Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌加气砖砌块制备方法,将高岭土150‑160份、河沙粉50‑60份、水泥10‑12份、炉渣20‑40份、石膏15‑18份、铝粉0.5‑0.8份、碳酸锰0.1‑0.2份和发泡剂15‑18份按传统加气砖工艺制备,然后在砖坯表面涂刷乳胶和纳米银的混合涂层。这种抗菌加气砖砌块经反复研究实验,各组分合理搭配,具备优异的性能的保温隔热、抗震、加工性能等,其表面涂刷了纳米银抗菌层,能阻止细菌微生物滋生,表面抗菌性能优异。

一种抗菌加气砖砌块制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,具体为一种抗菌加气砖砌块制备方法。
背景技术
加气混凝土砌块即通过蒸压加气制成的混凝土块,简称加气砖,是通过高温蒸压设备工艺生产的加气混凝土砌块。“加气砖”可以理解为一个简化的或是一个通用的名称。其涵盖的产品范围应该要大一点,即采用包括蒸压在内的其他各种工艺生产的砖品。加气砖具有自重轻、保温隔热性能好、抗震能力强、加工性能好等特点。
传统加气砖砌块没有抑菌涂层,处于潮湿地方时间一长,其容易滋生细菌额微生物,不能满足多元化需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于增强加气砖的抗菌性能,提供一种抗菌加气砖砌块制备方法。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种抗菌加气砖砌块制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)、将高岭土 150-160份、河沙粉 50-60份、水泥 10-12份、炉渣 20-40份、石膏15-18份、铝粉0.5-0.8份、碳酸锰0.1-0.2份和发泡剂15-18份混合均匀;
2)、兑总重量12%的水搅拌均匀,45-50℃陈化1-2小时,之后进行浇筑;
3)、脱模后经切割成砖坯;
4)、然后在砖坯表面涂刷乳胶3-4份,纳米银0.1-0.3份的混合涂层,80-90℃通风放置12小时,即成。
进一步,所述步骤1)中,制备砖坯的组分为:
高岭土 155份、
河沙粉55份、
水泥 11份、
炉渣 30份、
石膏16份、
铝粉0.7份、
碳酸锰0.2份和发泡剂16份。
采用上述方案的有益效果为:这种抗菌加气砖砌块经反复研究实验,各组分合理搭配,具备优异的性能的保温隔热、抗震、加工性能等,其表面涂刷了纳米银抗菌层,能阻止细菌微生物滋生,表面抗菌性能优异。

下面结合实施例进一步介绍本发明,但本发明不仅限于下述实施例,可以预见本领域技术人员在结合现有技术的情况下,实施情况可能产生种种变化。
实施例1
一种抗菌加气砖砌块制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)、将高岭土 150-160份、河沙粉 50-60份、水泥 10-12份、炉渣 20-40份、石膏15-18份、铝粉0.5-0.8份、碳酸锰0.1-0.2份和发泡剂15-18份混合均匀;
2)、兑总重量12%的水搅拌均匀,45-50℃陈化1-2小时,之后进行浇筑;
3)、脱模后经切割成砖坯;
4)、然后在砖坯表面涂刷乳胶3-4份,纳米银0.1-0.3份的混合涂层,80-90℃通风放置12小时,即成。
纳米银就是将粒径做到纳米级的金属银单质。纳米银粒径大多在25纳米左右,对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,而且不会产生耐药性。用纳米银和精梳棉纤维制成的棉袜,具备很好的抗菌防臭的效果。纳米银粒子由于其良好的导电性,使其在微电子领域占有极其重要的地位。纳米银粒子的表面效应、量子尺寸效应等,使其还具有一些特殊的用途,如表面增强拉曼应用、医学应用等。1.纳米银是粉末状银单质,粒径小于100nm,一般在25-50nm之间。2.纳米银的性能与其粒径有直接关系。研究发现,粒径越小,杀菌性能越强。
实施例2
实施例1步骤1)中,制备砖坯的组分为:
高岭土 155份、
河沙粉55份、
水泥 11份、
炉渣 30份、
石膏16份、
铝粉0.7份、
碳酸锰0.2份和发泡剂16份。本发明制备的抗菌加气砖砌块经反复研究实验,各组分合理搭配,具备优异的性能的保温隔热、抗震、加工性能等,其表面涂刷了纳米银抗菌层,能阻止细菌微生物滋生,表面抗菌性能优异。

Claims (2)

1.一种抗菌加气砖砌块制备方法,其特征是,包含以下步骤:
1)、将高岭土 150-160份、河沙粉 50-60份、水泥 10-12份、炉渣 20-40份、石膏15-18份、铝粉0.5-0.8份、碳酸锰0.1-0.2份和发泡剂15-18份混合均匀;
2)、兑总重量12%的水搅拌均匀,45-50℃陈化1-2小时,之后进行浇筑;
3)、脱模后经切割成砖坯;
4)、然后在砖坯表面涂刷乳胶3-4份,纳米银0.1-0.3份的混合涂层,80-90℃通风放置12小时,即成。
