Description
本发明涉及一种含水配制剂,其包含:
(A)至少一种颜料或至少一种染料,

(B2)芳族磺酸及其相应的碱金属盐,
(C)至少一种选自MGDA、GLDA、IDS和柠檬酸及其相应的铵和碱金属盐的螯合剂,
(D)水,
其中颜料(A)或染料(A)的浓度为5-500ppm,相对于整个含水配制剂,

螯合剂是从水中除去钙和/或镁的盐的许多应用所必需的。实例为在碱性条件下工作的硬表面清洁组合物,例如但不限于自动洗碗组合物,此外还有织物清洁组合物,例如但不限于洗衣清洁组合物。螯合剂如甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)和谷氨酸二乙酸(GLDA)及其相应的碱金属盐是碱土金属离子如Ca2+和Mg2+的有用和环保的螯合剂。它们可代替磷酸盐型螯合剂,例如三聚磷酸钠(“STPP”),后者现在由于环境原因在许多国家被替代。因此,MGDA及相关化合物被推荐用于各种目的,例如洗衣洗涤剂和自动洗碗(ADW)配制剂,特别是用于所谓的无磷酸盐洗衣洗涤剂和无磷酸盐ADW配制剂。为了运输该类螯合剂,在大多数情况下,使用固体如颗粒,或者凝胶或水溶液。
对于自动洗碗和洗衣护理,所谓的单位剂量在商业上的重要性日益提高。它们对于最终用户是非常方便的,因为该单位剂量包含用于洗涤和漂洗步骤的正确量的成分,并且因为它们可容易地由最终用户放入自动洗碗机或洗衣机中,例如参见WO 2002/042400和WO 2011/072017。单位剂量的实例为片剂和丸剂,特别是袋。还公开了呈多隔室袋形式的袋,参见WO2009/112994。
用于自动洗碗和洗衣护理的配制剂的重要配制剂类型可呈凝胶形式。凝胶可原样或者作为单位剂量的一部分或者作为单位剂量出售。
对于袋,已开发了销售特征的各种形式。具体特征是具有两个或多个隔室的容器。隔室可填充单位剂量的不同成分。该隔室可由在施加相应单位剂量的条件下为水溶性的聚合物膜彼此隔开。将该类组分放置在独立的隔室中可能是有吸引力的,该类组分否则的话是不相同的,例如一方面为酶,另一方面为漂白剂,参见例如EP 2 217 690B1。
用于销售目的的一个令人感兴趣的特征也可为不同的隔室可具有不同的颜色。然而,已证明特别是含有螯合剂水溶液的隔室在较短时间内(例如2周或更短)发生褪色。该褪色在商业上是不可接受的,因为在该单位剂量的正常储存期限内丧失了整体效果。此外,消费者可能认为褪色与活性降低有关。
然而,就广告目的而言,希望多隔室容器中的至少一部分螯合剂呈彩色配制剂形式,例如保持其颜色超过14天的彩色溶液或分散体。WO2014/037746公开了在MGDA存在下的褪色。所提出的该问题的解决方案是使MGDA和着色剂处于不同的相中。然而,该解决方案并没有提供奇妙的视觉外观。
因此,本发明的目的是提供至少一种环境友好的螯合剂的着色含水配制剂,其在环境温度下储存超过14天保持其颜色,并且可用作护理组合物如织物护理组合物或硬表面清洁组合物的成分。另一目的是提供一种制备保持其颜色超过14天的含水组合物的方法。另一目的是提供彩色含水配制剂的用途。
因此,已发现了开头所定义的含水配制剂,下文也定义为本发明的配制剂或本发明的含水配制剂或根据本发明的(含水)配制剂。
本发明的含水配制剂包含水(D)作为连续相。水(D)用作螯合剂(C)的溶剂。在本发明的一些实施方案中,水是唯一的溶剂。在其他实施方案中,溶剂包含水(D)和至少一种水溶性或水混溶性有机溶剂,例如乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、N,N-二乙醇胺、N,N-二异丙醇胺和N-甲基-N,N-二乙醇胺。在其他实施方案中,所述连续相不含任何有机溶剂。
水(D)可选自含盐水、蒸馏水和软化水。优选使用软化水。

本发明的容器优选由聚合物制成,优选由水溶性聚合物制成。本发明上下文中的袋由聚合物膜制成。
所述聚合物可选自天然聚合物、改性的天然聚合物和合成聚合物。合适的天然聚合物的实例为藻酸盐,特别是藻酸钠,此外还有黄原胶、角叉菜胶、糊精、麦芽糖糊精、明胶、淀粉和果胶。合适的改性天然聚合物的实例为甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和羟甲基纤维素。合适的合成聚合物的实例为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、聚亚烷基二醇,优选聚丙二醇和聚乙二醇,特别是分子量Mw为至少2,000g/mol,优选3,000-100,000g/mol的聚乙二醇,特别是聚乙烯醇。
本文所用的术语“聚乙烯醇”并非仅仅包括可通过乙酸乙烯酯的自由基聚合,随后将所有或绝大多数酯基水解(皂化)而制备的聚乙烯醇的均聚物。聚乙烯醇还包括可通过乙酸乙烯酯和至少一种选自马来酸、马来酸酐、衣康酸酐、(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(“AMPS”)的共聚单体的自由基共聚而获得的共聚物。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,用于制备容器,特别是袋的聚乙烯醇具有500-3,000g/mol的平均聚合度(重均值)。该聚乙烯醇的分子量Mw优选为6,000-250,000g/mol,优选为至多75,000g/mol。该分子量优选通过皂化前的相应聚乙酸乙烯酯或相应共聚物的凝胶渗透色谱法确定。
优选地,用于制备本发明的容器,特别是袋的聚乙烯醇是无规立构的,通过1H NMR光谱法测定。
用于制备容器,特别是袋的聚乙烯醇基本上具有重复单元(CH2-CHOH)。聚乙烯醇中的羟基大部分位于1,3位,由此形成–CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-CH(OH)-型结构单元。存在少量(1-2mol%)孪位羟基,由此形成–CH2-CH(OH)-CH(OH)-CH2-的结构单元。
可将一种或多种改性的聚乙烯醇而非聚乙烯醇用作聚合物,或与聚乙二醇或与聚乙烯醇组合使用。实例为接枝共聚物,例如用聚乙酸乙烯酯接枝,随后将酯基水解/皂化的聚亚烷基二醇。
可使用不含或含有一种或多种添加剂的聚合物。合适的添加剂尤其为增塑剂如C4-C10二羧酸,例如己二酸,以及二醇如乙二醇和二甘醇。
由于其制备,市售的聚乙烯醇通常具有残留的未皂化酯基,特别是乙酸酯基。用于制备本发明实施方案的容器,特别是袋的聚乙烯醇基本上具有87-89mol%的皂化度。皂化度可根据酯值的测定,例如根据DIN EN ISO3681(2007-10)确定。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,用于制备容器,特别是用于制备本发明实施方案的袋的聚乙烯醇的玻璃化转变温度为55-60℃,优选为58℃,其可例如根据DIN 53765:1994-03或ISO 11357-2:1999-03测定。

在本发明的一个实施方案中,用于制备本发明实施方案的聚乙烯醇,特别是用于制备包含单一的单位剂量的袋的聚乙烯醇用糖,例如葡萄糖、果糖,或者用淀粉部分缩醛化或缩酮化。在本发明的另一实施方案中,用于制备容器,特别是袋的聚乙烯醇例如被马来酸或衣康酸部分酯化。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,聚乙烯醇膜可包含增塑剂。可使用增塑剂来降低该聚乙烯醇膜的硬度。可用作聚乙烯醇增塑剂的合适化合物为乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、聚乙二醇(其例如具有至多400g/mol的平均分子量Mw)、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、三乙醇胺和新戊二醇。至多25重量%的相应聚乙烯醇可被增塑。

在1℃或更高下可溶的聚合物膜和在40℃下可溶的聚合物膜的实例为以商品名由Syntana E.Harke GmbH&Co获得的聚乙烯醇膜。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,用于制备可用于本发明的袋的聚合物膜和优选的聚乙烯醇膜的厚度(强度)为10-100μm,优选为20-90μm,甚至更优选为25-35μm。如果聚合物膜,特别是聚乙烯醇膜的强度超过100μm,则在洗涤循环中需要过长时间来溶解它们。如果聚合物膜,特别是聚乙烯醇膜的强度低于10μm,则它们对机械应力过于敏感。

I.1本发明含水配制剂(AF.1)的制备
步骤(a.1):通过在球磨机中组合40g颜料(A.1)和55g分散剂(B2.1)和5g Na2SO4和95g水(D)而提供混合物,然后通过旋转蒸发除去水,浴温80℃,8小时。将0.2g量的所得混合物用10g蒸馏水稀释。
步骤(b.1):将步骤(a.1)中获得的0.5g混合物与100g(C.1)的40重量%溶液混合。获得本发明的含水配制剂(AF.1)。其pH值为11,作为1重量%水溶液测定。
I.2对比含水配制剂C-(AF.2)的制备
步骤(a.2):通过将10克蒸馏水(D)添加至0.2克染料(A.2)中而制备含有(A.2)的水溶液。
步骤(b.2):将0.5g由步骤(a.2)得到的溶液添加至100克(C.1)的40重量%溶液中。
出于对比目的,将步骤(a.1)和(a.2)的混合物各自用80g水而非(C.1)的溶液稀释。获得了对比含水配制剂C-(AF.3)和C-(AF.4)。
II.颜色稳定性测试
颜色强度在制备后直接测量、在制备后1天和制备后7天测量。测量在23℃下在可见光下以及在波长为366nm的UV光下在28℃下进行。根据CIELAB进行评价。

L*:亮度值,可为0-100。0:理想的黑色。100:理想的白色。

本发明的含水配制剂保持明亮的颜色,而对比含水配制剂要么显示出其颜色急剧衰退,要么甚至变成淡紫色。
Claims (15)
1.含水配制剂,其包含:
(A)至少一种颜料或至少一种染料,
(B)至少一种选自如下组的分散剂:
(B1)至少一种烯属不饱和C4-C10二羧酸与至少一种C4-C20烯烃的共聚物及其相应的碱金属盐,和
(B2)芳族磺酸及其相应的碱金属盐,
(C)至少一种选自MGDA、GLDA、IDS和柠檬酸及其相应的铵和碱金属盐的螯合剂,
(D)水,
其中颜料(A)或染料(A)的浓度为5-500ppm,相对于整个含水配制剂,且其中分散剂(B)与颜料(A)或染料(A)的重量比相应地为1:5-3:1。
2.根据权利要求1的含水配制剂,其中所述配制剂具有8-14的pH值。
3.根据权利要求1或2的含水配制剂,其中所述配制剂基本上不含酶。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的含水配制剂,其中所述螯合剂(C)选自MGDA和GLDA及其相应的碱金属盐。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的含水配制剂,其中所述螯合剂(C)为甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)或其相应的单、二或三碱金属盐或单、二或三铵盐的L-和D-对映异构体的混合物,所述混合物以10-75%的对映异构体过量(ee)主要包含相应的L-异构体。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的含水配制剂,其具有10-60重量%的总固体含量内。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的含水配制剂,其中分散剂(B2)选自可以已与甲醛反应的萘磺酸的碱金属盐。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项的含水配制剂,其中(B1)中的所述至少一种C4-C20烯烃选自二异丁烯。
9.透明或半透明容器,其包含根据权利要求1-8中任一项的含水配制剂。
10.根据权利要求9的容器,其中所述容器由聚乙烯醇制成。
11.根据权利要求9或10的容器,其中所述容器为二隔室、三隔室或多隔室容器,其中一个隔室包含根据权利要求1-7中任一项的含水配制剂,而其他隔室则不含所述含水配制剂。
12.根据权利要求9-11中任一项的容器,其中所述容器为二隔室或三隔室或多隔室袋,其中一个隔室包含根据权利要求1-8中任一项的含水配制剂,而其他隔室则不含所述含水配制剂。
13.根据权利要求9-12中任一项的容器作为用于洗衣清洁或自动洗碗的单一单位剂量的用途。
14.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的含水配制剂在制备用于自动洗碗的凝胶中的用途。
15.制备根据权利要求1-8中任一项的含水配制剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)提供至少一种分散剂(B)和至少一种颜料(A)或至少一种染料(A)与水(D)的混合物,
(b)与至少一种螯合剂(C)混合。
