Abstract

本发明的独立驱动双轮电汽车的特征在于利用 对驱动后二轮的直流电动机的转数的差异来代替传 统汽车的转向系统;利用直流电动机的平滑调速性能 而省却传统汽车的离合器、变速箱、传动轴、差速器和 半轴等传动系统。利用直流电动机本身存在的制动 性省却传统汽车的制动系统。

Description

本发明属于汽车总体设计的技术领域。
一般的汽车总体设计,除车身外都按照“四轮二轴”来布局并由内燃机作动力源,经离合器、齿轮变速箱、传动轴、差速器和半轴集中地输入两个后轮,以使车辆前进或后退。另二轮必须承担车辆之转向任务,为此不得不配备包括方向盘在内的转向系统。自1887年达姆莱·本茨发明第一台四轮汽车至今百余年来,汽车的设计和制造虽已有飞跃的发展,可是对它的总体构思和全局安排仍未改变。
本发明之目的在于保持甚至超过现有汽车之运行性能的条件下,设计一种无转向系统、无传动系统及无制动系统的单独驱动双轮电汽车。
本发明的底盘由车后的左右驱动轮和车头的万向从动轮支撑,全车重心落在后驱动轮略靠前的位置。车辆行驶中自控器通过滚动丝杠调整蓄电池的前后位置而使车头的从动轮脱离地面。蓄电池的电能与左右轮上的直流电动机导通后,驱动轮随即旋转,使车辆前进或后退。只要人为地控制两直流电动机的转数使之略有差别,即可使车辆转向。如若某电机正转,另一电机反转,则就使车辆原地旋转,达到转向半径等于零的效果。直流电动机本身有制动性能,但是车辆停驶后车中仍备有手制动器,以防车辆自然滑动。为了延长车辆行驶的里程,车中的汽油机发电机组随时为蓄电池充电。
本发明有下列明显的优越性,与传统汽车总体设计相比,由于充分利用了直流电动机在车辆行驶中的优良适应性,因而方有可能省却转向系统、传动系统和制动系统。其结果在降低工本方面取得了经济效益。发电机组始终处于高速的经济转数的工况下,而且随时都在充电,不受临时停车的影响。因此它的热效率较高,污染少,功率较小即能胜任,换言之既轻便又省油。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种独立驱动的并列双轮电汽车的特征在于全车以左右两驱动轮及车头的万向从动轮作为支撑。而直流电动机经齿轮减速箱独立分别地驱动左右轮。电源由车中的蓄电池供应。另一内燃机发电机组随时为蓄电池充电。
