Description

本发明涉及一种通过装设线绳来固定电机的绕组端部的导线与线圈和填充绕组端部中的中间空隙的方法,这些线绳具有被弹性的、可容浸渍树脂透过的包皮所包覆的、由纤维构成的、可压缩的纤维条,把其厚度比须填充的间隔大的间隔装置置入绕组端部内并在线绳装设后对线绳进行浸渍。
本发明还涉及一种用于实施该方法的线绳。
在旋转电机中,尤其是在较大型的电动机和发电机中,外露的绕组部分的导线和线圈,在这里概括称为绕组端部,它们被隔开并相互支承着。在从德国专利1488429成为公知的用以固定电机的绕组端部的导线与线圈和填充绕组端部中的中间空隙的方法中采用可浸渍的线绳。这些线绳具有可压缩的纤维条的形式的、由纤维组成的线芯,该线芯被一弹性包皮所包覆。其厚度比待填充的间隔大的间隔装置被置入绕组端部中。在装设线绳后才对线绳进行浸渍。
此类电机的绕组端部内的导线和线圈一律设有防电晕屏蔽装置、即端部防电晕屏蔽装置。如果线绳在上述状态下装设,尽管线绳具备自身所有的弹性,但仍可能出现线绳不完全贴靠导线和线圈的区域。这虽不会首要地导至减弱绕组端部连接部的机械强度,但在这些区域可能形成局部放电,随着时间的推移,将会导致有机绝缘部件的局部破坏。
从现有技术出发,本发明的目的在于提供一种固定电机的绕组端部内的导线圈与线圈和填充绕组端部内的中间空隙的方法,该方法在必要的机械稳定性和防电晕屏蔽方面均可满足所有的运行要求并且易于运用。本发明的目的还在于提供一种实施上述方法的线绳。
按照本发明,实现第一个目的的技术方案在于,线绳在装设前用一种可容浸渍树脂透过的、导电的浸渍剂进行处理。
特别适于实施这种方法的线绳的特征在于具有一个由为数众多的沿线绳的纵向伸展的纤维构成的线芯,这些纤维合成一条在横向于纵向的方向上具有弹性的纤维条,这纤维条被一层弹性的、可容浸渍树脂透过的包皮所包覆,并且该包皮至少在其靠近表面的区域用一种导电的、可容浸渍树脂透过的浸渍剂进行浸渍,这种浸渍剂对浸渍树脂呈惰性。
按本发明的方法制造的绕组端部支承的优点在于具有卓越的机械强度。此外,由于线绳在浸渍和浸渍树脂固化之后其表面或表层仍然是导电的,线绳完全结合在端部防电晕屏蔽装置内。尽管线绳不是处处贴靠着绕组,但在中间的气隙中不可能出现电晕放电。
下面借助其上示意地示出本发明的线绳的实施例的附图进一步阐明本发明。
在唯一的断面图中示出的线绳具有一个线芯1,该线芯1由多条沿线绳的纵向伸展的纤维、最好是玻璃纤维、所构成。这些纤维汇总成一种弹性的纤维条并且由一种也具有弹性的、由绝缘材料、最好是玻璃纤维构成的包皮2所包覆。这种包皮容许浸渍树脂透过。纤维条也容许浸渍树脂通过,多条沿线绳的纵向伸展的纤维借助毛细作用使浸渍树脂能沿线绳的纵向良好地散布并因而也能达到纤维条的不能直接够得着的部位。
上述类型的线绳是现有技术。其具体构造和在电机制造中的应用在有关的文献中、例如在本文开头提到的泽昆茨的著作中有所描述。
那么,为了也在防电晕屏蔽技术方面改进含有这样的经浸渍的线绳的绕组端部的支承,在线绳被装入之前用一种导电浸渍剂对线绳的表面进行处理。为此,让线绳通过一个装有浸渍剂的浸渍槽。这种浸渍剂最好由一种水溶性粘结剂构成,在该粘结剂中加入导电填充料、例如碳化硅粉末。在浸渍槽中停留的时间要选择成使线绳基本上仅在包皮2的表面区域浸透,至多浸透到纤维条1的通过图中的虚线圆3示出的与包皮2邻接的区域。
粘结剂选择成使其在固化后对浸渍树脂呈隋性,即,不会被浸渍树脂腐蚀,也不会被其溶解。
在离开浸渍槽之后,多余的浸渍剂被刮去,例如通过让线绳通过一个其内径小于线绳外径的孔型刮去线绳上的多余浸渍剂。由于具有弹性,线绳在通过孔型后重新回复其原始直径,所以实际上在包皮内不会出现以后阻碍浸渍树脂浸入或使其难以浸入的粘连在一起的问题:因此,线绳总是保持着可浸渍树脂透过。
在粘结剂固化后,线绳即准备好用于装入机器内并可按已知方式对其进行下一步加工。

Claims (4)

1、一种通过装设线绳来固定电机的绕组端部的导线与线圈和填充绕组端部中的中间空隙的方法,这些线绳具有被弹性的、可容浸渍树脂透过的包皮(2)所包覆的、由纤维构成的、可压缩的纤维条(1),把其厚度比须填充的间隔大的间隔装置置入绕组端部内并在线绳装设后对线绳进行浸渍,其特征在于,线绳在装设前用一种可容浸渍树脂透过的、导电的浸渍剂进行表面处理。
2、一种实施权利要求1所述方法的线绳,其特征在于,这种线绳具有一个由为数众多的沿线绳的纵向伸展的纤维构成的线芯,所述纤维合成为一条在横向于纵向的方向上具有弹性的纤维条(1),该纤维条(1)被一层弹性的、可容浸渍树脂透过的包皮(2)所包覆,并且该包皮(2)至少在其靠近表面的区域用一种导电的、可容浸渍树脂透过的浸渍剂进行浸渍,这种浸渍剂对浸渍树脂呈隋性。
3、按照权利要求2所述的线绳,其特征在于,所述浸渍剂是一种加有填料、最好是导电填充料的粘结剂。
4、按照权利要求3所述的线绳,其特征在于,该粘结剂是水溶性的。
