技术领域
本发明涉及电动车领域,具体涉及一种可变负载远程电动车。
背景技术
目前电动车大都是一个电机上相继连接有减速机与差速器,带动两个车轮行驶。这种结构的电动车驱动机构的驱动动力采用的一个电机,空载时消耗的电力要多,就等于缩短行车里程,相反,如果电机功率太小,就难以满足较大荷载的运输。还有单个电机一旦发生故障,只能停车维修,影响着车辆的行驶。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种根据不同载重选择功率来增加行程的可变负载远程电动车。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,一种可变负载远程电动车,包括车体和前后车轮,所述前车轮和后车轮分别连接功率不同的电机,其中前车轮连接功率较小的小电动机,后车轮车桥上设有功率较大的大电动机,大电机和小电机分别连接控制器,控制器与驾驶室内的转换开关连接,转换开关分别控制大电机和小电机的开闭,电源分别给大电机和小电机供电。
优选的,所述前车轮为1个,小电机位于前车轮的轮毂壳体内部,定子铁心与轮毂固定设置,外部固定有轮毂壳体。
优选的,所述前车轮为2个,中间连接有车桥,小电机通过差速器连接两侧车轮的半轴。
本发明的有益之处在于,根据负载的不同可以灵活选用前后电机的种类,实现质量小、质量大和质量超大三种情况下的转换,整体结构结构简单可靠,有效增加电动车的续航里程,增加整体的可靠性,满足不同需要。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种可变负载远程电动车,包括车体和前后车轮,前车轮和后车轮分别连接功率不同的电机,其中前车轮连接功率较小的小电动机,后车轮车桥上设有功率较大的大电动机,大电机和小电机分别连接控制器,控制器与驾驶室内的转换开关连接,转换开关分别控制大电机和小电机的开闭,电源分别给大电机和小电机供电。
本发明实施时,空车或是载重量轻时,采用前轮小电机驱动,当载重量大时,手动调整使用大电机进行驱动,当质量更大时,大电机和小电机同时驱动,保证进行工作。值得注意的是,更换电机需要在停车状态下进行。
当车辆为三轮车时,前车轮为1个,小电机位于前车轮的轮毂壳体内部,与普通电动车电机结构相同,采用定子铁心与轮毂固定设置。
当车辆为四轮车时,前车轮为2个,中间连接有车桥,小电机通过差速器连接两侧车轮的半轴。
以上所有的车轮直径相同,大电机与小电机转速相等,以保证实施传动。

1.一种可变负载远程电动车,包括车体和前后车轮,其特征在于,所述前车轮和后车轮分别连接功率不同的电机,其中前车轮连接功率较小的小电动机,后车轮车桥上设有功率较大的大电动机,大电机和小电机分别连接控制器,控制器与驾驶室内的转换开关连接,转换开关分别控制大电机和小电机的开闭,电源分别给大电机和小电机供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可变负载远程电动车,其特征在于,所述前车轮为1个,小电机位于前车轮的轮毂壳体内部,定子铁心与轮毂固定设置,外部固定有轮毂壳体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可变负载远程电动车,其特征在于,所述前车轮为2个,中间连接有车桥,小电机通过差速器连接两侧车轮的半轴。
