端盖在型材制的外壳上的固定组件
本发明涉及一种端盖在外壳上的固定组件,外壳由型材制成并用于自动工作门的门专用设备。尤其是旋转门、传感器导线板、组合有滑轨的传感器导线板、推拉门驱动装置等。
在EP 0544134A1中介绍了一种盖板,它不明显地装在外壳的端面。在这里通过设计为冲压件的卡锁实现,与此同时端盖有反向的卡锁槽,因此无需工具便可与外壳固定连接。其中,端盖从上面提升并与外壳锁定。
用挤压材料制造并尽可能制成一体以及其外观惹人喜欢的外壳中恰恰是传统方式的固定,也就是说由于螺钉在型材内部没有提供必要的空腔。此外,此类型材往往存在的困难是,由于它们的使用长度完全不同但仍要按令人满意的方式固定。与此同时,如此难以接近的固定方式在装配时很费时间,所以伴随着高的装配成本,因为例如型材不允许穿孔。
本发明的目的是克服先有技术的缺点,并发明一种固定组件,它可与型材长度无关地使用,并与此同时提供一种端盖与外壳不明显的固定。
为实现上述目的,按本发明提供了这样一种端盖在外壳上的固定组件,外壳由型材构成并用于在自动工作门上的门专用设备,端盖通过卡锁连接不明显地与外壳连接,其特征为:端盖夹紧在与外壳连接的装配件上,其中至少一个装配件同时用作外壳的固定装置。
采用按本发明的对象保证简便、经济和可靠地固定例如型材,并除此以外保证不用工具实现端盖的装配。
端盖通过作为中间连接的装配件不明显地固定,装配件卡紧在型材(外壳)内部,型材与装配件同时固定在安装地点。装配件设计为它被卡紧在存在于型材上或型材内的腔内或腹板之间。这种卡紧例如这样达到,即,装配件的部分横截面设计为弹性的,以保证插入型材端区内。此外在至少一个装配件上有固定边,它允许将整个型材装配并因而同时固定在安装地点。这通过一个孔来实现,孔制在固定边内。
另一个装配件可例如按另一种方式与型材在端面连接,为此利用在型材内部的螺钉槽。与此同时,装配件也可以成形为它也起减小电缆张力装置的作用。这例如可以设计为使装配件有一条缝,它终止在一个孔中。在这种情况下缝必须处于用来固定在螺钉槽内的装配孔所在的区域内。在此装配件上同时成形有卡锁装置,它与在端盖内的卡锁装置或隆凸按这样的方式配合作用,即,只须套上端盖。为保证更可靠地配合,端盖上也可以成形有形状这样设计的隆凸,即,它们与型材内部壁的曲线形状相匹配,因此在端盖卡紧后不再可能晃动。若应重新拆下端盖,就象装上时一样可以不用工具来实现,因为只须拔出端盖。
下面借助于附图结合一种可能的实施例更详细地说明本发明。附图中:
图1为本发明的端盖在外壳上的固定组件的分解透视图。
图1的实施例表示了一种外壳5,它设计为组合有形式上为腔6的滑轨的传感器导线板型板。在这种情况下,外壳5内部可以安装印刷电路板8,所以这种传感器的辐射线例如红外线可通过一个在内部与轮廓形状一致的口7射出。此外,外壳5内有沿纵向延伸的螺钉槽9、10。
在此实施例中表示了两种不同的装配件3、4,以便说明端盖2万能的固定可能性。
装配件3包括一个固定边17,它被固定孔18穿过。装配件3连同固定在它上面的传感器导线板,亦即外壳5,在每一端通过固定孔18例如固定在门上或门的上面。支架21大体与固定边17成90°角。在支架21上成形有弹性边19,其尺寸使之能插入外壳5的腔6内。但与此同时还沿与弹性边19相同的方向有横挡12,它通过切口29与弹性边19分开。切口29有近似于腹板26的宽度,腹板26在外壳5内部。因此横挡12可插入外壳5的另一个腔30内。为了使两个片亦即弹性边19和横挡12能相当好地装入外壳5内,例如在端部区亦即在支架21附近有一个横截面收缩20,由此可使弹性边19具有一定的预紧力。为了在插入时在型材30位于装配侧的边27处通过,在装配件3上制有回缩28,所以固定边17的后侧在安装地点仍可平面地贴靠。
第二个装配件4设计不同,除了与端盖2卡锁外它还承担有另一个功能。此装配件4在螺钉槽9内借助于螺钉通过固定孔23固定在外壳5上。但与此同时装配件4的形状设计为大体在中央有一条缝25,它终止在形式上为孔的电缆引入套管24内。当螺钉在螺钉槽9内拧紧时,在装配件4上通过缝25形成的两个边压合,因此同时保证穿过电缆引入套管24的电缆的张力得到舒缓。在装配件4的侧面有突起的卡锁装置22,它们仍与在此实施例中没有表示的在端盖2内部的具有相应的相配形状的腹板或卡锁装置配合作用。
若现在端盖2在传感器导线板装配后应通过装配件3并通过装配件4的固定被夹上,则无需工具的帮助便可以完成。端盖2一方面卡锁在横截面收缩20内,另一方面卡锁在卡锁装置22上。端盖2外轮廓与外壳5的形状相配并用塑料制造。为保证进一步防止晃动地固定,在端盖2上还设有隆凸13、14,它们通过回缩15断开。隆凸13、14的形状设计为能与外壳5的轮廓形状准确相配。为了使端盖2也能适应如实施例中所表示的外观造型,侧壁11设计为略呈球形,其中侧壁通过暗缝16断开。此外,侧面的壁1按型材5相同的外形延伸。
装配件3、4用塑料或轻金属制造。
外壳5用塑料或用铝或两种材料的组合制成。

Claims (13)

1.端盖在外壳上的固定组件,外壳由型材构成并用于在自动工作门上的门专用设备,端盖通过卡锁连接不明显地与外壳连接,其特征为:端盖(2)夹紧在与外壳(5)连接的装配件(3、4)上,其中至少一个装配件(3、4)同时用作外壳(5)的固定装置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:装配件(3)设计为它能插入外壳(5)腹板之间的腔内并同时存在一个固定边(17),固定边有至少一个孔(18),通过此孔实现外壳(5)借助装配件(3)的装配。
3.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:装配件(4)通过固定孔(23)借助于螺钉槽(9)连接在外壳(5)上。
4.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:装配件(3、4)上有隆凸和/或槽,它们与同样在端盖(2)内部存在的隆凸和/或槽共同实现端盖与外壳(5)的卡锁连接。
5.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:端盖(2)有隆凸(13、14),它们插入位于外壳(5)内部的腹板等的内部。
6.按照权利要求1至5中的任意一项所述的固定组件,其特征为:装配件(4)有一个减小电缆张力的装置。
7.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:端盖(2)外轮廓与外壳(5)的形状相配并用塑料制造。
8.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:装配件(3、4)用塑料或轻金属制造。
9.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:外壳(5)用塑料或用铝或两种材料的组合制成。
10.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:外壳(5)是转门驱动装置的外壳。
11.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:外壳(5)是传感器导线板的外壳。
12.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:外壳(5)是带组合在一起的滑轨的传感器导线板的外壳。
13.按照权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征为:外壳(5)是推拉门驱动装置的外壳。
