实施例9 siRNA靶点的变体也可对PDCD1进行有效敲除
根据表1中列出的PDCD1基因的有效的siRNA靶点,在其5’或3’端增加或减少5个以下碱基,或在序列中突变少于2个碱基(以shRNA17为例,序列如下表),或既有碱基的加减也有碱基突变。之后按照实施例1的方法包装慢病毒,按照实施例2的方法对这些序列的敲减效果进行验证,结果表明这些序列仍旧可以起到对PDCD1的敲除效果。
