本发明为一种汽车电子自动变速控制系统和作动器与普通机械变速箱衔接的装置。本发明是利用杠杆增培原理,有效的将作动器的行程,根据不同机械变速器的行程要求增大。同时传递准确的角位移动作。有效的将电子系统模仿手动换档动作轨迹的控制指令。由作动器变为具体动作,在作动器行程一定的情况下,通过本发明,满足不同行程机械变速箱换档位移量的要求。实现自动换档的动作。

Description

一种轿车电子自动变速衔接器
本发明为一种汽车电子自动变速控制系统的作动器与普通机械变速箱衔接的装置。
目前,汽车自动变速所普遍采用的液力变矩器和行星变速器组成的装置,由于本身结构限制,很难应用于面包车以及需通过杠杆操作机构换档的普通机械变速箱,结构复杂。而本发明是利用杠杆增培原理,有效的将作动器的行程,根据不同机械变速器的行程要求增大,同时传递准确的角位移动作。有效的将电子系统模仿手动换档动作轨迹的控制指令,由作动器变为具体动作。在作动器行程一定的情况下,通过本装置满足不同换档行程的机械变速器位移的要求,推动普通单轴换档柄机械变速箱,以实现自动换档和选档动作。
本发明由球头杠杆下端的球头和拉杆球头座组成定位支点。拉杆与球头座为一整体结构,拉杆通过铰接支架与作动器铰接固定。作动器的力矩输出杆通过中间销轴与球头杠杆的中间某一位置铰接。球头杠杆的顶端通过顶端销轴与顶端万向节铰接,再通过连接杆与普通机械变速箱的换档机构铰接。从球头杠杆的球头端到中间销轴的距离,与球头端到顶端销轴的距离之比,就是作动器力矩输出杆位移量,与顶端万向节位移量的放大比例。从而使力矩输出杆的固定位移量满足各种普通机械变速箱换档行程的要求。
作动器输出的角位移α1、α2带动球头杠杆,至使顶端万向节转动α1、α2角度。顶端万向节与机械变速箱的换档连接杆通过止头螺钉固定连接,再通过变速箱万向节将选档扭转的角位移α1、α2传给机械变速箱,完成选档动作。将球头杠杆绕球头的α3、α4角位移变成直线位移传给机械变速箱,完成换档动作。
由于采用上述方案,能在不改变汽车总体结构的情况下,方便紧凑的安装本装置,在作动器不变的情况下,适应多种变速器结构,便于大规模的直接在多种普通机械变速箱上装配。从而大大提高了可靠性。

如图1所示,本发明由球头杠杆(5)下端的球头(13)和拉杆(14)的球头座(9)组成定位支点。拉杆(14)与球头座(9)为一整体结构。拉杆(14)通过铰接支架(10)与作动器(7)连接固定。作动器(7)的力矩输出杆(6),通过中间销轴(8)与球头杠杆(5)的中间适当位置铰接。球头杠杆(5)的顶端通过顶端销轴(4)与顶端万向节(3)铰接,再通过连接杆(12)普通机械变速箱(1)的换档机构铰接。从球头杠杆(5)的球头端(13)到中间销轴(8)的距离与球头端(13)到顶端销轴(4)的距离之比,就是作动器(7)的力矩输出杆(6)位移量与顶端万向节(3)位移量的放大比例,从而使力矩输出杆(6)的固定位移量满足各种普通机械变速箱(1)换档行程的要求。
如图2所示,作动器(7)的力矩输出杆(6)的角位移α1、α2带动球头杠杆(8)至使顶端万向节(3)也同样相应的转动α1、α2角。顶端万向节(3)与机械变速箱(1)的换档连接杆(12)通过止头螺钉(11)固定连接。再通过变速箱万向节(2)将选档扭转的角位移α1、α2传给机械变速箱(1),完成选档动作。将球头杠杆(5)绕支点球头(13)的角位移α3、α4变成直线往复位移,完成换档动作。

Claims (3)

1、一种轿车电子自动变速衔接器,其特征在于,由球头杠杆下端的球头和拉杆球头座组成的定位支点,作动器的力矩输出杆通过中间销轴与球头杠杆的中间某一位置铰接,球头杠杆顶端通过顶端销轴与顶端万向节铰接,再通过连接杆与普通机械变速箱的换档机构铰接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,拉杆通过铰接支架与作动器连接固定。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,拉杆与球头座为一整体结构。
