Abstract

Description
本发明涉及清洁剂组合物,特别涉及适合能同时清洁和调节皮肤和/或头发的可产生泡沫的人体清洁剂组合物,它们可用于例如:制备发泡的洗浴制剂,淋浴制品,皮肤清洁剂,手、脸和身体的清洁剂,香波等等。
发泡化妆品组合物必须满足许多标准,包括清洁能力、起泡性以及对皮肤、头发和眼睛粘膜的温和/低的刺激性。皮肤由几层细胞组成,它包裹并保护角质素以及形成脉络筋结构的骨胶原纤维蛋白。已知这些细胞层的最外层,即角质层,是由80
厚细胞层包裹的250
蛋白质纤维束组成的。同样,头发也有称作外皮的外保护层包着头发纤维。由于去油脂破坏了膜的完整性,阴离子表面活性剂可以透过角质层膜和外皮。这种对皮肤和头发保护膜的干扰可以引起皮肤粗糙和对眼睛的刺激,最后表面活性剂对角质素和头发蛋白产生刺激作用并且丧失保护和水保持功能。
理想的化妆品清洁剂应当温和地清洁皮肤或头发,在经常使用的情况下,不存在去脂和/或干燥头发和皮肤以及对眼睛粘膜产生刺激或者对皮肤产生绷紧的感觉。大多数起泡肥皂、淋浴和盆浴制品、香波和皂条都没有这样的特点。
已知一些合成表面活性剂是温和的,然而,与最高级的香波和皂条相比,多数温和的合成表面活性剂系列在用来制成的香波或人体清洁剂时,其主要缺点是发泡性能差。因此,表面活性剂中,最温和的如十二烷基甘油醚磺酸钠,(AGS),具有最高的发泡性。换句话说,使用已知具有泡沫增强剂的高发泡阴离子表面活性剂,可以产生能够接受的泡沫体积和质量,但是这使临床的柔和皮肤性能受到损害。从上述两个方面选择表面活性剂,使发泡性和柔和性搭配产生一种微妙的平衡作用。
尽管盥洗用品工业在人体清洁剂方面花费了多年的研究,但是现在的清洁剂组合物的柔和性仍有许多令人不满意的地方,例如,发现人们还必须在使用淋浴或盆浴制品后,在皮肤上另外用化妆品乳剂或保湿膏,以便保持皮肤的柔软性和水份,以抵销清洁剂的去油脂作用。
因此,人体清洁剂产品存在以下要求:它应产生丰富、稳定和高质量的泡沫,它应是有效的头发和皮肤清洁剂,它不使皮肤失水或使皮肤失去柔和性,它应在清洗和漂洗中对皮肤有一定水平的调节作用而这些以前只能由分别再次清洁的化妆品增水剂提供,同时该清洁剂产品还应有好的清洗特性,产品稳定、粘度特性好,并且在长期和应力温度贮藏条件下保持充分稳定。
本发明的主题是产生泡沫的清洁剂产品,它适合于人体皮肤或头发的清洁,并可用作发泡的盆浴和淋浴产品、皮肤清洁剂和香波等。本发明一方面是提供了一种人体清洁剂组合物,其包括:
(a)约5%~约50%(重量)的混合表面活性剂体系,它包括:
(ⅰ)约1%~约20%(以组合物重量计)的阴离子表面活性剂;
(ⅱ)约1%~20%(组合物重量)的两性表面活性剂;
(b)约3%~约40%(重量)的一种不溶解的非离子油或蜡或不溶解的非离子油或蜡的混合物,和
(c)水,
其中阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的总和为组合物重量的约5%~约30%,阴离子表面活性剂∶两性表面活性剂(重量)的范围为约1∶5~约20∶1,总的表面活性剂∶非离子油或蜡(重量)的范围为约10∶1~约1∶3,并且其中组合物是水包油乳液状态,粘度(Brookfield RVT,Helipath,Spindle TB,5rmp,25℃,1分钟)范围为10,000~40,000厘泊并且屈服点至少为50达因/cm2(Brookfield RVT,Spindle CP52,Plate Code A,25℃)。
除非特别指出,这里所有浓度和比值以清洁剂组合物重量计。表面活性剂链长也以平均重量链长(weight average chain length)为基础,除非特别指出。
本发明涉及具有超级发泡特点(乳油化、丰富、稳定)的并且对皮肤和头发有良好柔软作用以及有好的稳定性、清洁能力和调节作用的发泡清洁组合物。本发明还涉及有以上发泡、柔化、清洁、稳定和调节优点的清洗和漂洗的人体清洁剂产品。
这里的清洁剂组合物的基本组成为一般所说的柔和表面活性剂,其选自阴离子、两性、非离子和甜菜碱表面活性剂以及它们的混合物。该组合物优选含阴离子和两性表面活性剂混合物,最优选的体系含非离子或甜菜碱表面活性剂。本发明范围内的其它合适组合物包括阴离子和一种或几种非离子的或甜菜碱表面活性剂或它们混合组成的混合物;以及由两性和一种或几种非离子或甜菜碱表面活性剂或其混合组成的混合物。每种阴离子和两性表面活性剂的含量一般为组合物重量的约1%~约20%,优选约为2%~约15%,特别是约3%~约12%。另外,阴离子表面活性剂∶两性表面活性剂(重量)为约1∶5~约20∶1,优选约1∶2~5∶1,特别是约1∶1~约2∶1。阴离子和两性表面活性剂总量一般为清洁剂组合物重量的约5%~约30%,优选约8%~约25%并且特别优选约10%~约20%。非离子或甜菜碱表面活性剂优选量为组合物重量的约0.1%~约20%,更优选约0.1%~约10%,特别优选约1%~约8%。表面活性剂总量,包括阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、甜菜碱表面活性剂和其它表面活性剂组份,它们优选为组合物重量约5%~约50%,更优选约10%~约30%。
适合构成本发明组合物的阴离子表面活性剂一般可以描述成柔和的合成洗涤剂表面活性剂,包括乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、甲基酰基氨基乙磺酸盐、脂肪酰基甘氨酸盐、N-酰基谷氨酸盐、酰基羟乙磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、α-磺化脂肪酸、其盐和/或酯,烷基磷酸酯、乙氧化烷基磷酸酯、酰基肌氨酸盐和脂肪酸/蛋白缩合物以及它们的混合物。这些表面活性剂的烷基和/或酰基链长为C8-C22,优选C10-C18。
着眼于最佳柔化和发泡特征,这里优选使用的是1摩尔高级脂肪醇和约1~约12摩尔环氧乙烷与硫酸酯反应生成的盐,钠和镁是优选配对离子。特别优选的是烷基硫酸盐,其含环氧乙烷约2~6摩尔,优选2~4摩尔,例如laureth-2硫酸钠,laureth-3硫酸钠和laureth-3.6硫酸镁钠。在优选方案中,阴离子表面活性剂含量至少约50%(乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐重量),特别优选至少约75%。另外,在优选方案中,阴离子表面活性剂配对离子选自镁以及镁与一种或多种选自碱金属、铵和链烷醇铵配对离子的混合物,这种优选着眼于提供最佳的发泡作用、柔和作用、软化作用、粘度和稳定性。因此,本发明的另一方面是提供一种人体清洁剂组合物,其包括:

其中阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂共含组合物重量约5%~约30%,阴离子表面活性剂∶两性表面活性剂(重量)在约1∶5~约20∶1范围内,总表面活性剂∶非离子油或蜡的重量比在约10∶1~约1∶3范围内,并且其中阴离子表面活性剂配对离子选自镁和镁与一种或多种选自碱金属、铵和链烷醇铵的配对离子混合物。优选方案中,优选镁至少为阴离子表面活性剂量的10摩尔%,更优选至少20摩尔%。可以理解镁可以以先生成阴离子表面活性剂镁盐或部分阴离子表面活性剂镁盐引入本发明组合物,或以可溶于水的没有表面活性的镁盐如氯化镁、硫酸镁或氢氧化镁的形式引入。
用于本发明优选的组合物还含两性表面活性剂。适于用在本发明组合物中的两性表面活性剂包括:
(a)如结构式(Ⅱ)的咪唑啉鎓表面活性剂:

类型(a)的合适的两性表面活性剂的商业名称是Miranol和Empigen,并且可被理解含这些类型的复合混合物。习惯上,Miranols被描述为通式为Ⅱ,尽管CTFA化妆品成份词典(第4版)指出是无环结构Ⅲ。实际中,可能存在环和无环类型的复合混合物,在这里给出这两个定义是为了完整的缘故。但这里优选使用是无环类型。
类型(a)的合适的两性表面活性剂的例子包括结构式Ⅱ和/或Ⅲ的化合物,其中R1是C8H17(特别是异辛基),C9H19和C11H23烷基。特别优选的R1是C9H19、Z是CO2M、R2是H的化合物;R1是C12H23、Z是CO2M和R2是CH2CO2M的化合物;和R1是C11H23、Z是CO2M和R2是H的化合物。

可以理解该类型的很多商业许可的两性表面活性剂以电中性化合物形式制造和销售,例如与氢氧基配对或与阴离子硫酸或磺酸表面活性剂配对,特别是那些硫酸化的C8-C18醇,C8-C18乙氧化醇或C8-C18酰基甘油酯类。着眼于柔和性和产品稳定性,优选的组合物基本上没有(非乙氧化的)硫酸化醇表面活性剂。同时注意这里两性表面活性剂的浓度和重量比是基于表面活性剂非化合的形式,任何阴离子表面活性剂配对离子被考虑成是整个阴离子表面活性剂组份含量的一部分。
类型(b)的合适的两性表面活性剂的例子包括盐,特别是三乙醇铵盐和N-十二烷基-β-氨基丙酸盐和N-十二烷基-亚氨-二丙酸盐。这些物质被销售的商品名为Deriphat(Henkel)和Mirataine(Rhone-Poulenc)。本发明使用的两性表面活性剂优选为结构式Ⅱ和/或Ⅲ的那些物质。
本发明组合物还含有约3%~约40%,优选约5%~约20%,更优选约8%~约15%(重量)的不溶的非离子油或蜡或它们的混合物,这些油或蜡不溶的意思是在25℃时不溶于清洁剂组合物液体基质。另外,这些油或蜡在组合物中,总表面活性剂∶油或蜡(重量)在约10∶1~约1∶3范围内,优选从约5∶1~约1∶2,特别优选约2∶1~约1∶1,这种优选着眼于使人体清洁剂组合物具有最佳发泡作用、柔化性、软化性、漂洗性和稳定性。
这里所用的合适的油和蜡,可以选自不溶于水的聚硅氧烷,包括不挥发的聚烷基和聚芳基硅氧烷胶体和流体,挥发的环状和直链聚烷基硅氧烷,聚烷氧基化的聚硅氧烷,氨基和季铵类聚硅氧烷,刚性交连和加强的聚硅氧烷和它们的混合物;C8-C30脂肪酸的C1-C24酯,例如异丙基肉豆蔻酸酯和鲸蜡基蓖麻醇酸酯,蜂蜡,饱和及不饱和的脂肪醇如山萮醇,烃如矿物油、矿脂和角鲨烯,脂肪脱水山梨醇酯(见US-A-3988255,Seiden,公开日1976年,10月,26日)羊毛脂和类似羊毛脂衍生物油,动物和植物三甘油酯如杏仁油、花生油、麦胚油、亚麻子油、西蒙得木油、杏仁油(oil ofapricot Pits)、核桃油、棕榈坚果油、乳香黄连木油、芝麻油、菜子油、杜松子油、玉米油、桃子油、罂粟子油、松油、蓖麻油、豆油、鳄梨油、红花油、椰子油、榛子油、橄榄油、葡萄子油、和向日葵籽油;以及二聚酸或三聚酸的C1-C24酯,如二异丙基二聚酸酯(diisopropyl dimerate),二异硬脂酰苹果酸酯,二异硬脂酰二聚酸酯和三异硬脂酰三聚酸酯。着眼于最佳发泡作用和柔和性,以上最优选的是植物三甘油酯油(vegetable triglyceride oils)。
着眼于漂洗作用中的有效调节剂,优选的组合物形式是水包油乳化液,其中乳化液滴的平均大小为约1微米到约150微米范围,优选约2微米到约50微米,更优选约3微米到约10微米(乳滴大小的测量是通过,例如,激光衍射法,如a Malvern Series 2600)。
用于此处的油和蜡优选与一种柔和的表面活性剂联合使用。合适的柔和表面活性剂包括那些相关皮肤阻碍渗透值(Relative Skin Barrier Penetration Value)小于约75的表面活性剂,优选小于约50,更优选小于约40;相关皮肤阻碍渗透值用EP-A-0203750(这是作参考文献)公开的方法测定。在本发明的组合物中,表面活性剂当其相关阻碍渗透值大于75时,可以与低水平值的柔和表面活性剂一起使用,只要它们的使用使总的清洁剂组合物对临床皮肤柔和性没有明显变化即可。
本发明的另一方面,是提供了一种人体清洁剂组合物,其包括:
(a)含约5%~约50%(重量)的混合表面活性剂,其相关皮肤阻碍渗透值小于约75。
(b)含约3%~约40%(重量)的不溶的非离子油或蜡或者是不溶的非离子油或蜡的混合物,和
(c)水,
其中总的表面活性剂∶非离子油或蜡的重量比为约10∶1~约1∶3范围,并且其中组合物是水包油状态的乳化液;其粘度(Brookfield RVT,Helipath,Spindle TB,5rmp,25℃,1min)范围从10,000到40,000Cps,屈服点至少为50达因/cm2(Brookfield RVT,Spindle CP52,Plate Code A,25℃)。
这里组合物还优选含约0.1%~约20%非离子或甜菜碱表面活性剂,更优选约0.1%~约10%,特别优选约1%~约8%。这里着眼于最佳发泡作用和柔和性,优选的非离子表面活性剂选自C12-C14脂肪酸单和双乙醇酰胺;烷基多糖化物,其通式(Ⅵ)为:

其中R9是H、C1-C4烃基、2-羟基乙基、2-羟基丙基或其混合物,R8是C5-C31烃基,Z2是直链多羟基烃基,其至少有3个羟基直接连在所述链上,或它们的烷氧化衍生物;以及通式(Ⅸ)的聚乙二醇甘油脂肪酸(polyethylene glycol glycerylfatty ester)表面活性剂:
其中n从约5~约200,优选从约20~约100,更优选从约30~约85,并且其中R是由含约5~19个碳原子组成的脂肪根,优选约为9~17个碳原子,更优选约11~17个碳原子,最优选约11~14个碳原子;以及所说的烷基多糖化物、酰胺或甘油脂肪酯表面活性剂的混合物。
这里优选的烷基多糖化物是烷基聚葡糖苷,其结构式为Ⅵ,其中Z是葡萄糖残基,R是C8-C18烷基或链烯基,t从0~10,优选0,n是2或3,优选2,X是从约1.5~4。以上X和t理解为重量平均值并且糖化取代优选在糖化物的1位上。一般来说,C12-C14烷基多糖化物是优选的,这着眼于发泡作用;着眼于皮肤调节作用,优选C8-C10烷基多糖化物。
制备这些化合物,在酸催化下,长链醇(ROH)与葡萄糖反应,生成希望的糖苷。另一种方法,烷基聚葡糖苷可以通过二步完成,即一个短链醇(C1-6)与葡萄糖或聚葡糖苷(X=2~4)反应,生成一个短链烷基葡糖苷(X=1~4),接着它可以与一个更长链醇(ROH)反应置换掉短链醇得到希望的烷基聚葡糖苷。如果使用这两个步骤制备,最终烷基聚葡糖苷的短链烷基聚葡糖苷含量应小于50%,优选小于10%,更优选小于5%,最优选为0%的烷基聚葡糖苷。
在所得的烷基多糖化物表面活性剂中未反应醇(处于游离状态的脂肪醇含量)量优选低于总的烷基多糖化物加未反应醇重量的2%,更优选低于约0.5%。烷基单糖化物的量相对于总的烷基多糖化物重量约为20%~约70%,优选30%~60%,更优选30%~50%。
优选的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂是那些其中R9是C1-C4烷基,优选甲基,R8是C7-C19烷基或链烯基,更优选直链C9-C17烷基或链烯基,或它们的混合物;以及Z2是多羟基烃基,它有一个直的烃链并且至少有3个羟基直接连在链上,或一个它们的烷氧化衍生物(优选乙氧化或丙氧化)。Z2优选衍生自还原胺化反应中的还原糖;更优选的Z2是缩水甘油基(glycityl)。合适的还原糖包括葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和木糖。作为原料,高右旋糖玉米糖浆、高果糖玉米糖浆和高麦芽糖玉米糖浆可以产成作为以上所列单独糖使用。这些玉米糖浆可以产成作为Z2的一个混合糖成份。这应理解为没有排除其它合适原料的意图。Z2优选自-CH2(CHOH)n-CH2OH、-CH(CH2OH)-(CHOH)n-1-CH2OH、-CH2-(CHOH)2(CHOR)1(CHOH)-CH2OH,其中n是3~5的一个整数,R1是H或环状或脂肪族单糖化物,以及它们的烷氧化衍生物。最优选是缩水甘油基(glycityl),其中n是4,特别是-CH2-(CHOH)4-CH2OH。
最优选的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的式子为R8(CO)N(CH3)CH2(CHOH)4CH2OH,其中R8是C11-C17直链烷基或链烯基。
合适的甘油脂肪酯表面活性剂包括下列物质的聚乙二醇衍生物,椰子酸甘油酯(glycityl cocoate)、己酸甘油酯、辛酸甘油酯、牛油酸甘油酯(glycityl tallowate)、棕榈酸甘油酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、月桂酸甘油酯、油酸甘油酯、蓖麻醇酸甘油酯,以及衍生自甘油三酯的甘油脂肪酯,如棕榈油、杏仁油和玉米油,优选牛油酸甘油酯和椰子酸甘油酯。
这些合适的表面活性剂是商业认可的来自Sherex Chemical Co.(Dublin,Ohio,USA)的Varonic LI系列表面活性剂。它们包括,例如Varonic LI 48[聚乙二醇(n=80)牛油酸甘油酯,另一个是PEG 80牛油酸甘油酯],Varonic LI 2(PEG 28牛油酸甘油酯),VaronicLI 420(PEG 200牛油酸甘油酯),以及Varonic LI 63和67(PEG 30和PEG80椰子酸甘油酯),来自Croda Znc.(New York,USA)的Crovol系列产品,例如Crovol A-40(PEG 20杏仁葡糖苷),Crovol A-70(PEG 60杏仁葡糖苷),Crovol M-40(PEG 20玉米葡糖苷),Crovol M-70(PEG 60玉米葡糖苷),Crovol PK-40(PEG 12棕榈核葡糖苷),以及Crovol PK-70(PEG 45棕榈核葡糖苷)。特别优选的是聚乙二醇的单牛油酯和椰子酸脂肪酯衍生物,或它们的混合物,特别是PEG 82单牛油酸甘油酯和PEG 30椰子酸甘油酯以及它们的混合物。这里还特别优选的是PEG(6)癸酸/辛酸甘油酯(Softiden 767)。
包括在本发明组合物中合适的甜菜碱表面活性剂包括式子为R5R6R7N+(CH2)nM(Ⅶ)的烷基甜菜碱和下面式子(Ⅷ)的酰胺甜菜碱:
其中R5是C12-C22烷基或链烯基,R6和R7分别是C1-C3烷基,M是H、碱金属、碱土金属、铵或烷醇铵,n和m分别为1~4。优选的甜菜碱包括椰子酰胺丙基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱和月桂酰胺丙基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱。
以上的非离子和甜菜碱表面活性剂中,本发明最优选使用通式Ⅵ的烷基多糖化物,这种优选着眼于提供最佳发泡作用、柔和性、软化性、易冲洗性和稳定性。因此,本发明另一方面提供了人体清洁剂组合物,其包括:
(a)从约5%~约50%(重量)的混合表面活性剂体系,它们包括:
(ⅰ)约1%~约20%(重量)的阴离子表面活性剂,
(ⅱ)约1%~约20%(重量)的两性表面活性剂,和
(ⅲ)约0.1%~约20%(重量)如下通式(Ⅵ)的烷基多糖化物:

这里阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的总含量为组合物重量的约5%-约30%,阴离子表面活性剂:两性表面活性剂的重量比为约1∶5-20∶1范围内,总的表面活性剂∶非离子的油或蜡的重量比范围为约10∶1-约1∶3,并且其中组合物的状态是水包油乳液,其粘度(Brookfield RVT,Helipath,Spindle TB,5rmp,25℃,1min)范围从10,000-40,000CPS,屈服点至少为50达因/cm2(Brookfield RVT,Spindle CP 52,Plate Code,25℃)。
本发明组合物还优选含约0.5%-约6%,优选从约1.5%-约5%(重量)的饱和或不饱和酰基脂肪酸,其含平均重量链长从10到18个碳原子,优选12~16个碳原子。更优选的是肉豆蔻饱和脂肪酸和棕榈核不饱和脂肪酸。这些脂肪酸对着眼于提供软化效果和控制最终组合物的粘度与稳定性是有价值的。着眼于提供最佳粘度和低温稳定特性,更优选的是含不饱和脂肪酸的组合物。
因此本发明的另一方面是提供了人体清洁剂组合物,其包括:
(a)从约5%~约50%(重量)的混合表面活性剂体系,其包括:
(ⅰ)含组合物重量约1%~约20%的阴离子表面活性剂,和
(ⅱ)含组合物重量约1%~约20%的两性表面活性剂,
(b)约3%~约40%(重量)的不溶的非离子油或蜡或不溶的非离子油或蜡的混合物;
(c)约0.5%~约8%(重量)的不饱和脂肪酸,其平均重量的碳链长度为10~18个碳原子;和
(d)水,
其中阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂一共占组合物重量约5%~约30%,阴离子表面活性剂:两性表面活性剂重量比范围从约1∶5~约20∶1,总表面活性剂∶非离子的油或蜡的重量比范围从约10∶1~约1∶3,并且这里组合物的状态是水包油乳液,其粘度(Brookfield RVT,Helipath,Spindle TB,5rmp,25℃,1min)范围为10,000~40,000CPS,以及屈服点至少为50达因/cm2(BrookfieldRVT,Spindle CP52,Plate Code A,25℃)。
本发明的组合物还优选含阳离子或非离子聚合皮肤或头发调节剂,其含量为约0.01~约5%,优选约0.04%~约2%,特别优选约0.05%~约1%。我们发现这些聚合物对提高乳油化和泡沫质量是有效的,同时对头发或皮肤提供有利的调节作用。
合适的聚合物是高分子量物质(测定的平均分子量,例如用光散射法,一般从约2,000到约3,000,000,优选从约5,000到约1,000,000)。
有用的聚合物是在化妆品领域使用的阳离子、非离子、两性和阴离子聚合物。优选用在化妆品领域的阳离子和非离子聚合物作为头发或皮肤调节剂。
有代表性的聚合物包括阳离子和非离子多糖化物;由丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸得到的阳离子和非离子单聚和共聚物;阳离子和非离子纤维树脂;丙烯酸和氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵的阳离子共聚物;氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵的阳离子单聚物;阳离子聚亚烃和阳离子乙氧聚亚烃亚胺;四级聚硅氧烷,以及它们的混合物。
作为例证,适合于这里使用的阳离子聚合物包括阳离子瓜尔胶,例如羟丙基三甲基铵瓜尔胶(d.s.为0.11~0.22),其商业使用的名称为Jaguar C-14-S(RTM)和Jaguar C-17(RTM)和Jaguar C-16(RTM),除了以上描述的阳离子基团外,其还包含羟丙基取代基(d.s.为0.8-1.1),以及季铵化纤维醚,其商业使用的名称为Ucare Polymer JR和Celquat。其它合适的阳离子聚合物是氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵的单聚物,商业使用的名称是Merquat 100,二甲基氨乙基异丁烯酸盐和丙烯酰胺的共聚物,氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵和丙烯酰胺的共聚物,其商业使用的名称为Merquat550和Merquat S,季铵化乙烯基吡咯烷酮丙烯酸盐或氨基醇的异丁烯酸酯共聚物,其商业使用的名称为Gafquat,以及聚亚烷亚胺,例如聚亚乙基亚胺和乙氧化聚亚乙基亚胺。
这里适合的阴离子聚合物包括亚烯酸疏水型交联聚合物,其具有两亲性,由B F Goodrich出售,商品名为Pemulen TRI和Pemulen TR2;以及由B F Goodrich出售的羧乙烯基聚合物,其商品名为carbopol,它含丙烯酸与聚丙烯蔗糖或聚丙烯季戊四醇(Pentaeythritol)的交联聚合物,例如,Carbopol 943、940和950。
最终组合物粘度(Brookfield RVT,Spindle 5,50rpm,25℃)优选至少为约1,000厘泊(CPS),更优选约2000~约10,000厘泊,特别优选从约5,000~约7,000厘泊。优选的组合物具有非牛顿粘度特性,然而,粘度(Brookfield RVT,Helipath,Spindle F B,5rpm,25℃,1min)范围从约10,000~约40,000厘泊,更优选从约20,000~约30,000厘泊,屈服点(剪切应力在零剪切值)至少为50达因/cm2,优选至少为100达因/cm2(Brookfield RVT,Spindle CP 52,Plate Code A,25℃)。在更优选的实施方案中,本发明组合物显示的剪切应力相对温度图中(S45-S5)/S5小于约0.4,优选小于约0.2,更优选小于约0.1,这里St是在温度t(℃)和剪切值为500秒-1的剪切应力(达因/cm2)(Brookfield RVT,Spindle CP 52,Plate Code A)。
本发明组合物的一个特点是其中所使用的特定表面活性剂混合物既使在高水平分散油相中还表现出满意的发泡特性。虽然其理由不完全知道,但可以相信至少部分反映出本发明组合物的流变特性,特别是当该组合物在与水混合使用时的流变行为。
清洁剂组合物可选择性地包含溶于清洁剂组合物基质的头发或皮肤增湿剂。优选的增湿剂量从约0.5%~约20%(重量)。在优选的实施方案中,增湿剂选自:
1.水溶性的液体多元醇;
2.自然发现的存在于皮肤角质层中的必需氨基酸化合物;和
3.水溶性的非多元醇非包藏物和它们的混合物。
较优选的非包藏物增湿剂的一些例子是甘油、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、山梨醇、甲基葡萄糖的聚乙二醇和丙二醇醚(例如,甲基glucam-20),吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、乳酸、尿素、L-脯氨酸、胍、吡咯烷酮、水解的蛋白质和其它来自胶原的蛋白质,芦荟树脂(aloe vera gel)和乙酰胺MEA和它们的混合物。以上最优选甘油。
另外的许多选择性物质可以加到清洁剂组合物中。这些物质包括蛋白质、多肽和它们的衍生物;水溶性的或可溶解的防腐剂如DMDM乙内酰脲Germall 115、羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酯、丙酯和丁酯,EDTA,Euxyl(RTM)K 400,Bronopol(2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇),苯甲酸钠和2-苯氧基乙醇;其它增湿剂如透明质酸,几丁质,以及淀粉接枝的聚丙烯酸钠如Sanwet(RTM)IM-1000、IM-1500和IM-2500,其可以从Celanese Superabsorbent Materials,Portsmith,VA,USA得到,并描述在US-A-4,076,663中;溶剂如己二醇和丙二醇;低温相调节剂如铵离子源(例如NH4Cl);粘度控制剂如硫酸镁和其它电解质;颜色剂;珠光剂和遮光剂如乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、Tio2和覆有Tio2的云母;香料和香料溶解剂等。水的存在优选占组合物重量约45%~约92%,更优选至少为约60%。
组合物的pH优选为约4~约8,更优选为约4.5~约6.5。

组合物Ⅰ到Ⅶ是通过以下步骤制备的,先制成含水的、阴离子和两性表面活性剂以及剩余水溶性的油不溶性成份的表面活性剂相A;再制成含MA,DEA,Softigen和油的油相B;在约40℃-70℃时混合A和B;冷却到环境温度,然后加入剩余的水、防腐剂和水。乳化液滴的平均粒度为约5微米(Malvern Series 2600激光衍射)。组合物的粘度(Brookfield RVT,Helipath,Spindle TB,5rmp,25℃,1min)范围为10,000~40,000厘泊,屈服点至少为50达因/cm2(Brookfield RVT,Spindle CP 52,Plate A,25℃)。
产品有良好使用性能,在清洁作用、发泡作用、柔和性和皮肤调节作用(水合作用,柔软性等)、易冲洗性和稳定性中提供了有利功效。
Claims (18)
1、一种人体清洁剂组合物,其特征包括:
(a)从约5%~约50%(重量)的混合表面活性剂体系,它包括:
(i)为组合物重量约1%~约20%的阴离子表面活性剂,和
(ii)为组合物重量约1%~约20%的两性表面活性剂,
(b)约3%~约40%(重量)的不溶的非离子油或蜡或不溶的非离子油类或蜡类的混合物,和
(c)水

3、如权利要求1所述组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂含量分别为约2%~约15%(重量)。
4、如权利要求1所述组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂包含乙氧化的C8-C22烷基硫酸盐。
6、如权利要求5所述组合物,其中两性表面活性剂选自通式Ⅱ的咪唑啉鎓衍生物和/或通式Ⅲ的铵衍生物。
7、如权利要求6所述组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂:两性表面活性剂的重量比范围为约1∶2~约5∶1。
8、如权利要求7所述组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂:两性表面活性剂的重量比范围为约1∶1~约2∶1。
9、如权利要求7所述组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂共占组合物重量的约8%~约25%。
10、如权利要求9所述组合物,另外含约0.1%~约20%(重量)的非离子或甜菜碱表面活性剂或它们的混合物。
11、如权利要求10所述组合物,其中非离子表面活性剂选自通式为RO(CnH2O)tZx的烷基多糖化物,其中Z部分衍生自葡萄糖、果糖或半乳糖,R是C8-C18烷基或链烯基,n是2或3,t是0~10并且x为1.5~4;通式R8(CO)N(R9)Z2的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂,其中R9是H、C1-C4烃基、2-羟乙基、2-羟丙基或它们的混合物,R8是C5-C31烃基并且Z2是直链的并且至少3个羟基直接连在所说链上的多羟基烃基,或者它们的烷氧化衍生物;聚乙二醇甘油脂肪酯表面活性剂,其通式(Ⅸ):
其中n为约5~约200,并且其中R包括含约5~19个碳原子的脂肪族基;和所述酰胺或甘油脂肪酯表面活性剂混合物。
12、如权利要求1所述组合物,其特征在于含约5%~约20%(重量)的非离子油或蜡或它们的混合物。
13、如权利要求12所述组合物,另外含约0.5%~约6%(重量)的含平均重量链长为10~18个碳原子的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸。
14、如权利要求1所述组合物,另外含有0.01%~5%的聚合的阳离子或非离子皮肤或头发调节剂,该调节剂选自阳离子的和非离子的多糖化物;来自丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸的阳离子或非离子单聚物和共聚物,阳离子或非离子的纤维树脂;氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵与丙烯酸的阳离子共聚物;氯化二甲基二烯丙基铵的阳离子单聚物;阳离子聚亚烷基和乙氧聚亚烷基亚胺;四级化聚硅氧烷,以及它们的混合物。
15、如权利要求1所述组合物,另外含有选自甘油、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、山梨醇、甲基葡萄糖的聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇醚、羊毛脂醇的聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇醚,PEG(6)辛酸/癸酰甘油酯,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠,乳酸,L-脯氨酸和它们的混合物。
16、如权利要求1所述组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂包括至少50%、优选至少75%的乙氧化的C8-C22烷基硫酸盐,并且其中表面活性剂的配对离子选自镁和镁与一个或多个选自碱金属、铵和烷醇铵配对离子的混合物。
17、如权利要求1所述组合物,其中总的表面活性剂:非离子油或蜡的重量比范围为约5∶1~约1∶2。
18、一种人体清洁剂组合物包括:
(a)从约5%~约50%(重量)的混合表面活性剂体系,其包括:
(ⅰ)占组合物重量约1%~约20%的阴离子表面活性剂,和
(ⅱ)占组合物重量约1%~约20%的两性表面活性剂,和
(b)约3%~约40%(重量)不溶的非离子油或蜡或不溶非离子油类或蜡类的混合物;
(c)约0.5%~约8%(重量)的平均重量碳链长为10~18个碳原子的不饱和脂肪酸;和
(d)水,
其中阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂共占组合物重量的约5%~约30%,阴离子表面活性剂:两性表面活性剂的重量比范围为约1∶5~约20∶1,总表面活性剂∶非离子油或蜡的重量比范围为约10∶1~约1∶3;并且其中组合物是水包油乳化液,其粘度(Brookfield RVT,Helipath,Spindle TB,5rpm,25℃,1min)范围为10,000~40,000厘泊,屈服点至少为50达因/cm2(Brookfield RVT,Spindle CP 52,Plate Code A,25℃)。
