本发明公开了一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料及其制法,所述浆料由以下成分组成:DOP/DOTP、钾锌稳定剂、AC发泡剂、钛白粉、PVC、糊树脂、碳酸钙、增强剂、OB及D80,余量为D80。本发明制得的浆料提高了成品壁纸的强度和延伸率,并改善了产品的耐磨性和材料表面光洁度,增强了产品的抗老化性能。根据不同的发泡要求,选用不同的发泡剂,即可得到不同层次的成品壁纸,使得产品具有更多样的市场选择性,可广泛适用于壁纸浆料的生产。

技术领域
本发明属于壁纸浆料技术领域,具体涉及一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料及其制法。
背景技术
壁纸,也成称为墙纸,是一种应用相当广泛的室内装修材料。因为壁纸具有色彩多样,图案丰富,豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。壁纸分为很多类,如覆膜壁纸、涂布壁纸、压花壁纸等。通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。因为具有一定的强度、韧度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。具有特殊纹理的壁纸深受大众所喜爱,而目前的壁纸产品在纹理上虽然能够满足要求,但是纹理导致壁纸表面不够爽滑,壁纸易粘在一起,不仅影响其包装运输,还降低了其触感。有鉴于此,本发明人特别研制了一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料及其制法,并将此该浆料应用于壁纸生产中,本案由此产生。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的主要目的在于,针对现有技术的不足及缺陷,提供了一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料及其制法,按照本发明提供的技术方案制得的壁纸浆料具有良好的热机械性能,弹性好,适合凹版套压。
技术方案:一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料,所述浆料由以下成分组成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯即为下面简称的DOP、钾锌稳定剂、AC发泡剂、钛白粉、PVC、糊树脂、碳酸钙、增强剂、塑料荧光剂增白剂即下面简称的OB、闪点在80℃左右的烷烃溶剂即下面简称的D80。
本发明中所述DOP即为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂。该成分也可由DOTP,即对苯二甲酸二辛脂代替。
DOTP的粘度为63mPa.S(25℃),5mPa.s(100℃),410mPa.s(0℃)。凝固点48℃,沸点383℃(0.1)mPa.s,着火点399℃,折射率1.4887,脂含量>99.0﹪,密度0.981-0.986g/cm3,酸度(以苯二甲酸计)<0.015,闪点>210℃,色度(铂-钴)号<50,加热碱量<0.1﹪,经过“SGS”检测不含邻苯二甲酸(16P),是一种环保型,可替代DOP的新型增塑剂。DOTP在物理性能和机械性能上均优于DOP,具有突出的耐电性能、耐热、低温挥发性,是聚氯乙烯PVC的理想增塑剂。DOTP与目前常用的邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)相比,具有耐热、耐寒、难挥发、抗抽出、柔软性和电绝缘性能好等优点。
本发明中所述钾锌稳定剂为液体状,采用LFX-900。LFX-900液体钾锌稳定剂应用于AC发泡制品,可以加快无毒塑化,使发泡孔分布均匀,有效物质量达99.9﹪,其稳定性甚佳。
AC发泡剂:
化学名偶氮二甲酰胺,黄色结晶粉末,相对分子质量116.1,相对密度1.65,细度≥99.5﹪(200目通过),分解温度190℃--205℃,不易燃,发气量为200—300ml/g,发泡剂AC广泛用于聚合物的发泡加工,可以获得均匀,细腻的泡孔结构,产品具有手感舒适,回弹性好,真皮感强的优越性能,它的稳定性好,不助燃且有自燃性。
钛白粉:
分金红石型和锐钛型两种,金红石型晶体结构致密,比较稳定,光学活性小,因而耐候性好,同时具有较高的遮盖力、消色力。
膨胀微球发泡粉:
微球发泡剂是一种核壳结构,外壳为热塑性,丙烯酸树脂类聚合物,内核为烷烃类气体组成的球状塑料颗粒,直径一般10—45微米。它是一种微小的球状塑料颗粒,微球是由一种聚合物的壳体和它包裹的气体组成,当加热到某一温度时,热塑性壳体软化,壳体里面的气体膨胀,微球体积几十倍增大。
PVC:所述PVC为PVC树脂,本发明中选用的PVC树脂为PSL—31沈阳PVC树脂。PSL—31树脂的性能糊粘度低,经时变化小,吸水小,绝缘电阻大,发泡性状,透明性好,具有低温融溶性能,适宜加工发泡壁纸,其中PVC主要来源于产自沈阳某PVC生产厂家。
糊树脂:本发明中选用产自台湾某树脂生产厂家的PR—457树脂作为糊树脂。PR—457树脂是一种低聚合度并且拥有良好发泡效果的乳化粉。
增强剂:本发明所述增强剂为超微细无机新材料,由于其粒径很小,因此比表面积大,表面吸附力强,表面能大,化学纯度高,分散性能好,有着优越的稳定性,补强性,增稠性和触变性,能显著提高产品的拉伸强度,弯曲强度,冲击强度等性能。

一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料的制法:
A、制备钛白浆和AC发泡浆,即在两只干净的料桶分别按钛白粉:DOP=2:1和AC发泡剂:DOP=2:1的比例配制钛白浆和AC发泡浆,用搅拌机分别搅拌钛白浆和AC发泡浆至完全成分散状态;
B、将步骤A中充分搅拌均匀的钛白浆和AC发泡浆运到三辊研磨机进行研磨,研磨完毕后,用测细仪测量,所述钛白浆和AC发泡浆的细度均控制为≤40um,研磨完毕待用;
C、将DOP、钾锌稳定剂和步骤B中得到的钛白浆、AC发泡浆,按比例加入料桶中,用搅拌机匀速搅拌2分钟后,将PVC、糊树脂逐步加入料桶中,边加边搅拌均匀,使PVC、糊树脂到达充分分解状态;
D、往步骤C得到的半成品浆料中加入增强剂进行搅拌,再加入碳酸钙作为填充剂,匀速搅拌3—5分钟,用D80作为降粘剂调到需要的粘度;
E、将浆料静置1—2小时,运到三辊研磨机进行研磨,控制浆料的细度≤40um,然后用100目不锈钢过滤网进行过滤,过滤完毕存储24小时待用。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料及其制法,其有益效果是:
1、按照本发明制法制得的纸浆具有良好的热机械性能,适应温度范围为70℃—80℃,可根据各种加工工艺和应用要求,选择最合适的微球产品。
2、本发明制得的凹版精套压壁纸浆料具有优良的弹性,热塑性壳体有优异的耐压性,表面可承受300公斤/平方厘米的压力,良好的回弹性可以承受各项循环加压/缷压。
3、本发明制得的凹版精套压壁纸浆料具有优异的发泡性能,可达到原来20—70倍的独立发泡效果,发泡后得到的是一种多态的密闭体,具有传统化学发泡剂无法比拟的效果。
4、本发明制得的凹版精套压壁纸浆料,符合环保要求,聚合物微球无毒无污染,可作为环保型发泡剂在高端产品及高附加值产品中使用。
5、本发明制得的凹版精套压壁纸浆料适用于网版印刷。

C、将DOP、钾锌稳定剂和步骤B中得到的钛白浆、AC发泡浆,按比例加入料桶中,用搅拌机匀速搅拌2分钟后,将PVC、糊树脂逐步加入料桶中,边加边搅拌均匀,使PVC、糊树脂到达充分分解状态;

1.一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料,其特征在于:所述浆料由以下成分组成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯即为下面简称的DOP、钾锌稳定剂、AC发泡剂、钛白粉、PVC、糊树脂、碳酸钙、增强剂、塑料荧光剂增白剂即下面简称的OB、闪点在80℃左右的烷烃溶剂即下面简称的D80;
以浆料总质量900g计,各组分质量如下:

4.一种凹版精套压壁纸浆料的制法,其特征在于:
A、制备钛白浆和AC发泡浆,即在两只干净的料桶分别按钛白粉:DOP/DOTP=2:1和AC发泡剂:DOP/DOTP=2:1的比例配制钛白浆和AC发泡浆,用搅拌机分别搅拌钛白浆和AC发泡浆至完全成分散状态;
B、将步骤A中充分搅拌均匀的钛白浆和AC发泡浆运到三辊研磨机进行研磨,研磨完毕后,用测细仪测量,所述钛白浆和AC发泡浆的细度均控制为≤40um,研磨完毕待用;
C、将DOP/DOTP、钾锌稳定剂和步骤B中得到的钛白浆、AC发泡浆,按比例加入料桶中,用搅拌机匀速搅拌2分钟后,将PVC、糊树脂逐步加入料桶中,边加边搅拌均匀,使PVC、糊树脂到达充分分解状态;
D、往步骤C得到的半成品浆料中加入增强剂进行搅拌,再加入碳酸钙作为填充剂,匀速搅拌3—5分钟,用D80作为降粘剂调到需要的粘度;
E、将浆料静置1—2小时,运到三辊研磨机进行研磨,控制浆料的细度≤40um,然后用100目不锈钢过滤网进行过滤,过滤完毕存储24小时待用。
