发明内容
根据一个实施方案,本发明的研磨盘的构造至少包括由可研磨材料制成的内层50和覆盖内层50的表面的至少一部分并且由不可研磨材料制成的外层20。

具体实施方式
涉及本发明的研磨盘对于解决现有问题是有效的。本发明的研磨盘的构造包括由可研磨材料(包含磨料颗粒)制成的内层20和覆盖该内层50的表面的至少一部分并且由非研磨材料(即不含磨粒)制成的外层20。
内层(板)的材料信息
内层(板)50包括至少一片圆形非织造织物5,并且通常包括多片圆形非织造织物片。圆形非织造织物5包括例如非织造织物5基材和保持在非织造织物基材上的磨料颗粒。非织造织物基材可为由有机纤维构成的非织造织物,所述有机纤维由树脂形成,所述树脂诸如聚酰胺(例如尼龙(注册商标)6、尼龙(注册商标)6,6等)、聚烯烃(例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯等)、聚酯(例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等)、聚碳酸酯等。有机纤维的厚度(纤维直径)例如可以在19至250μηι的范围内。
磨料颗粒可根据待抛光的物体而适当改变,并且例如可以是陶瓷磨料颗粒诸如SiC、Al203、Cr205等。磨料颗粒的直径可根据待研磨的物体而适当变化,并且例如可以为0.1至1000μηι。
圆形非织造织物5可通过例如如下方式制得:使用包含磨料颗粒的研磨化合物浸渍非织造织物基材,并且进行干燥和/或硬化。
研磨化合物的示例包括磨料颗粒和粘合剂聚合物诸如环氧树脂、酚树脂等,以及用于溶解粘合剂聚合物的溶剂诸如二甲苯、卡必醇等,并且如果必要的话,硬化剂可包括在抛光化合物中。在非织造织物基材中浸渍该抛光化合物之后,去除溶剂,并且在例如加热炉中硬化粘结剂聚合物,使得抛光磨料颗粒保持在非织造织物基材上。
在将研磨磨料颗粒保持在片状的非织造织物基材上之后,可以通过例如对片状非织造织物基材进行冲压加工来获得圆形非织造织物5,以获得具有图3所示的形状的单独构件。另外,可通过使研磨磨料颗粒保持在已加工成图3所示的形状等的非织造织物基材上来获得圆形非织造织物5。
在圆形非织造织物5的外径上不存在特定限制,但其可以是例如50到500mm,或100到200mm。在圆形非织造织物5的厚度上不存在特定限制,优选地多个圆形非织造织物5中的每个织造物具有相同厚度,但其可以具有不同厚度。在堆叠之前的圆形非织造织物5的厚度可以是例如2到30mm或其可以是5到20mm。
外层(板)的材料信息
外层(板)20包括在压缩状态下硬化的非织造织物2,并且可为与上文针对非织造织物基材所述的相同的非织造织物。
外层(板)20可以通过例如将多片非织造织物片2堆叠成片状,在其沿堆叠方向被压缩的同时使其硬化并且接着对硬化的非织造织物执行冲压加工来获得,从而获得具有图4A、4B所示形状的单独构件。另外,外层(板)20可以通过沿堆叠方向堆叠和压缩已经被加工成如图4A、4B等所示的形状的多个非织造织物2来获得。
另外,外层(板)20可以通过堆叠圆形非织造织物2的多个非织造织物基材、沿堆叠方向压缩并使其硬化来获得,或者外层(板)20可通过堆叠多个圆形非织造织物2、沿堆叠方向压缩并使其硬化来获得。
在优选的形式中,外层(板)20包括在沿堆叠方向压缩时已被硬化的层压体,并且层压体包括多个堆叠的圆形非织造织物。对层压体中的堆叠的圆形非织造织物2的数目不存在特定限制,例如其可以适当选择以满足如稍后所述的优选厚度以及如上所述的优选变形率。
外层板20中的非织造织物可以使用粘合剂来硬化。在本文,粘合剂可例如为包括可硬化树脂和硬化剂的粘合剂。
可硬化树脂可例如为环氧树脂、脲树脂、聚氨酯树脂、酚树脂等。在这些中,环氧树脂可为甲酚-酚醛型环氧树脂、双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、苯酚酚醛型环氧树脂、三(羟基苯基)甲烷型环氧树脂、萘型环氧树脂、芴型环氧树脂、缩水甘油基胺化合物等。
硬化剂可例如为双氰胺(DICY)、酰肼、三氟化硼络合物、咪唑化合物、胺酰亚胺、和铅盐,并且在这些中,特别优选双氰胺。
在优选形式中,包括在外层(板)20中的非织造织物通过粘合剂硬化,并且粘合剂的含量在非织造织物总质量的5至30质量%的范围内。包括这种非织造织物的外层(板)20可以容易地满足如上所述的变形率。此外,此类外层(板)20在抛光过程中可以具有足够大的磨损量,因此可以更有效地进行抛光处理。
本发明的研磨盘的制造过程
图5A和5B是示出非织造织物研磨盘100的制造过程的示例的示意性剖视图。在制造过程中,如图5A所示,首先在非织造织物研磨盘100中,将多个圆形非织造织物2(用于两个外层(板)20)和多个圆形非织造织物5与每个构件以相同的位置关系堆叠。在本文,圆形非织造织物2和圆形非织造织物5必须堆叠,使得其各自的孔形成与轴500接合的通孔。圆形非织造织物2和圆形非织造织物5通过将轴500插入穿过其中而被堆叠。
使用轴500堆叠的圆形非织造织物2和圆形非织造织物5通过保持夹具600沿堆叠方向均被保持在两端。在本文,保持夹具600在中心设有通孔,将轴500通过该通孔插入,使得保持夹具600可沿堆叠方向自由移动。
然后将圆形非织造织物2和圆形非织造织物5使用安装在保持夹具600中的一个保持夹具上的压缩装置650经由保持夹具600沿堆叠方向压缩,以形成如图5B中所示的压缩层压体。
本发明的研磨盘100的方法不限于上文所述。
作为制造本发明的研磨盘100的其它方法,图6所示的方法可以使用。在该过程中,将具有磨料颗粒的多片非织造织物片和不具有磨料颗粒的多片非织造织物片堆积起来,如图6A所示。接下来,通过图6B中所示的具有高压负荷的热压将堆积的多片非织造织物片压入板中。接下来,将板冲压成图6C和6D所示的研磨盘100的形状。
实施例

盘直径150mm、盘厚度;4.5mm
外层的厚度0.2mm/每侧
2)研磨条件;
研磨负荷2kgf,研磨机研磨转速4000rpm,
研磨速度100mm/min)

用钢材制成的两个平板焊接为“对接焊”

4)结果
与当前盘一相比,工件的研磨情况在图8中示出。只有在本发明的盘中,沟槽中的底部在焊接的全长上被研磨。
Claims (8)
1.一种非织造磨料盘,所述非织造磨料盘包括:
内层,所述内层具有相背对的第一主表面和第二主表面,其中所述内层包括第一非织造材料和磨料颗粒;和
外层,所述外层包括布置在所述内层的至少一部分上的第二非织造材料;
其中所述外层基本上不含磨料颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非织造磨料,包括一对外层,所述一对外层布置在基本上整个所述内层的所述第一主表面和所述第二主表面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的非织造磨料,其中所述第一层包括有机纤维和聚合物粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的非织造磨料,其中所述第一层包括多个非织造织物片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的非织造磨料,其中所述第二层还包括可硬化树脂和硬化剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的非织造磨料,其中所述第一非织造材料和所述第二非织造材料相同。
7.一种制备非织造磨料盘的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供多片圆形非织造织物片;
将所述非织造织物片堆叠在轴上;
将所堆叠的所述非织造织物片布置在保持夹具中;
压缩所述非织造织物片的所述叠堆
从而形成压缩层压体。
8.一种在一对侧壁之间的V形槽中研磨钎焊材料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:使所述钎焊材料与旋转的根据权利要求2所述的非织造磨料盘接触,其中所述内层接触所述钎焊材料,并且所述外层接触所述侧壁。
