本发明提供一种壁纸PVC层,按质量份数计,其原料由以下组分组成:塑化剂:250份;降粘剂:70~80份;PVC450树脂粉:350~400份;高温发泡剂:4~6份;低温发泡剂:6~10份;增白剂:80~120份;钛白粉:40~60份;重钙:200~220份;轻钙:40~60份;稳定剂:6~10份。采用高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂相结合的配方,实现二次发泡,第一次在涂PVC皮料时,低温发泡剂起效,增加了纸张的柔韧性和印刷平整度,第二次在压纹时使用,高温使得高温发泡增加PVC厚度,提高压纹的清晰度,使得二者兼具,既满足纸张较好的柔韧性和印刷平整度,又有较好的压纹清晰度。同时,采用高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂相结合的配方,使得稳定剂的用量减少的情况下,能达到同样的稳定效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙纸印刷材料。
背景技术
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DioctylPhthalate),简称二辛酯(DOP),是一种有机酯类化合物,是一种常用的塑化剂。
发泡剂AC是发气量最大,性能最优越、用途广泛的发泡剂。它运用于聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酰胺、ABS及种橡胶等合成材料。广泛用于拖鞋、鞋底、鞋垫、塑料壁纸、天花板、地板革、人造革、绝热、隔音材料等发泡。发泡剂AC具有性能稳定、不易燃、不污染、无毒无味、对模具不腐蚀对制品不染色,分解温度可调节,不影响固化和成型速度等特点。发泡剂AC常压发泡、加压发泡均可,都能连发泡均匀,细孔结构理想。
重钙,就是方解石粉,是重质碳酸钙的简称,是由天然碳酸盐矿物如方解石、大理石、石灰石磨碎而成。是常用的粉状无机填料,具有化学纯度高、惰性大、不易化学反应、热稳定性好、在400℃以下不会分解、白度高、吸油率低、折光率低、质软、干燥、不含结晶水、硬度低磨耗值小、无毒、无味、无臭、分散性好等优点。可根据需要提供不同粒度要求的普通重钙粉、超细重质碳酸钙、湿法研磨超细碳酸钙、超细表面改性重质碳酸钙。
轻钙是轻质碳酸钙,又称沉淀碳酸钙,简称轻钙,是将石灰石等原料段烧生成石灰和二氧化碳,再加水消化石灰生成石灰乳(主要成分氢氧化钙),通入二氧化碳碳化石灰乳生成碳酸钙沉淀,经脱水、干燥和粉碎制得。或者由碳酸纳和氯化钙进行复分解反应生成碳酸钙沉淀,经脱水、干燥和粉碎制得。
能增加溶液、胶体、固体、混合物的稳定性能化学物都叫稳定剂。它可以减慢反应,保持化学平衡,降低表面张力,防止光、热分解或氧化分解等作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种壁纸PVC层,采用高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂相结合的配方,实现二次发泡,第一次在涂PVC皮料时,低温发泡剂起效,增加了纸张的柔韧性和印刷平整度,第二次在压纹时使用,高温使得高温发泡增加PVC厚度,提高压纹的清晰度,使得二者兼具,既满足纸张较好的柔韧性和印刷平整度,又有较好的压纹清晰度。同时,采用高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂相结合的配方,使得稳定剂的用量减少的情况下,能达到同样的稳定效果。
本发明的技术方案是:一种壁纸PVC层,按质量份数计,其原料由以下组分组成:
塑化剂:250份;降粘剂:70~80份;PVC450树脂粉:350~400份;高温发泡剂:4~6份;低温发泡剂:6~10份;增白剂:80~120份;钛白粉:40~60份;重钙:200~220份;轻钙:40~60份;稳定剂:6~10份。
进一步的,按质量份数计,其原料由以下组分组成:
塑化剂:250份;降粘剂:75份;PVC450树脂粉:380份;高温发泡剂:5份;低温发泡剂:8份;增白剂:100份;钛白粉:50份;重钙:210份;轻钙:50份;稳定剂:8份。
进一步的,所述塑化剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)。
进一步的,所述降粘剂为聚醚类降粘剂。
进一步的,所述高温发泡剂为AC发泡剂,分解温度为200℃-210℃。
进一步的,所述低温发泡剂为分解温度小于130℃的发泡剂。
进一步的,所述增白剂为二苯乙烯类、三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类、单三唑二苯乙烯类、双三唑二苯乙烯类或二苯乙烯苯并恶唑类中的一种或二种以上的组合。
进一步的,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸铅、2—乙基乙酸铅、水杨酸铅、三盐基硬脂酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、三盐基马来酸铅或氢氧化铝中的一种或二种以上的组合。
本发明提供一种壁纸PVC层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将稳定剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(2)将高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(3)将钛白粉和轻钙加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(4)将PVC450树脂粉加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(5)将重钙和塑化剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(6)将降粘剂和增白剂加入到搅拌釜中,室温搅拌0.5~1h,得到壁纸PVC层涂料。
本发明提供一种壁纸PVC层的使用方法,包括以下步骤:第一次在涂PVC皮料时,控制温度为140℃-150℃,低温发泡剂起效发泡;第二次在压纹时,控制压纹温度在200℃-220℃,使得高温发泡剂起效发泡,实现二次发泡。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)采用高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂相结合的配方,实现二次发泡,第一次在涂PVC皮料时,低温发泡剂起效,增加了纸张的柔韧性和印刷平整度,第二次在压纹时使用,高温使得高温发泡增加PVC厚度,提高压纹的清晰度,使得二者兼具,既满足纸张较好的柔韧性和印刷平整度,又有较好的压纹清晰度。现有的技术中,仅采用单一的发泡剂,保证纸张较好的柔韧性时,压纹清晰度就较低;保证较好的压纹清晰度时,纸张柔韧性就较差,本发明将高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂相结合,既能够达到各自的效果,又能够互不影响,使得二者兼具,同时,采用高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂相结合的配方,使得稳定剂的用量减少的情况下,能达到同样的稳定效果,清洁环保。
(2)采用重钙与轻钙相结合的配方,重钙太硬,轻钙太柔软,且贵,不利于后期印刷,伸缩变化大,稳定度不好,两者之间采用重钙:200~220份;轻钙:40~60份;这样的配比,既能保证强度,又保证柔韧性。

塑化剂:250份;降粘剂:80份;PVC450树脂粉:400份;高温发泡剂:6份;低温发泡剂:10份;增白剂:120份;钛白粉:60份;重钙:220份;轻钙:60份;稳定剂:10份。
具体的壁纸PVC层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将稳定剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(2)将高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(3)将钛白粉和轻钙加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(4)将PVC450树脂粉加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(5)将重钙和塑化剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;

采用重钙与轻钙相结合的配方,重钙太硬,轻钙太柔软,且贵,不利于后期印刷,伸缩变化大,稳定度不好,两者之间采用重钙:200~220份;轻钙:40~60份;这样的配比,既能保证强度,又保证柔韧性。
尽管上文对本发明的具体实施方式给予了详细描述和说明,但是应该指明的是,我们可以依据本发明的构想对上述实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC层,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸铅、2—乙基乙酸铅、水杨酸铅、三盐基硬脂酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、三盐基马来酸铅或氢氧化铝中的一种或二种以上的组合。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一壁纸PVC层的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将稳定剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(2)将高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(3)将钛白粉和轻钙加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(4)将PVC450树脂粉加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(5)将重钙和塑化剂加入到搅拌釜中,混合均匀;
(6)将降粘剂和增白剂加入到搅拌釜中,室温搅拌0.5~1h,得到壁纸PVC层涂料。
