Description
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶。
背景技术
玻璃胶是玻璃胶粘剂的俗称,是一种同时具有粘接和密封性能的多用途功能材料,主要种类有聚氨酯、聚硫、有机硅、丙烯酸酯、丁苯橡胶、丁基橡胶、沥青和油性嵌缝胶等。
聚氨酯玻璃胶的强度高、抗撕裂、柔软耐磨、耐穿刺、耐油和耐介质腐蚀,目前已被广泛应用于轨道车辆、汽车、船舶等风挡玻璃、侧窗玻璃与基体铁板、铝板的粘接与密封,但是现有的聚氨酯玻璃胶耐水性和耐候性较差,在户外或者有水环境中使用时易发生泛黄,龟裂,严重限制了其应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其粘结强度高,耐候性能优异,耐水性好,使用寿命长。
本发明提出的一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯预聚体70-100份、聚酯树脂10-25份、液体丁腈橡胶5-12份、氯丁橡胶3-10份、单氟磷酸钠1-5份、六氟双酚A 2-5份、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐1-5份、石墨烯2-5份、蒙脱土2-10份、分子筛2-10份、钛白粉2-5份、碳化硅3-10份、3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.3-2份、1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇0.5-3份、8-羟基喹啉0.5-2份、过氧化甲乙酮0.2-0.5份。
优选地,所述聚酯树脂为改性聚酯树脂;所述改性聚酯树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:将对羟基苯甲醛加入无水乙醇中,加热至回流后加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌反应5-10h,反应结束后冷却、过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷和单丁基氧化锡加入反应装置中,在氮气的保护下升温至225-235℃,搅拌反应150-200min,加入间苯二甲酸后升温至240-245℃,搅拌反应50-100min,然后在0.09-0.095MPa真空条件下进行缩聚反应200-240min,降温至180-200℃后加入三苯基膦,反应40-50min后出料得到所述改性聚酯树脂。
优选地,对羟基苯甲醛、二乙烯三胺的重量比为8-10:6-15。
优选地,羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷、单丁基氧化锡、间苯二甲酸、三苯基膦的重量比为2-10:5-10:8-20:5-12:6-20:3-12:0.5-2.5:0.1-0.5:25-37:0.5-1.6。
优选地,所述硅醇为一苯基三氯硅醇、二甲基二氯硅醇、一甲基三氯硅醇中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,其原料中还包括硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和催化剂。
优选地,硬脂酸锌的重量份为0.1-0.8份、抗氧剂的重量份为0.1-0.5份、紫外线吸收剂的重量份为0.2-0.6份、催化剂的重量份为0.3-1份。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
优选地,所述紫外线吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531。
优选地,所述催化剂为四乙烯五胺。
本发明所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,以聚氨酯预聚体为主料,同时加入了聚酯树脂、液体丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶进行配合,并控制了四者的比例,使四者发挥最佳的协同作用,赋予玻璃胶优异的耐水性、耐候性和耐老化性,并改善了玻璃胶的力学性能,提高了玻璃胶的剥离强度;优选方式改性聚酯树脂的制备过程中,首先以对羟基苯甲醛和二乙烯三胺为原料,使对羟基苯甲醛中的醛基与二乙烯三胺的氨基发生了反应,通过控制反应的条件,得到了含N的二羟基化合物物料A;之后将物料A、羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸引入到聚酯树脂中,显著提高了玻璃胶的耐热性、耐紫外线性、耐候性和耐水性;分子筛加入体系中后其表面的硅羟基与能与体系中的异氰酸酯发生反应,形成一定的化学键,使分子间的作用力增强,与石墨烯、蒙脱土、钛白粉、碳化硅配合,改善了胶膜的耐水性、硬度、冲击强度和耐热性;1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐加入体系中能与石墨烯产生π-π和阳离子-π的相互作用,从而牢固的吸附于石墨烯的表面,加入体系中后,分散均匀,显著提高了玻璃胶的力学性能、耐热性和耐水性;六氟双酚A加入体系中,一方面,能与聚氨酯中的羟基进行反应,在体系中分散均匀,与1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇、单氟磷酸钠等配合,赋予玻璃胶优异的耐水性,另一方面能与各填料表面的羟基进行作用,从而进一步提高了各填料在体系中的分散性。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯预聚体100份、聚酯树脂10份、液体丁腈橡胶12份、氯丁橡胶3份、单氟磷酸钠5份、六氟双酚A 2份、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐5份、石墨烯2份、蒙脱土10份、分子筛2份、钛白粉5份、碳化硅3份、3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷2份、1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇0.5份、8-羟基喹啉2份、过氧化甲乙酮0.2份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯预聚体70份、聚酯树脂25份、液体丁腈橡胶5份、氯丁橡胶10份、单氟磷酸钠1份、六氟双酚A 5份、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐1份、石墨烯5份、蒙脱土2份、分子筛10份、钛白粉2份、碳化硅10份、3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.3份、1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇3份、8-羟基喹啉0.5份、过氧化甲乙酮0.5份。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯预聚体86份、聚酯树脂14份、液体丁腈橡胶10份、氯丁橡胶5份、单氟磷酸钠4.3份、六氟双酚A 3份、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐4.3份、石墨烯2.6份、蒙脱土8.3份、分子筛4.3份、钛白粉4.5份、碳化硅6份、3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.7份、1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇0.9份、8-羟基喹啉1.7份、过氧化甲乙酮0.26份;
其中,所述聚酯树脂为改性聚酯树脂;所述改性聚酯树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:将对羟基苯甲醛加入无水乙醇中,加热至回流后加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌反应5h,反应结束后冷却、过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷和单丁基氧化锡加入反应装置中,在氮气的保护下升温至235℃,搅拌反应150min,加入间苯二甲酸后升温至245℃,搅拌反应50min,然后在0.095MPa真空条件下进行缩聚反应200min,降温至200℃后加入三苯基膦,反应40min后出料得到所述改性聚酯树脂;其中,对羟基苯甲醛、二乙烯三胺的重量比为8:15;羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷、单丁基氧化锡、间苯二甲酸、三苯基膦的重量比为10:5:20:5:20:3:2.5:0.1:37:0.5;所述硅醇为一苯基三氯硅醇;
其原料中还包括硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和催化剂,且硬脂酸锌的重量份为0.1份、抗氧剂的重量份为0.5份、紫外线吸收剂的重量份为0.2份、催化剂的重量份为1份;
所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯;
所述紫外线吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531;
所述催化剂为四乙烯五胺。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯预聚体75份、聚酯树脂21份、液体丁腈橡胶7份、氯丁橡胶9份、单氟磷酸钠2份、六氟双酚A 4.2份、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐2份、石墨烯4份、蒙脱土5份、分子筛8.6份、钛白粉3.2份、碳化硅8.3份、3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.6份、1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇2.6份、8-羟基喹啉1份、过氧化甲乙酮0.42份;
其中,所述聚酯树脂为改性聚酯树脂;所述改性聚酯树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:将对羟基苯甲醛加入无水乙醇中,加热至回流后加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌反应10h,反应结束后冷却、过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷和单丁基氧化锡加入反应装置中,在氮气的保护下升温至225℃,搅拌反应200min,加入间苯二甲酸后升温至240℃,搅拌反应100min,然后在0.09MPa真空条件下进行缩聚反应240min,降温至180℃后加入三苯基膦,反应40-50min后出料得到所述改性聚酯树脂;其中,对羟基苯甲醛、二乙烯三胺的重量比为10:6;羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷、单丁基氧化锡、间苯二甲酸、三苯基膦的重量比为2:10:8:12:6:12:0.5:0.5:25:1.6;所述硅醇为二甲基二氯硅醇、一甲基三氯硅醇的混合物,且二甲基二氯硅醇、一甲基三氯硅醇的重量比为4:5。
其原料中还包括硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和催化剂,且硬脂酸锌的重量份为0.8份、抗氧剂的重量份为0.1份、紫外线吸收剂的重量份为0.6份、催化剂的重量份为0.3份;
所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯;
所述紫外线吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531;
所述催化剂为四乙烯五胺。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯预聚体85份、聚酯树脂17份、液体丁腈橡胶8份、氯丁橡胶6份、单氟磷酸钠3.2份、六氟双酚A 3.6份、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐2.7份、石墨烯3.8份、蒙脱土6份、分子筛7份、钛白粉3.8份、碳化硅5份、3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份、1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇2份、8-羟基喹啉1.7份、过氧化甲乙酮0.4份;
其中,所述聚酯树脂为改性聚酯树脂;所述改性聚酯树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:将对羟基苯甲醛加入无水乙醇中,加热至回流后加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌反应8h,反应结束后冷却、过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷和单丁基氧化锡加入反应装置中,在氮气的保护下升温至235℃,搅拌反应170min,加入间苯二甲酸后升温至243℃,搅拌反应80min,然后在0.092MPa真空条件下进行缩聚反应215min,降温至192℃后加入三苯基膦,反应47min后出料得到所述改性聚酯树脂;其中,对羟基苯甲醛、二乙烯三胺的重量比为9:11;羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷、单丁基氧化锡、间苯二甲酸、三苯基膦的重量比为7:8:13:8:17:6:2:0.3:31:1.2;所述硅醇为一苯基三氯硅醇、二甲基二氯硅醇、一甲基三氯硅醇的混合物,且一苯基三氯硅醇、二甲基二氯硅醇、一甲基三氯硅醇的重量比为4:5:6;
其原料中还包括硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和催化剂;硬脂酸锌的重量份为0.2份、抗氧剂的重量份为0.32份、紫外线吸收剂的重量份为0.4份、催化剂的重量份为0.7份;
所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯;
所述紫外线吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531;
所述催化剂为四乙烯五胺。

1.一种耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯预聚体70-100份、聚酯树脂10-25份、液体丁腈橡胶5-12份、氯丁橡胶3-10份、单氟磷酸钠1-5份、六氟双酚A 2-5份、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐1-5份、石墨烯2-5份、蒙脱土2-10份、分子筛2-10份、钛白粉2-5份、碳化硅3-10份、3-异氰酸酯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.3-2份、1H,1H,9H-十六氟壬醇0.5-3份、8-羟基喹啉0.5-2份、过氧化甲乙酮0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,所述聚酯树脂为改性聚酯树脂;所述改性聚酯树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:将对羟基苯甲醛加入无水乙醇中,加热至回流后加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌反应5-10h,反应结束后冷却、过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷和单丁基氧化锡加入反应装置中,在氮气的保护下升温至225-235℃,搅拌反应150-200min,加入间苯二甲酸后升温至240-245℃,搅拌反应50-100min,然后在0.09-0.095MPa真空条件下进行缩聚反应200-240min,降温至180-200℃后加入三苯基膦,反应40-50min后出料得到所述改性聚酯树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,对羟基苯甲醛、二乙烯三胺的重量比为8-10:6-15。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,羟基特戊酸新戊二醇单酯、硅醇、物料A、1,4-环己烷二羧酸、月桂酸、己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷、单丁基氧化锡、间苯二甲酸、三苯基膦的重量比为2-10:5-10:8-20:5-12:6-20:3-12:0.5-2.5:0.1-0.5:25-37:0.5-1.6。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,所述硅醇为一苯基三氯硅醇、二甲基二氯硅醇、一甲基三氯硅醇中的一种或者多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,其原料中还包括硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和催化剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,硬脂酸锌的重量份为0.1-0.8份、抗氧剂的重量份为0.1-0.5份、紫外线吸收剂的重量份为0.2-0.6份、催化剂的重量份为0.3-1份。
8.根据权利要求7所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531。
10.根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述耐水耐候性聚氨酯玻璃胶,其特征在于,所述催化剂为四乙烯五胺。
