本发明涉及农药制剂领域,重点涉及一种含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油。
背景技术
毒莠定,化学名称为4-氨基-3,5,6-三氯吡啶甲酸,是一种内吸性吡啶类除草剂,因其有应用范围广、毒性低、选择性高、用量少,在植物体和土壤中的残留量小、残留周期短等特点,具有非常广阔的市场前景。
绿草定酯,又名:三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯,是由美国陶氏益农公司在三氯吡氧乙酸结构的基础上开发出来的一种新型除草剂,在林业领域可用于毛竹、核桃、板栗等经济林或果园杂草和灌木防治有显著效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油。该混合乳油是透明均相稳定的乳油产品,且组成混合乳油产品后,成分之间具有协同增效作用。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油,成分及其质量百分含量为:
绿草定酯 30~50%,质量浓度不低于425g/L;
毒莠定 5~25%,质量浓度不低于100g/L;
胺类助溶剂 5~20%
溶剂 5~50%
十二烷基苯磺酸胺 5~15%
苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚 5~15%
含有酯基基团的抑制剂 5~50%;
且1L所述混合乳油中毒莠定含量不低于100g/L,绿草定酯含量不低于425g/L。
优选方案,所述胺类助溶剂选自三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、3-甲氧基丙胺、3-乙氧基丙胺中的一种或几种。
优选方案,所述溶剂选自N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜、甲苯、二甲苯、乙腈的一种或几种。
优选方案,所述含有酯基基团的抑制剂选自乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、三乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种。
优选方案,所述混合乳油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)控制在25~65℃的温度范围内,将毒莠定与胺类助溶剂以1:(1.05~1.55)的摩尔比,辅助以质量分数为5~25%的溶剂充分搅拌得到均相混合物;
b)控制在室温条件下,再在所述均相混合物中按比例依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸胺、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、抑制剂、绿草定酯混合搅拌得到混合乳油。
本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明的混合乳油以绿草定酯和毒莠定为主要有效成分,辅助以阴非离子混合乳化剂、胺类助溶剂及相关溶剂等混合搅拌而成。初始乳化性、乳化稳定性及储存稳定性符合国际标准,是一种新型增效除草组合物,可用于防除林地或非耕地中小灌木和阔叶杂草具有显著效果。
2、本发明的混合乳油选用与绿草定酯相似的酯基基团,可抑制绿草定酯的水解,增强绿草定酯乳油性的稳定性。
3、本发明的混合乳油选用胺类助溶剂在于毒莠定分子结构中存在羧酸基团,在无水条件下易与胺类化合物产生反应,形成低熔点、溶解性、易水解的羧酸胺盐,进一步增强毒莠定乳油的稳定性。
4、本发明的混合乳油是透明均相稳定的乳油产品,且组成混合乳油产品后,成分之间具有协同增效作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:配方实施例总体积量为100ml(密度1.14g/ml),毒莠定含量不低于100g/L,绿草定酯含量不低于425g/L。
实施例1
在搅拌条件和40±5℃条件下,将毒莠定11.0g,95%缓慢加入到三异丙醇胺9.6g和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺20.0g组成的混合体中,持续搅拌获得至透明体为止;
在搅拌下,向上述混合体依次加入绿草定酯45.5g(质量含量95%)、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺11.0g、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚8.5g、乙二醇单丁醚7.0g,直至获得均相的混合乳油。
实施例2
在搅拌条件和40±5℃条件下,将毒莠定11.0g(质量含量95%)缓慢加入到3-甲氧基丙胺4.5g和二甲苯25.0g组成的混合体中,持续搅拌获得至透明体为止;
在搅拌下,向上述混合体依次加入绿草定酯45.5g(质量含量95%)、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺11.0g、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚8.5g、二乙二醇单丁醚6.8g,直至获得均相的混合乳油。
实施例3
在搅拌条件和40±5℃条件下,将毒莠定11.0g(质量含量95%)缓慢加入到3-甲氧基丙胺4.5g和N-甲基吡咯烷酮25.0g组成的混合体中,持续搅拌获得至透明体为止;
在搅拌下,向上述混合体依次加入绿草定酯45.5g(质量含量95%)、烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐11.0g、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚8.5g、二乙二醇单丁醚6.8g,直至获得均相的混合乳油。
实施例4
在搅拌条件和40±5℃条件下,将毒莠定11.0g(质量含量95%)缓慢加入到三乙醇胺7.0g和二甲基亚砜22.0g组成的混合体中,持续搅拌获得至透明体为止;
在搅拌下,向上述混合体依次加入绿草定酯45.5g(质量含量95%)、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺11.0g、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚8.5g、二乙二醇单丁醚6.5g,直至获得均相的混合乳油。
实施例5
在搅拌条件和40±5℃条件下,将毒莠定11.0g(质量含量95%)缓慢加入到三异丙醇胺9.6g和溶剂油20.0g组成的混合体中,持续搅拌获得至透明体为止;

1.一种含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油,其特征在于,成分及其质量百分含量为:
绿草定酯 30~50%
毒莠定 5~25%
胺类助溶剂 5~20%
溶剂 5~50%
十二烷基苯磺酸胺 5~15%
苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚 5~15%
含有酯基基团的抑制剂 5~50%;
且1L所述混合乳油中毒莠定含量不低于100g/L,绿草定酯含量不低于425g/L。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油,其特征在于,所述胺类助溶剂选自三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、3-甲氧基丙胺、3-乙氧基丙胺中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜、甲苯、二甲苯、乙腈的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油,其特征在于,所述含有酯基基团的抑制剂选自乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、三乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述含绿草定酯与毒莠定的混合乳油,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
