技术领域
本发明涉及一种在使用中具有高安全性的注射器。更具体地,本发明涉及一种注射器,就操作者而言,其具有能够使用单手来移除针的装置,而不会有由于针的尖端刺穿他/她自己而导致操作者意外受伤的风险。
背景技术
众所周知,目前为了能够从注射器中移除针,操作者使用两只手,一只手握住注射器的本体且另一只手从该本体移除针。
首先,应该指出的是,使用两只手进行这种操作并不是一直是可能的,并且此外,从有效性的观点看,这种操作并不是绝对实用的。
对于健康的操作者,可以出现的另一个问题是,需要移除保护注射器的针的针帽,以为了能够进行注射。
在这种情况下,健康的操作者经常发现自己利用一只手握住注射器,并且使另一只手很忙。在这种情况下,为了能够从针上移除针帽,他/她必须借助助手的帮助,或者被迫利用他/她的嘴来夹住针帽并将其从注射器上移除。这当然带来了很高的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在使用中具有高安全性的注射器,其允许用户通过使用单手执行用于移除针和/或移除相关联的针帽的操作。
在此目的中,本发明的目标是设计一种在使用中具有高安全性的注射器,其允许使用者在绝对安全的条件下移除针和/或移除针的针帽,避免任何意外的刺穿。
本发明的另一个目标是设计一种在使用中具有高安全性的注射器,其能高度可靠、相对简单地提供,并且具有有竞争力的成本。
在下文中将变得更加明显的这个目的以及这些和其它目标,通过在使用中具有高安全性的注射器来实现,该注射器包括适于滑动地容纳柱塞的注射器本体,注射器本体具有适于允许配合针的基座端的突出端,其中,该注射器包括用于移除针的装置,该针移除装置插置在所述注射器本体与所述针的基座端之间,所述针移除装置适于沿旋转方向移动,以用于移除针和/或移除针的保护性针帽。

具体实施方式
参照附图,通常由参考标号1表示的根据本发明的注射器包括注射本体2,柱塞3在该注射本体内滑动。本体2在一个端部处以适于容纳针6的基座端5的基本上平截头的横截面4结束,其中该针由针帽7保护。
根据本发明的注射器在注射器的本体2与针6的基座端5之间具有针移除装置8,该针移除装置适于旋转并允许移除针6和/或针帽7。
实际上,针移除装置8由中空管状体构成,该中空管状体适于耦接至注射器的本体2的端部,特别是耦接到这种注射器的部分4,并且适于允许针6的基座端5在其中的拧动(screw)或接合。
因此,具有其基座端5的针6可以拧入本体8中,或者可以借助于针6的基座端5的翼部9互锁,该翼部与限定在管状体8中的相应的狭槽10接合,该管状体构成了用于移除针6的装置。
可能的是在管状体8与针6的基座端5之间提供垫圈11,该垫圈允许管状体8抵靠针的针帽7,从而将其与针脱离。
指向注射器的本体2的管状体8的孔的直径等于或大于针的基座端5的孔的直径。
在替代的实施方式中,管状体8可以成形为在注射器的本体2上滑动,而不是连接到其端部4.
使用根据本发明的注射器如下。
操作者通过单手握紧管状体8(其可以在注射器的本体2的端部部分上滑动)和通过用他/她的手指转动它,导致插入到注射器的本体的端部部分上的针进行旋转运动,从而它可以与注射器容易地脱离。
如果管状体8还抵靠针的针帽7,例如通过插入的垫圈11的方式,操作者可以通过使用单手移除针的针帽。如果垫圈11存在,一旦管状体8已经移动,则垫圈11抵靠针帽7的基部并将其移除。
如果管状体8在针的基座部上拧动,并且可以通过使针在针的基座部上移动(拧动)允许针的针帽的移除,那么它抵靠注射器的针帽7的端部并将其从针上脱离。
如果管状体8在针的基座部上拧动并且可以通过使针在针的基部上移动(拧动)来允许移除针的针帽或针,则该管状体首先抵靠注射器的针帽7的端部以及将其从针6脱离,并且然后,通过继续将该管状体拧动,管状体8到达其行程的末端。在这时,操作者通过继续在管状体上拧动可以使得针6在注射器的突出端部部分上执行旋转运动,这将允许他/她将针6与管状体一起从注射器上容易地脱离(将管状体8和针6从注射器上一起移除)。
操作者通过单手交替地握紧管状体8(该管状体可以在注射器的本体2的端部部分上滑动)和通过用他/她的手指转动该管状体,一旦管状体已经抵靠注射器的端部部分,通过继续使该管状体转动,如果管状体足够长,则将安装在注射器的本体的端部部分上的针向外推动,直到该针与注射器脱离为止。
实际上,已经发现的是,根据本发明的注射器完全实现了预期的目的和目标,因为它允许通过使用单手移除针和/或移除它的针帽,而不会有意外穿刺的危险。
因此,这样设想的注射器易于进行许多修改和变化,所有的修改和变化都在所附权利要求的范围内。
所有的细节还可以被其它技术上等效的元件替代。
实际上,所使用的材料以及可能的形状和尺寸可以是根据需求或现有技术而变化。

Claims (7)
1.一种在使用中具有高安全性的注射器(1),该注射器包括适于滑动地容纳柱塞(3)的注射器本体(2),所述注射器本体具有适于允许匹配针(6)的基座端(5)的突出端,其特征在于,所述注射器包括用于移除所述针和所述针的针帽(7)的针移除装置(8),该针移除装置插置在所述注射器本体(2)与所述针(6)的所述基座端(5)之间并且连接至所述注射器本体的所述突出端,所述针移除装置(8)适于通过转动所述针移除装置而在旋转方向上移动,并且使所述针移除装置在所述突出端上滑动,以从所述突出端移除所述针(6)和所述针的保护性针帽(7),所述针移除装置(8)的旋转运动引起所述针移除装置(8)在所述注射器本体(2)的所述突出端上滑动,所述注射器还包括垫圈,所述垫圈设置在所述针移除装置与所述针的所述基座端之间,所述垫圈布置成与所述针帽接触,以便允许所述针移除装置抵靠所述针的所述针帽,所述针移除装置的旋转首先引起所述针移除装置抵靠所述针帽,使所述针帽从所述注射器脱离,并且然后继续旋转所述针移除装置,所述针移除装置使所述针在所述注射器的所述突出端上执行旋转运动,以使所述针与所述针移除装置一起从所述注射器脱离。
