Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC冷收缩套筒标签膜以及制备方法,在传统的PVC制作工艺中,共混添加TPVC热塑性弹性体和ACR‑g‑VC共聚树脂,物料由高速混合机和冷却混合机混合成均匀的干混料,干混料由单螺杆挤出机塑化挤出,经吹膜机头一次性吹制成所需规格尺寸的筒状薄膜产品。TPⅤC具备传统交联硫化橡胶的高弹性、且与PVC的相容性较好,同时又具备普通塑料加工方便、加工方式广的特点,方便挤出、吹塑等加工方式,有大幅度拉伸后的回弹性;ACR‑g‑VC是一种PVC共混改性剂,可以提高PVC树脂的韧性和断裂伸长率,改进抗冲击性能及其他性能;因此将ACR‑g‑VC共聚树脂和TPVC共混加入,即可以保持一定的回弹性,又可以保证PVC树脂的韧性和力学强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及PCV标签膜技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC冷收缩套筒标签膜以及制备方法。
背景技术
冷收缩包装,也称拉伸包装,是在热收缩包装基础上发展起来的一种新的包装技术,吸取了传统热收缩膜包装和拉伸薄膜的优点,无论从包装效果、包装成本的节约、包装速度等方面都有明显的优势,广泛适用于食品饮料、家用电器、化学品及建筑等行业。薄膜冷收缩是相对热收缩的一种称谓,是将袋状或筒状的弹性塑料薄膜,通过人工或冷收缩包装机拉伸扩张后,由上向下套在包装物上,利用薄膜本身的回弹力,包裹住物品。冷收缩包装无需加热,消耗的能源只有热收缩包装的二十分之一,易于回收和处理、无点火风险、减少安全隐患、不需要加热薄膜不会与被包装物品粘连,装载性高,对于生产线上的物品,还可实现自动化包装。
冷收缩与热收缩一样,同样是利用薄膜材料的“弹性记忆”特性,实现对物品的贴体包装。热收缩是通过将粘弹态的分子链拉伸定向并冻结,使其具有加热后的收缩功能。冷收缩是利用常温下柔性链段被拉伸定向,当外力消除后,被定向的分子链段将自发解取向,恢复到初始状态,从而宏观上产生收缩效果。因此,冷收缩膜需要具有更好的柔韧性和回弹性。
目前,冷收缩膜市场应用刚刚起步,主要应用于食品、家电行业,所采用的冷收缩膜为PE膜,且均为普通包装使用。对于一些小型的棒状、柱状或具有一定长径比的容器类包装,不仅希望能采用冷收缩包装,形成保护型贴体或集束包装,更希望能在外包装上印制logo图案及相关使用说明等宣传文字,使商品具有更优良的保护和宣传效果。目前的PE冷收缩膜无法达到这种要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便在表面印刷的冷收缩套筒标签膜及其制备方法
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种PVC冷收缩套筒标签膜,由如下重量分数的组分组成:PVC树脂主原料100份、ACR-g-VC共聚树脂25-30份、热塑性弹性体10-15份、稳定剂2.0-2.5份、增塑剂18-20份、润滑剂1-2份。
进一步的,所述热塑性弹性体为TPVC树脂。
进一步的,所述稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181,增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯。
进一步的,所述润滑剂包括内润滑剂RGH-4和外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡,其中内润滑剂RGH-4和外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡的比例为0.8-1.0:0.3-0.5。
进一步的,组分组成中还包括1.0-2.0份的单硬脂酸甘油酯。
此外,本发明还提供了上述标签膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)高速混合机转动过程中投加PVC树脂、稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181、增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯;
(2)在高速混合机温度升高到75-80℃时,投加ACR-g-VC共聚树脂、热塑性弹性体TPVC、内润滑剂RGH-4;
(3)高速混合机温度升高到95-100℃时,投加外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡、防雾剂单硬脂酸甘油酯;
(4)高速混合机温度升高到105~110℃左右时,将混合料放入冷却混合机中搅拌冷却;
(5)冷却混合机温度到45℃以下时出料,获得干混料,备用;
(6)将混合好的干混料加入挤出机塑化挤出,在经过吹膜机头一次性吹制成型;
其中各成分配比为:PVC树脂主原料100份、ACR-g-VC共聚树脂25-30份、TPVC热塑性弹性体10-15份、稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181 2.0-2.5份、增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯18-20份、内润滑剂RGH-4 0.8-1份、外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.5份、防雾剂单硬脂酸甘油酯1-2份。
从上述技术方案可以看出本发明具有以下优点:TPⅤC具备传统交联硫化橡胶的高弹性、耐老化、耐油性各项优异性能,且与PVC的相容性较好,同时又具备普通塑料加工方便、加工方式广的特点,方便挤出、吹塑等加工方式,有大幅度拉伸后的回弹性,但加入量太大,村料的刚度和强度会下降太多;ACR-g-VC是一种PVC共混改性剂,可以提高PVC树脂的韧性和断裂伸长率,改进抗冲击性能及其他性能,促进树脂塑化,耐候性好,加工条件宽,对PVC固有的刚性、拉伸强度等影响小,且可以赋予PVC一定的回弹性,拉伸幅度过大,会导致材料断裂或出现应力缺陷,无法再回弹;因此将ACR-g-VC共聚树脂和TPVC共混加入,即可以保持一定的回弹性,又可以保证PVC树脂的韧性和力学强度。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体的实施例对本发明的进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选方式,不是对本发明的限定。
实施例一:
首先对物料进行混合,其工艺方法与现有的混合方式大致相同,由高速混合机和冷却混合机混合成均匀的干混料,其具体工艺如下。
(1)高速混合机转动过程中投加100份PVC树脂、2.5份稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181、18份增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯;
(2)在高速混合机温度升高到75-80℃时,投加25份ACR-g-VC共聚树脂、15份热塑性弹性体TPVC、0.8份内润滑剂RGH-4;TPⅤC具备传统交联硫化橡胶的高弹性、耐老化、耐油性各项优异性能,且与PVC的相容性较好,同时又具备普通塑料加工方便、加工方式广的特点,方便挤出、吹塑等加工方式,有大幅度拉伸后的回弹性,但加入量太大,材料的刚度和强度会下降太多,因此本实施例中的添加量控制在主原料的15%;ACR-g-VC是一种PVC共混改性剂,可以提高PVC树脂的韧性和断裂伸长率,改进抗冲击性能及其他性能,促进树脂塑化,耐候性好,加工条件宽,对PVC固有的刚性、拉伸强度等影响小,且可以赋予PVC一定的回弹性,拉伸幅度过大时,会导致材料断裂或出现应力缺陷,无法实现回弹;因此将ACR-g-VC共聚树脂和TPVC共混加入,即可以保持一定的回弹性,又可以保证PVC树脂的韧性及力学强度。其中ACR-g-VC共聚树脂:可选用索尔维公司的Solvic 465SE,赫斯特公司的VinnolitH2264Z,Wacker公司的Vinnol VK602/64等;TPVC弹性体:可选用日本住友公司的Sumiflex;日本三菱公司的Samprence;日本电气化学公司的Denka Rheomer G;日本瑞翁公司的Elastar等。
(3)高速混合机温度升高到95-100℃时,投加0.3份外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡、1.5份防雾剂单硬脂酸甘油酯;
(4)高速混合机温度升高到105~110℃左右时,将混合料放入冷却混合机中搅拌冷却;
(5)冷却混合机温度到45℃以下时出料,获得干混料,备用;
物料混合完毕后,投入挤出机中,利用单螺杆挤出机进行塑化。采用的设备为单螺杆挤出机,螺杆直径65mm,螺杆长径比29.5:1,压缩比2.8:1。吹膜模具口模直径250mm,口模间隙1.1mm,膜泡吹胀比3.1,双风口风环。挤出机温度:135-140℃,150-155℃,160-165℃,165-175℃,160-165℃。模具温度:160-150℃,165-170℃。再利用吹膜机头成型、随后进行风环冷却、形成膜泡、再经过人字板折叠、裁成双片膜(也可先裁成单片膜,根据包装物尺寸,分切成比包装物外周长稍小的尺寸,再粘结成筒状,冷收缩包装使用)、制成卷曲的半成品,再根据需要分切成所需的尺寸。PVC冷收缩套筒标签膜,如果尺寸合适或按照包装物定做的筒状薄膜,可以直接包装使用。直接使用的筒状薄膜直径,一般情况下应比包装物的外径小10-50%。套筒膜与包装物两个尺寸差距量的选取,视包装物耐压情况和包紧度要求决定,包装物耐压,包紧度要求较高,就选差距量较大的。这样冷收缩套筒膜被扩开距离大,收缩后包裹地更紧密。
筒状膜可以采用通用的塑料薄膜印刷方式,印制上相关图案和文字。也可在包装现场,采用喷墨打印的方式,向已包装好的PVC冷收缩套筒膜上印制图案和文字。
将最后制成厚度为0.025mm的套筒标签膜进行性能测试,其横向拉伸强度为27.9MPa,纵向拉伸强度为44.7MPa;其横向断裂伸长率为861.2MPa,纵向断裂伸长率为649.8MPa;其横向撕裂强度为653.2MPa,纵向撕裂强度为262.7MPa;雾度为2.9%。
实施例二与实施例一的技术方案大体相同,不同点在于组分的组成:
其中各成分配比为:PVC树脂主原料100份、ACR-g-VC共聚树脂28份、TPVC热塑性弹性体12份、稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181 2.3份、增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯19份、内润滑剂RGH-40.8份、外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡0.3份、防雾剂单硬脂酸甘油酯1.5份。
将最后制成厚度为0.025mm的套筒标签膜进行性能测试,其横向拉伸强度为29.3MPa,纵向拉伸强度为42.4MPa;其横向断裂伸长率为862.1MPa,纵向断裂伸长率为652.1MPa;其横向撕裂强度为667.8MPa,纵向撕裂强度为272.1MPa;雾度为3.3%。
实施例三:
其中各成分配比为:PVC树脂主原料100份、ACR-g-VC共聚树脂30份、TPVC热塑性弹性体10份、稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181 2份、增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯20份、内润滑剂RGH-41.0份、外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡0.5份、防雾剂单硬脂酸甘油酯1.5份。
将最后制成厚度为0.025mm的套筒标签膜进行性能测试,其横向拉伸强度为28.7MPa,纵向拉伸强度为43.4MPa;其横向断裂伸长率为860.7MPa,纵向断裂伸长率为650.3MPa;其横向撕裂强度为669.9MPa,纵向撕裂强度为273.4MPa;雾度为3.3%。
从上述数据可以看出,采用上述工艺制程的冷收缩标签膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度可以满足小型的棒状、柱状或具有一定长径比的容器类等物品的包装需求,且PVC树脂作为一种极性材料,其制品印刷性能较好,只要配方中涉及表面性能的助剂选择合适、用量适当,就能保证PVC冷收缩套筒标签膜具有良好的印刷性能,因此可以在外包装上印制logo图案及相关使用说明等宣传文字,使商品具有更优良的保护和宣传效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种PVC冷收缩套筒标签膜,其特征在于由如下重量分数的组分组成:PVC树脂主原料100份、ACR-g-VC共聚树脂25-30份、热塑性弹性体10-15份、稳定剂2.0-2.5份、增塑剂18-20份、润滑剂1-2份,所述热塑性弹性体与PVC树脂为完全相容体系,所述热塑性弹性体为TPVC树脂,所述稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181,增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯,所述润滑剂包括内润滑剂RGH-4和外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡,其中内润滑剂RGH-4和外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡的比例为0.8-1.0:0.3-0.5,组分组成中还包括1.0-2.0份的单硬脂酸甘油酯。
2.一种PVC冷收缩套筒标签膜制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)高速混合机转动过程中投加PVC树脂、稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181、增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯;
(2)在高速混合机温度升高到75-80℃时,投加ACR-g-VC共聚树脂、热塑性弹性体TPVC、内润滑剂RGH-4;
(3)高速混合机温度升高到95-100℃时,投加外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡、防雾剂单硬脂酸甘油酯;
(4)高速混合机温度升高到105~110℃左右时,将混合料放入冷却混合机中搅拌冷却;
(5)冷却混合机温度到45℃以下时出料,获得干混料,备用;
(6)将混合好的干混料加入挤出机塑化挤出,在经过吹膜机头一次性吹制成型;其中各成分配比为:PVC树脂主原料100份、ACR-g-VC共聚树脂25-30份、TPVC热塑性弹性体10-15份、稳定剂硫醇甲基锡181 2.0-2.5份、增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯18-20份、内润滑剂RGH-40.8-1份、外润滑剂聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.5份、防雾剂单硬脂酸甘油酯1-2份。
