效率的提升,从而可以减少SCR催化剂的使用量来降低成本。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的缺陷,并结合工程实际,提供了一种电解法处理高氯脱硫废水并用于耦合烟气同时脱汞脱硝的大气污染控制技术,实现资源综合利用。
本发明提供的技术方案具体如下:
一种电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞的方法:
(1)在SCR系统的注氨单元前设置前置SCO系统,对燃煤锅炉烟气中的Hg0和部分NO进行氧化;氧化后的烟气依次进入SCR系统脱硝、进入除尘器中除尘;
(2)除尘后的烟气分流进入并联设置的湿法烟气脱硫系统和脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔,由湿法烟气脱硫系统排出的废水进入脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔顶部进行喷淋,与脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔中的烟气逆流接触,得到高氯脱硫废水和低温烟气;
(3)低温烟气在引风机作用下进入湿法烟气脱硫系统脱除SO2,然后排入大气;高氯脱硫废水进入预处理混凝沉淀池进行中和、混凝、沉淀;
(4)步骤(3)处理后的高氯脱硫废水进入阴极室进行电解,得到含高浓度氯离子的碱性浆液;碱性浆液回流至预处理混凝沉淀池中,高浓度氯离子透过阴离子交换膜进入阳极室,阳极室电解生成氯气和氧气,氯气、氧气、阳极电解液与空气混合后进入前置SCO系统参与Hg0和部分NO的氧化。
所述的前置SCO系统中填充活性氧化铝填料或与工业SCR过程相同的催化剂。
步骤(2)中的高氯脱硫废水中氯离子的含量不低于30000mg/L。
所述的阳极为旋转钌钛网状电极。
所述的阴极室采用耗氧阴极,底部通过鼓风的方式进行曝气。
所述的阴极为三维PAN基多孔碳毡阴极。
一种电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞系统,包括通过烟道依次连接的前置SCO系统、SCR系统、除尘器、并联设置的湿法烟气脱硫系统和脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔;脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔底部连接烟道并设有废水管道,顶部连接湿法烟气脱硫系统的废水管并设有用于烟气流入湿法烟气脱硫系统的回流烟道;脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔底部的废水管道依次连接预处理混凝沉淀池和电解系统,电解系统包括阳极室和阴极室,阳极室和阴极室之间设有阴离子交换膜,阳极室通过管道依次连接气液混合罐和前置SCO系统,阴极室通过管道依次连接阴极电解液回流系统和预处理混凝沉淀池。
前置SCO系统中填充活性氧化铝填料或与工业SCR过程相同的催化剂。
阳极室中设有不锈钢搅拌装置或使用旋转钌钛网状电极,阴极采用三维PAN基多孔碳毡阴极。
阴极室底部设有鼓风装置。
上述电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞系统包括以下几个系统:
1.脱硫废水预处理系统
将高氯脱硫废水与部分烟道气体接触后得到部分浓缩(SCR之后,脱硫系统之前),得到浓缩(保证氯离子含量在20000mg/L左右)后进入预处理装置,而参与浓缩的烟道气体重新回到主管道与主流烟道气体一起进入脱硫系统;经高温烟气部分浓缩后的脱硫废水进入预处理池,预处理池中包括经电解后阴极室回流的碱性浆液,与弱酸性脱硫废水一起进行中和反应,碱性条件下金属离子发生的沉淀反应,在絮凝剂的作用下的絮凝沉淀后从体系中脱除;经预处理的截留、沉淀等反应后,高氯脱硫废水进入电解系统阴极室。
2.电解系统
电解系统由阳极室、阴极室以及阴离子交换膜三部分组成;
(1)阴极室
阴极材料主要采用三维PAN基碳毡,增大接触面积及储氧能力;阴极室底部采用鼓风曝气有利于阴极溶液的混匀,曝气主要位于阴极下部;曝气的主要功能为两部分:一是增加电极附近的溶解氧含量;而是对阴极溶液的混匀作用;阴极室主要反应如下:

阴极室反应产生的碱性浆液回流脱硫废水的预处理混凝沉淀池。
(2)阳极室
阳极电极采用旋转钌钛电极网,主要发生析氯及析氧反应,在阴离子交换膜的作用下,阴极室中高氯脱硫废水中的Cl-不断透过阴离子交换膜进入阳极室进行Cl-补充,工作时,阳极在不锈钢搅拌装置搅拌下电解,保证电极附近氯离子浓度,阳极室发生的电极反应如下:

3.回喷SCO系统
回喷物包括阳极室产生的新生态氯气、氧气、含HCl电解液与压缩空气混合形成气液两相混合物,进入前置SCO系统,在SCO系统中发生零价汞及NO的氧化,主要反应如下:

NOCl+O=NO2+Cl
NO+O=NO2
本发明在SCR系统注前端设置前置SCO系统,同时,阳极电解产生的新生态的氯气及新生态的氧气进入前置SCO系统用于Hg0的氧化并排除NH3的干扰,同时完成NO的部分氧化用以促进后续的SCR过程脱硝效率;而阴极电解产生的碱液回流至石灰石浆液罐与石灰石浆液共混后泵至脱硫塔用于SO2的吸收。而SCO过程将部分NO转化为NO2可加快后续SCR反应,间接成本的降低可以弥补前置SCO系统的构建。
本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明采用三维多孔耗氧阴极,增大电解阴极与电解液的接触面积、增强储氧能力同时降低阴极放电电位,产生大量碱液可返回至高氯脱硫废水的预处理混凝沉淀池用于高氯脱硫废水的预处理。
(2)本发明采用旋转电解阳极产生的新生态的Cl2、氧气以及阴极电解质溶液中含HCl的电解液在与空气混合后返回至前置SCO系统,进行Hg0及NO的氧化,解决了烟气Hg氧化过程中低氯煤HCl浓度低及氧化能力不足的问题。一则,生成的NO2可以促进Hg0的氧化;二则,NO2含量的提升可以促进Fast-SCR的发生,提高后续SCR效率。
(3)本发明阳极室产生的Cl2回流至前置SCO系统,防止注氨过程对氧化反应的影响,而氧化NO生成的NO2可以促进前置SCO系统中(NH4)2SO4的分解,减轻硫酸盐对SCR催化剂的毒害。
(4)本发明采用电解技术异位耦合氧化实现了脱硫废水的零排放,解决了脱硫废水中高Cl-含盐废水排放问题;并通过电解技术实现异位耦合氧化Hg0及NO,解决了烟气中Hg0的脱除并促进了SCR脱氮效果的提高。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种电解法处理高氯脱硫废水并用于耦合同步脱硝脱汞的治理方法及系统,下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明进一步说明,但实施例的内容不作为对本发明保护范围的限制。
如图1所示,一种电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞系统,包括通过烟道依次连接的前置SCO系统、SCR系统、除尘器、并联设置的湿法烟气脱硫系统和脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔;脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔底部连接烟道并设有废水管道,顶部连接湿法烟气脱硫系统的废水管并设有用于烟气流入湿法烟气脱硫系统的回流烟道;脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔底部的废水管道依次连接预处理混凝沉淀池和电解系统,电解系统包括阳极室和阴极室,阳极室和阴极室之间设有阴离子交换膜,阳极室通过管道依次连接气液混合罐和前置SCO系统,阴极室通过管道依次连接阴极电解液回流系统和预处理混凝沉淀池。
前置SCO系统中填充活性氧化铝填料或与工业SCR过程相同的催化剂。
燃煤锅炉产生的烟气进入SCR系统注氨单元之前的前置SCO系统,对Hg0以及部分NO进行氧化(所用氧化剂为电解阳极产生的新生态氯气),随后烟气进入SCR系统进行脱硝反应;之后,进入电除尘器进行烟气中颗粒物的去除;除尘后,在引风机的作用下开始烟气分流;如图1所示,大部分烟气直接进入湿法烟气脱硫系统,该部分烟气约为70%;而约30%左右的烟气在引风机的作用下通过烟气分流管道进入脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔底部,经湿法烟气脱硫系统排出的废水进入脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔顶部喷淋,逆流接触后脱硫废水得到部分浓缩,而降温后的烟气在引风机作用下经烟道回流管重新进入主管道,随后并入湿法烟气脱硫系统,经湿法烟气脱硫系统处理后的烟气经烟囱排入大气;湿法烟气脱硫系统的脱硫废水经脱硫废水排水管道进入脱硫废水高温烟气浓缩塔顶部,进行部分浓缩后经泵及脱硫废水管道系统进入预处理混凝沉淀池;在预处理混凝沉淀池中脱硫废水与回流电解系统阴极的碱性电解液发生中和沉淀反应,在絮凝剂作用下发生沉淀,经预处理后的高氯脱硫废水进入电解系统的阴极室进行电解反应;高浓度的氯离子透过阴离子交换膜进入阳极室,在电解作用下产生新生态的氯气、氧气,然后在引风机的作用下与鼓风机引入的空气进入气液混合罐,随后混合气体进入前置SCO系统进行Hg0及NO的氧化。该方法解决了脱硫废水氯离子排放问题并实现了脱硫废水的零排放及Hg0的同步催化氧化同时,催化氧化提高了NO2含量,进而提高SCR反应过程脱氮效果及形成快速SCR反应体系缩短SCR反应工段时间。
本发明电解处理高氯脱硫废水耦合同时脱硝脱汞的方法,具体包括步骤如下:
(1)首先,对烟气脱硫废水进行部分浓缩,浓缩方法采用如图1所示的脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔7分流高温烟气蒸发浓缩的方式,用于保证氯离子含量不低于30000mg/L;
(2)经部分浓缩后的高氯脱硫废水泵入脱硫废水预处理混凝沉淀池,由于脱硫废水pH在4~6,在电解阴极碱性回流液及絮凝剂的作用下,在该系统中由脱硫废水pH显著提高,发生中和、混凝沉淀等反应,脱硫废水中的颗粒物经混凝沉淀后通过排渣从体系中脱除,由于碱液的回流pH被调节至8~10之间,Ca、Mg、Al、Fe、Cr、Hg、Cd等金属离子在碱性条件及絮凝剂作用下生成沉淀一并被去除;
(3)经预处理后的脱硫废水进入电解系统的阴极室,在启动阶段阳极采用20000mg/L的NaCl溶液;阴极室电极采用三维PAN基碳毡阴极,具备较大的比较面积以及氧储存能力,电极室底部采用鼓泡曝空气混匀的方式,曝气主要位于阳极电极下部;曝气的主要功能为两部分:一是增加电极附近的溶解氧含量;二是对电极溶液进行混匀,增强传质效果;阴极室为碱性其主要反应如下:

副反应还包括:Ca、Mg、Al、Fe等金属离子在碱性条件下的沉淀反应。采用连续进水,正常运行时pH控制在12~13左右。
(4)在阴离子交换膜的作用下,阴极室中高氯脱硫废水中的Cl-不断透过阴离子交换膜进入阳极室,电解室阳极在旋转钌钛电极网作用下发生电解反应如下:

正常运行条件下,阳极室电解液在机械搅拌装置搅拌作用下增强电解液的混合及增强传质效果;
(5)随后,产生的新生态Cl2、氧气在与鼓风机引入的空气在空气混合罐中混匀后回喷至前置SCO系统中,在载体或催化剂表面发生零价汞及NO的氧化,主要反应如下:

副主反应:2NO+Cl2=2NOCl
NOCl+O=NO2+Cl
NO+O=NO2
本发明解决了脱硫废水氯离子排放问题并实现了脱硫废水的零排放及Hg0的同步催化氧化,同时,催化氧化提高了NO2含量,进而提高SCR反应过程脱氮效果及形成快速SCR反应体系缩短SCR反应工段时间。
本发明的上述实施事例仅仅是为了清楚讲述本发明所做的举例,而并非对本发明实施形式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以作出许多其它不同形式的变化或变动。但凡在本发明的技术方案所引申出显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞的方法,其特征在于:
(1)在SCR系统的注氨单元前设置前置SCO系统,对燃煤锅炉烟气中的Hg0和部分NO进行氧化;氧化后的烟气依次进入SCR系统脱硝、进入除尘器中除尘;
(2)除尘后的烟气分流进入并联设置的湿法烟气脱硫系统和脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔,由湿法烟气脱硫系统排出的废水进入脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔顶部进行喷淋,与脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔中的烟气逆流接触,得到高氯脱硫废水和低温烟气;
(3)低温烟气在引风机作用下进入湿法烟气脱硫系统脱除SO2,然后排入大气;高氯脱硫废水进入预处理混凝沉淀池进行中和、混凝、沉淀;
(4)步骤(3)处理后的高氯脱硫废水进入阴极室进行电解,得到含高浓度氯离子的碱性浆液;碱性浆液回流至预处理混凝沉淀池中,高浓度氯离子透过阴离子交换膜进入阳极室,阳极室电解生成氯气和氧气,氯气、氧气、阳极电解液与空气混合后进入前置SCO系统参与Hg0和NO的氧化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的前置SCO系统中填充活性氧化铝填料或与工业SCR过程相同的催化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中的高氯脱硫废水中氯离子的含量不低于30000mg/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的阳极为旋转钌钛网状电极。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的阴极室采用耗氧阴极,底部通过鼓风的方式进行曝气。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的阴极为三维PAN基多孔碳毡阴极。
7.一种电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞系统,其特征在于:包括通过烟道依次连接的前置SCO系统、SCR系统、除尘器、并联设置的湿法烟气脱硫系统和脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔;脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔底部连接烟道并设有废水管道,顶部连接湿法烟气脱硫系统的废水管并设有用于烟气流入湿法烟气脱硫系统的回流烟道;脱硫废水烟气浓缩塔底部的废水管道依次连接预处理混凝沉淀池和电解系统,电解系统包括阳极室和阴极室,阳极室和阴极室之间设有阴离子交换膜,阳极室通过管道依次连接气液混合罐和前置SCO系统,阴极室通过管道依次连接阴极电解液回流系统和预处理混凝沉淀池。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞系统,其特征在于:前置SCO系统中填充活性氧化铝填料或与工业SCR过程相同的催化剂。
9.根据权利要求7所述的电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞系统,其特征在于:阳极室中设有不锈钢搅拌装置或使用旋转钌钛网状电极,阴极采用三维PAN基多孔碳毡阴极。
10.根据权利要求7所述的电解处理高氯脱硫废水并耦合脱硝脱汞系统,其特征在于:阴极室底部设有鼓风装置。
