技术领域
本发明涉及汽车工程技术领域,具体涉及一种等速万向节驱动轴总成。
背景技术
随着汽车产业的发展,新能源汽车给传统燃油汽车带来巨大的挑战,燃油汽车需要解决问题的时间节点越来越紧迫。其中,万向节具有大摆角、较长的滑移距离、高效率是未来的方向。由于目前万向节的结构限制及效率传递,需要整个行业探索出一种新的方法来应对市场的变化。
在现有技术中,等速万向节驱动轴总成的结构一般如下:一端是中心固定型等速万向节【即外球笼】,另一端是伸缩型等速万向节【即内球笼】,中间是连接外球笼和内球笼的中间轴。其中,外球笼和中间轴之间主要由保持架、星形套、钢球组成;内球笼和中间轴之间主要由滑套、保持架、钢球组成。星形套和滑套均通过花键与中间轴传动连接,并以卡簧固定。
存在的问题是:当车辆要求实现大摆角和较长的滑移距离时,万向节驱动轴总成通常采用两端滑移结构,由于对万向节传动效率的要求,多采用VL壳体式等速万向节做外球笼,内球笼采用同结构的VL壳体式或VL铁饼式等速万向节。该结构等速万向节结构紧凑,传递效率较高,但市场较多反馈脱出情况,且无法自行恢复。对此,目前行业的解决方案是用连接管限位,或万向节口部压制来防脱,此两种措施的制造工艺复杂、均增加了制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的主要发明目的,是能有效防止伸缩型等速万向节脱出、并最大程度上保证其滑移距离,因而具有广阔的市场应用前景的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成。
本发明所用的技术方案是:一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,包括外球笼,中间轴,内球笼。左、右两端分别和外球笼的右端、中间轴的左端密封相连的左防尘罩。左、右两端分别和中间轴的右端、内球笼的左端密封相连的右防尘罩。外球笼和中间轴的左端的相应表面之间设有内圈、保持架和若干钢球。保持架设有和钢球适配的圆孔,钢球和内圈与外球笼上的相应表面触连;内球笼和中间轴的右端的相应表面之间设有右内圈、右保持架和若干右钢球。内圈与右内圈和中间轴的相应端部均花键连接并以卡簧固定。外球笼的内端设有和钢球适配的轴向滑槽,钢球与外球笼内端的轴向滑槽的相应表面触连。左防尘罩的最左端和外球笼的右端密封固连,左防尘罩的最左端的右侧和外球笼的右端面触连且直径小于外球笼的相应直径。
本发明的右端的结构,与现有技术相同,因此未做详述。在上述技术方案中,左防尘罩和右防尘罩均系TPE材料制件,制造简单。本发明的结构,能有效防止伸缩型等速万向节脱出、并最大程度上保证其滑移距离,因而是具有广阔的市场应用前景的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成。
作为优选,还包括有左一卡簧。外球笼上设有左一凹环,左防尘罩的左端设有和左一凹环相应的左一凸环及与左一卡簧相应的左一卡簧安装凹环,左防尘罩的左端用左一卡簧和外球笼相连。本优选方案,结构简单可靠,连接安装方便。另外,在采用TPE材料制作左防尘罩时,相应的左一凸环及左一卡簧安装凹环均系在左一卡簧的直接作用下自然形成的,而不需要另行加工,从而节约成本。
作为优选,还包括有左二卡簧。中间轴和左防尘罩的右端的连接部位设有若干道定位凹环,左防尘罩的右端设有和定位凹环相应的定位凸环及与左二卡簧相应的左二卡簧安装凹环,左防尘罩的右端用左二卡簧和中间轴相连。本优选方案,结构简单可靠,连接安装方便。同样地,在采用TPE材料制作左防尘罩时,相应的左二凸环及左二卡簧安装凹环均系在左二卡簧的直接作用下自然形成的,而不需要另行加工,从而节约成本。
作为优选,外球笼的柄部装配有ABS环。所述ABS环与ABS控制系统配合,用于防止车辆行驶过程中轮胎抱死的情况发生。作为优选,外球笼的左端为花键轴结构,花键轴结构的左端设有螺纹,花键轴结构的左端和螺母螺纹连接。本优选方案,外球笼和相应的外部构件连接,结构简单可靠。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:所用的结构能有效防止伸缩型等速万向节脱出、并最大程度上保证其滑移距离,且具有结构简单加工制造容易的右端,因而是具有广阔的市场应用前景的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图1、图2 所示,本发明包括外球笼1,中间轴9,图中未示出的内球笼。左、右两端分别和外球笼1的右端、中间轴9的左端密封相连的左防尘罩8。左、右两端分别和中间轴9的右端、内球笼的左端密封相连的右防尘罩【图中未示出】。外球笼1和中间轴9的左端的相应表面之间设有内圈2、保持架3和若干钢球4。保持架3设有和钢球4适配的圆孔,钢球4和内圈2与外球笼1内端的相应表面触连。内球笼和中间轴9的右端的相应表面之间设有图中未示出的右内圈、右保持架和若干右钢球。内圈2与右内圈和中间轴9的相应端部均花键连接并以卡簧固定。外球笼1的内端设有和钢球4适配的若干轴向滑槽,钢球4与外球笼1内端的轴向滑槽的相应表面触连。左防尘罩8的最左端和外球笼1的右端密封固连,左防尘罩8的最左端的右侧和外球笼1的右端面触连且直径小于外球笼1的相应直径。其中左防尘罩8和右防尘罩均优选为TPE材料制件。右防尘罩与内球笼及中间轴9两者之间的连接、内球笼与中间轴9之间的间接连接结构均与现有结构相同,因此不做赘述。
作为优选,还包括有左一卡簧7;外球笼1上设有左一凹环,左防尘罩8的左端设有和左一凹环相应的左一凸环及与左一卡簧7相应的左一卡簧安装凹环,左防尘罩8的左端用左一卡簧7和外球笼1相连。本实施例,由于左防尘罩8为TPE材料制件,左一凸环、左一卡簧安装凹环可略而不制以降低加工制造的成本。相应的右防尘罩依样处理。
作为优选,还包括有左二卡簧10;中间轴9和左防尘罩8的右端的连接部位设有若干道定位凹环9.1,左防尘罩8的右端设有和定位凹环9.1相应的定位凸环及与左二卡簧10相应的左二卡簧安装凹环,左防尘罩8的右端用左二卡簧10和中间轴9相连。本实施例,由于左防尘罩8为TPE材料制件,定位凸环、左二卡簧安装凹环可略而不制以降低加工制造的成本。相应的右防尘罩依样处理。
作为优选,外球笼1的柄部装配有ABS环5,所述ABS环与ABS控制系统配合,用于防止车辆行驶过程中轮胎抱死的情况发生。具体结构细节在此不做赘述。另外,外球笼1的左端为花键轴结构,花键轴结构的左端设有螺纹,花键轴结构的左端和螺母6螺纹连接,用于锁定相应的结构件,具体结构细节在此不做赘述。所述花键轴结构用于外球笼和相应的外部构件连接。

1.一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,包括外球笼(1),中间轴(9),内球笼;左、右两端分别和外球笼(1)的右端、中间轴(9)的左端密封相连的左防尘罩(8);左、右两端分别和中间轴(9)的右端、内球笼的左端密封相连的右防尘罩;外球笼(1)和中间轴(9)的左端的相应表面之间设有内圈(2)、保持架(3)和若干钢球(4);保持架(3)设有和钢球(4)适配的圆孔,钢球(4)和内圈(2)与外球笼(1)内端的相应表面触连;内球笼和中间轴(9)的右端的相应表面之间设有右内圈、右保持架和若干右钢球;内圈(2)与右内圈和中间轴(9)的相应端部均花键连接并以卡簧固定;其特征是:外球笼(1)的内端设有和钢球(4)适配的轴向滑槽,钢球(4)与外球笼(1)内端的轴向滑槽的相应表面触连;左防尘罩(8)的最左端和外球笼(1)的右端密封固连,左防尘罩(8)的最左端的右侧和外球笼(1)的右端面触连且直径小于外球笼(1的相应直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,其特征是:还包括有左一卡簧(7);外球笼(1)上设有左一凹环,左防尘罩(8)的左端设有和左一凹环相应的左一凸环及与左一卡簧(7)相应的左一卡簧安装凹环,左防尘罩(8)的左端用左一卡簧(7)和外球笼(1)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,其特征是:还包括有左二卡簧(10);中间轴(9)和左防尘罩(8)的右端的连接部位设有若干道定位凹环(9.1),左防尘罩(8)的右端设有和定位凹环(9.1)相应的定位凸环及与左二卡簧(10)相应的左二卡簧安装凹环,左防尘罩(8)的右端用左二卡簧(10)和中间轴(9)相连。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,其特征是:外球笼的柄部装配有ABS环(5)。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,其特征是:外球笼(1)的左端为花键轴结构,花键轴结构的左端设有螺纹,花键轴结构的左端和螺母(6)螺纹连接。
