Abstract
一种驱治牲畜体内等生虫的阿苯达唑混悬液及其制备方法。主要克服现有的片剂药品生产工艺复杂，投服不便，剂量不准，驱虫效果较差等弊端。该混悬液含有阿苯达唑粉，吐温-80，液体石蜡，黄原胶，水，稳定剂。主要制备工艺为：将黄原胶加水配成胶液；置乳化器后加入石蜡油，吐温-80，稳定剂，阿苯达唑粉进行剪切制成。本药品生产工艺简单，质量稳定，投服操作简便，剂量准确，驱虫效果显著。
Description
本发明涉及一种兽药及其制备方法。
我国草原牧区是寄生虫病的多发区。动物的寄生虫感染特别是家畜(牛、羊及猪等)的寄生虫感染，对于养殖业危害甚大，在一定程度上制约了畜牧业的发展。目前国内驱除体内寄生虫广谱的特效药是阿苯达唑，它较其它各类驱虫药更广谱低毒，因而在草原牧区很有影响。但它不溶于水，一般多制成片剂，草原牧区目前应用较广泛的为其片剂，片剂对于牲畜存在服用很不方便的问题，投服操作烦琐，并且易引起牲畜呕吐，造成服用剂量不准确而影响驱虫效果。同时，阿苯达唑片剂制作工艺复杂，价格较高，牧民只能有限的接受。
本发明的目的在于提供一种制作工艺简单、投服方便、驱虫效果好的驱治牲畜体内寄生虫的阿苯达唑混悬液及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：该混悬液含有阿苯达唑粉、吐温-80、液体石蜡、黄原胶、水、稳定剂；各组分的百分比含量为：主药阿苯达唑粉10％、吐温-80为8～12％、液体石蜡18～25％、黄原胶1～2％、水48～62％、稳定剂1～3％。
上述混悬液的制备方法为：按所述组分和配比选取原料后，1)将黄原胶加水配成胶液；2)置乳化器后加入石蜡油、吐温-80、稳定剂、阿苯达唑粉进行剪切，即可获得该产品。
本发明的优点在于生产工艺简单，其产品质量稳定，可放置较长时间不变质，无需要现用现配，可大批量生产，能满足牧区牧民及养殖户对牛群、羊群进行寄生虫病防治用药的需要。该药品为混悬液，比现有技术中的片剂投服简单，剂量准确，采用定量投药器投药，尤其适用于大面积开展家畜寄生虫病的防治，可大大减轻人们的劳动强度。驱虫效果显著，该混悬液分散度大，易于吸收，通过定量投药器直接投入家畜的胃中后，能均匀地较大面积地附着于动物的流胃中，增加原药与胃肠的接触时间，从而提高其药效。其药效优于片剂，应用该混悬液对于绵羊胃肠道蠕虫(按每公斤体重量口服含7毫克原药剂量的药液)驱治效果观察，服药后24小时就可呈现显著杀死寄生虫效果，对除毛首线虫以外的其它线虫及莫氏属绦虫具有100％的驱虫效果。
下面对本发明作进一步描述。
该混悬液系采用阿苯达唑粉加适量的石蜡油，加入适量的黄原胶及乳化、稳定剂等添加剂制成。实际生产时，可取主药阿苯达唑粉10％，吐温-80为10～12％，液体石蜡25％，黄原胶2％，水50％，稳定剂1～3％。制备中先将黄原胶加水配成胶液，置乳化器后加入石蜡油、吐温-80、阿苯达唑粉进行剪切制成。制备过程中因加入胶液并经剪切，使主药原料可制成极细小的微粒，均匀地分散在悬浮液中。在投服操作中系采用定量投药器直接向牲畜口腔内投药，把药液送入反刍动物胃中，使投服既方便又做到剂量准确。

1、一种驱治牲畜体内寄生虫的阿苯达唑混悬液，其特征在于：该混悬液含有阿苯达唑粉、吐温-80、液体石蜡、黄原胶、水、稳定剂；各组分的百分比含量为：主药阿苯达唑粉10％、吐温-80为8～12％、液体石蜡18～25％、黄原胶1～2％、水48～62％、稳定剂1～3％。
2、权利要求1所述的驱治牲畜体内寄生虫的阿苯达唑混悬液的制备方法，其特征在于：按所述组分和配比选取原料后，1)将黄原胶加水配制成胶液，2)置乳化器后加入石蜡油、吐温～80、稳定剂、阿苯达唑粉进行剪切，即可获得本产品。
