技术领域
本申请涉及一种用于车辆座椅安全带的锁定装置，该车辆座椅安全带可用于将儿童汽车座椅固定在车辆中。
背景技术
当儿童乘坐机动车时，法律通常要求儿童乘坐适合在儿童身材的、经认可的儿童汽车座椅中。在车辆中，许多儿童汽车座椅通过安全带固定在相应的车辆座椅上。常用的方法为将车辆座椅安全带的锁舌穿过儿童汽车安全座椅上提供的通道，将其插入车辆座椅安全带带扣中，然后拉紧安全带。使用腰带式安全带系统时，通过调节装置拉动车辆座椅安全带从而实现拉伸。使用更为常见的腰带式和肩带式组合的安全带系统时，车辆安全带锁定在惯性式制动器上，该制动器仅在突然加速或减速时激活。在许多情况下，惯性式座椅安全带的性质会使儿童汽车座椅的车辆座椅安全带的拉力随着时间的推移而减小。
在发生车辆碰撞时突然减速的情况下，车辆安全带松弛会使儿童安全座椅向前移动，从而导致对儿童汽车座椅以及更重要的是对其乘员的潜在有害冲击。由于惯性式安全带的可调节性质，机动车的正常使用可引起安全带的松弛。
目前有一些现有设备可以将车辆腰带肩带式座椅安全带转换为单一安全带长度，然后用于保持儿童座椅。大体上，这些设备难以安装、调整或拆卸。因此，使用这些设备通常不能达到预期目的。
因此，需要提供一种装置，用于固定拉伸状态下的腰带肩带型车辆座椅安全带的腰带部分，当用于固定儿童汽车座椅时易于安装、调节和拆卸。本发明正是在这样的背景下进行开发。
从以下结合附图的描述中，本发明的其它目的和优点将变得显而易见，并且以下描述公开了本发明的实施例作为实例和说明。
以上对其他发明的描述具有一般性，仅提供用于理解本发明。
发明内容
一方面，本申请提供一种用于锁定车辆座椅安全带的座椅安全带锁定装置。该锁定装置包括主体和从该主体表面突出的至少一个龙骨。
优选地，主体和龙骨为整体。然而，锁定装置也可以由多个部分形成。
在一实施方式中，龙骨从主体表面以90度角延伸。
锁定装置可以包括圆形或圆盘形的主体和楔形龙骨。例如，龙骨可以包括侧壁，该侧壁从上述主体逐渐变窄。
锁定装置可以包括表面轮廓以辅助保持车辆座椅安全带的拉力。在一实施方式中，龙骨包括翅片或褶皱。在另一实施方式中龙骨可以用粘性材料处理。
优选地，锁定装置是由塑料和/或橡胶或任何其他合适材料形成的单个部件，该合适的材料旨在可压入孔隙中形成紧密配合。
锁定装置适于与车辆座椅安全带和儿童安全座椅一起使用。
在一种形式中，通过向锁定装置的主体施加压力来操作该装置，通过施压将龙骨插入车辆座椅安全带锁舌孔隙中。
在一种形式中，该装置的至少一个龙骨可以不定位于中心，或不垂直于主体表面。
在一种形式中，该装置的至少一个龙骨可以作为用于辅助装置对车辆座椅安全带锁舌的锚固点。
在一种形式中，锁定效果通过至少一个龙骨抵靠车辆座椅安全带锁舌孔隙内的安全带的楔入作用来实现。
在一实施方式中，车辆腰带肩带式座椅安全带的腰带部分保持在基本上固定的长度。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了根据本申请一个实施例的安全带锁定装置10。锁定装置10适于与车辆座椅安全带11和儿童安全座椅(未示出)一起使用。锁定装置10包括主体1和从主体1突出的龙骨2。
锁定装置10可以由塑料和/或橡胶或任何其他合适材料形成。优选地，材料被设计成可压缩配合以固定或锁定座椅安全带。
车辆座椅安全带11包括织带8,8A，锁舌部3和带扣部4。锁舌部3包括孔隙7，孔隙7用于接收织带8A以形成肩带部5和腰带部6。锁舌部3可插入带扣部4内。图5示出锁舌部3已插入带扣部4中。
龙骨2具有大致上为矩形的底部2A，其具有从底部2A延伸并逐渐变细变窄以形成楔形的侧壁2B。楔形可使龙骨2牢固地定位在锁舌部3的孔隙7内。龙骨2限制织带8A相对于锁舌部3运动，从而实现锁定效果。
如图2和图3所示，龙骨2基本垂直地从主体1突出。然而，应该理解的是，倾斜于主体1的其他可选角度也是合适的。例如，70度也可能是合适的。然而，优选地，龙骨2的长边2C基本上平行于主体1；在本发明的其它实施例中，长边2C可以不平行于主体1。
图3示出了具有单个龙骨2的装置10，然而这并不排除装置10具有多个龙骨以便插入，其仍落入本申请的范围内。
图1和图2示出了龙骨2与本体1基本成直角，然而这不限制锁定装置10具有相对于本体1倾斜的其他角度。参照图4，当锁舌部3被锁定到带扣部4且织带8A调节到正确的长度，锁定装置10通过沿着箭头A的方向将龙骨2插入锁舌部3的7中来定位。如图4所示，楔形龙骨2插入孔隙7中以将腰带部6锁定在期望的长度，从而将儿童汽车座椅(未示出)紧紧固定在车座(未示出)上。车辆座椅安全带带扣部4连接到织带8，同时座椅安全带锁舌部3连接到车辆座椅安全带带扣4。车辆座椅安全带的肩带部5连接到车辆的惯性卷轴(未示出)并照常拉紧。
图6示出了原位锁定装置10，其中龙骨2被用作辅助座椅安全带相关装置9(例如安全带释放按钮9A的盖)的锚固点。盖9可以用于防止按钮9A的意外释放。
装置10的龙骨2将穿过盖9中的槽9B以将其锚定在顶部，并且用粘合剂将盖9固定到座椅安全带带扣4上，从而遮盖按钮9A。
图7示出了锁定装置10的另一实施例。锁定装置10包括从主体1突出的一对龙骨2。锁定装置10以与单个龙骨相同的方式工作；然而，这对龙骨2为定位锁定装置10提供了更大的灵活性。
仍然参考图7，每个龙骨2与主体基本上成直角。应当理解，其他角度也可能是合适的。每个龙骨2包括具有脊11的表面轮廓，以提供额外的抓柄。可以预期的是，其他表面轮廓也是可以的。

Claims (7)
