背景技术
线路菲林使用固态保护膜对药膜面进行保护防止擦花,而阻焊菲林在使用固态膜时保护膜与菲林结合部会出现纹路,在油墨上出现类似龟裂状纹路,影响外观,无法使用。阻焊菲林使用过程中易出现粘油墨现象,生产时会有返粘到板面及影响曝光等问题,手工清除困难。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种树脂型液态保护膜及其制备、使用方法,能够解决现有技术的不足,具有优异的粘接强度,介电性能良好,变形收缩率小,制品尺寸稳定性好,柔韧性较好,对大部分溶剂稳定。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种树脂型液态保护膜,包括以下重量份数的组份,
150~200份的酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、15~20份的二丙二醇甲醚、3~5份的过氧化二苯甲酰、45~60份的2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、10~15份的4-异丙基苯胺、2~3份的2-溴-3-氟苯酚、1~2份的苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、10~15份的稳定剂、5~8份的螯合剂、8~10份的固化剂。
作为优选,所述稳定剂包括,
15~20wt%的4-叔辛基-6-苯并三唑苯酚、3~5wt%的4-甲氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇、10~20wt%的亚磷酸酯、5~8wt%的季戊四醇、8~12wt%的3,3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯、6~10wt%的4-仲丁基苯胺,余量为乙二醇。
作为优选,所述螯合剂包括,
20~30wt%的亚氨基二乙酸、10~15wt%的乙二胺、3~5wt%的二苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚、8~15wt%的4’-异丙基苯乙酮、6~8wt%的N-乙酰乙酰苯胺、10~20wt%的乙醛酸乙酯,余量为二十四烷醇。

A、将酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、二丙二醇甲醚、过氧化二苯甲酰和稳定剂加入反应釜中,加热至40~50℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
B、将2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、4-异丙基苯胺、2-溴-3-氟苯酚、苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、螯合剂和固化剂加入反应釜,加热至35~38℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
C、将步骤A和步骤B中制得的混合物加入反应釜中,加热至65~75℃,搅拌均匀,保温2~3小时,制得树脂型液态保护膜。
一种上述的树脂型液态保护膜的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
A、使用涂布机将树脂型液态保护膜均匀涂布于菲林表面;
B、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行预烘,预烘温度为40~50℃,预烘时长为1~5分钟;
C、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行固化,形成具有网状结构的高聚物,固化时间为10秒。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:本发明通过加入过氧化二苯甲酰,可以提高二丙二醇甲醚在酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂中的稳定性,2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺可以提高保护膜固化后的柔韧性。稳定剂中的3,3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯可以减慢保护膜柔韧性的衰减速度。苯胺-2,4-二磺酸可以有效改善螯合剂对于酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂和固化剂的螯合作用。固化剂中的甲醛可以抑制烯丙基缩水甘油醚的氧化分解。本发明具有优异的粘接强度,介电性能良好,变形收缩率小,制品尺寸稳定性好,柔韧性较好,对大部分溶剂稳定。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种树脂型液态保护膜,包括以下重量份数的组份,
175份的酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、15份的二丙二醇甲醚、4份的过氧化二苯甲酰、50份的2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、12份的4-异丙基苯胺、2份的2-溴-3-氟苯酚、2份的苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、11份的稳定剂、6份的螯合剂、9份的固化剂。
稳定剂包括,
18wt%的4-叔辛基-6-苯并三唑苯酚、4.5wt%的4-甲氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇、12wt%的亚磷酸酯、6wt%的季戊四醇、12wt%的3,3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯、9wt%的4-仲丁基苯胺,余量为乙二醇。
螯合剂包括,
25wt%的亚氨基二乙酸、12wt%的乙二胺、5wt%的二苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚、10wt%的4’-异丙基苯乙酮、6wt%的N-乙酰乙酰苯胺、15wt%的乙醛酸乙酯,余量为二十四烷醇。
固化剂包括,
22wt%的邻苯二甲酸酐、6wt%的对甲苯磺酸、15wt%的烯丙基缩水甘油醚、5wt%的甲醛、17wt%的甲基丙烯酸异戊酯、10wt%的4-溴甲基联苯,余量为12-羟基硬脂酸。
一种上述的树脂型液态保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、二丙二醇甲醚、过氧化二苯甲酰和稳定剂加入反应釜中,加热至44℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
B、将2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、4-异丙基苯胺、2-溴-3-氟苯酚、苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、螯合剂和固化剂加入反应釜,加热至37℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
C、将步骤A和步骤B中制得的混合物加入反应釜中,加热至69℃,搅拌均匀,保温2小时,制得树脂型液态保护膜。
一种上述的树脂型液态保护膜的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
A、使用涂布机将树脂型液态保护膜均匀涂布于菲林表面;
B、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行预烘,预烘温度为50℃,预烘时长为2分钟;
C、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行固化,形成具有网状结构的高聚物,固化时间为10秒。
实施例2
一种树脂型液态保护膜,包括以下重量份数的组份,
175份的酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、15份的二丙二醇甲醚、4份的过氧化二苯甲酰、50份的2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、12份的4-异丙基苯胺、2份的2-溴-3-氟苯酚、2份的苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、11份的稳定剂、6份的螯合剂、9份的固化剂;
还包括5份的丙烯酸-2-乙基丁酯。
稳定剂包括,
18wt%的4-叔辛基-6-苯并三唑苯酚、4.5wt%的4-甲氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇、12wt%的亚磷酸酯、6wt%的季戊四醇、12wt%的3,3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯、9wt%的4-仲丁基苯胺,余量为乙二醇。
螯合剂包括,
25wt%的亚氨基二乙酸、12wt%的乙二胺、5wt%的二苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚、10wt%的4’-异丙基苯乙酮、6wt%的N-乙酰乙酰苯胺、15wt%的乙醛酸乙酯,余量为二十四烷醇。
固化剂包括,
22wt%的邻苯二甲酸酐、6wt%的对甲苯磺酸、15wt%的烯丙基缩水甘油醚、5wt%的甲醛、17wt%的甲基丙烯酸异戊酯、10wt%的4-溴甲基联苯,余量为12-羟基硬脂酸。
一种上述的树脂型液态保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、二丙二醇甲醚、过氧化二苯甲酰和稳定剂加入反应釜中,加热至44℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
B、将2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、4-异丙基苯胺、2-溴-3-氟苯酚、苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、螯合剂和固化剂加入反应釜,加热至37℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
C、将步骤A和步骤B中制得的混合物以及丙烯酸-2-乙基丁酯加入反应釜中,加热至69℃,搅拌均匀,保温2小时,制得树脂型液态保护膜。
一种上述的树脂型液态保护膜的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
A、使用涂布机将树脂型液态保护膜均匀涂布于菲林表面;
B、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行预烘,预烘温度为50℃,预烘时长为2分钟;
C、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行固化,形成具有网状结构的高聚物,固化时间为10秒。
通过加入丙烯酸-2-乙基丁酯,可以有效减小保护膜在受热后的形变量。
使用上述两个实施例制得的保护膜进行加热形变实验(取两片实验保护膜,长、宽、厚分别为30mm、10mm、120μm,放置在加热板上进行加热,加热温度为80℃,加热时间为30分钟),实验结束后对试验片的长宽分别进行测量,结果如下:

由上述数据可见,采用实施例2可以进一步缩小保护膜在受热时的形变量。

Claims (3)
1.一种树脂型液态保护膜,其特征在于包括以下重量份数的组份,
150~200份的酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、15~20份的二丙二醇甲醚、3~5份的过氧化二苯甲酰、45~60份的2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、10~15份的4-异丙基苯胺、2~3份的2-溴-3-氟苯酚、1~2份的苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、10~15份的稳定剂、5~8份的螯合剂、8~10份的固化剂;
所述稳定剂包括,
15~20wt%的4-叔辛基-6-苯并三唑苯酚、3~5wt%的4-甲氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇、10~20wt%的亚磷酸酯、5~8wt%的季戊四醇、8~12wt%的3,3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯、6~10wt%的4-仲丁基苯胺,余量为乙二醇;
所述螯合剂包括,
20~30wt%的亚氨基二乙酸、10~15wt%的乙二胺、3~5wt%的二苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚、8~15wt%的4’-异丙基苯乙酮、6~8wt%的N-乙酰乙酰苯胺、10~20wt%的乙醛酸乙酯,余量为二十四烷醇;
所述固化剂包括,
20~25wt%的邻苯二甲酸酐、5~8wt%的对甲苯磺酸、12~15wt%的烯丙基缩水甘油醚、3~5wt%的甲醛、10~20wt%的甲基丙烯酸异戊酯、8~10wt%的4-溴甲基联苯,余量为12-羟基硬脂酸。
2.一种权利要求1所述的树脂型液态保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、将酚醛环氧丙烯酸树脂、二丙二醇甲醚、过氧化二苯甲酰和稳定剂加入反应釜中,加热至40~50℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
B、将2,5-二氟苯甲酰胺、4-异丙基苯胺、2-溴-3-氟苯酚、苯胺-2,4-二磺酸、螯合剂和固化剂加入反应釜,加热至35~38℃,搅拌均匀,待用;
C、将步骤A和步骤B中制得的混合物加入反应釜中,加热至65~75℃,搅拌均匀,保温2~3小时,制得树脂型液态保护膜。
3.一种权利要求1所述的树脂型液态保护膜的使用方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、使用涂布机将树脂型液态保护膜均匀涂布于菲林表面;
B、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行预烘,预烘温度为40~50℃,预烘时长为1~5分钟;
C、对涂布的树脂型液态保护膜进行固化,形成具有网状结构的高聚物,固化时间为10秒。
