Abstract

Description

悬艇式设置的带有同步电机 的船舶驱动装置
本发明涉及船舶驱动装置领域并能够在设计制造同步电动机时得到应用,为了直接驱动至少一个螺旋桨,该同步电动机位于设置在船身下边的壳体的流线性设计的壳体部件内。
在已知的这种形式的船舶驱动装置中,采用带有鼠笼转子的三相交流电动机作为电动机,其中转子安放在空心轴上,空心轴本身通过离合器与穿过空心轴内部的驱动轴耦合。驱动轴直接与螺旋桨连接。在这种船舶驱动装置中电动机转子由管状外壳环绕,外壳本身插进鞍形管座状壳体部件里,此部件是固定在船身下边的悬艇式壳体的部件。对电机以及转子轴承的冷却采用淡水,这是从设置在船身上的水箱泵入电动机壳体内部并被导入冷却循环流程的(参见US-A2714866)。
在一种相似结构的船舶驱动装置中,为了通过环绕流线形设计的壳体部件的水进行冷却,交流电机的定子形状匹配地嵌入该壳体部件中。在此,容纳交流电机的壳体部件的内腔以一定压力的水充满。这些水用于轴承润滑和热传导(见DE-C-917475)。
在另一种已知的驱动功率可达10MW或更大的这类船舶驱动装置中,电动机以其定子通过径向设置的连接板支撑在环绕它的外壳内;在此所用的连接板同时用来构成由船身抽出的气体冷却剂的冷却通道。电动机通常采用鼠笼转子同步电机,在此转子可以通过空心的由水流经的驱动轴装置得到附加冷却。另外在这种驱动装置中人们致力于将驱动壳体的最大直径与螺旋桨直径之比选为小于0.65,最好是在0.4至0.5之间。在此要注意螺旋桨直径不能选得任意大。因为上述外径比例影响到推进效率;上述外径比值越小,推进效率越高(见US-A5403216;Kvaerner Masa-Yard公司于1994年4月27日在丹麦哥腾堡召开的“RoRo94”年会上发表的“柴油发电RoRo渡轮新标准”)。
从具有权利要求1前序部分特征-(DE-C-917475)的船舶驱动装置出发,本发明的目的在于,设计一种驱动功率范围在兆瓦级的驱动装置并保证其有良好的推进效率。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的,即,所述交流电动机被设计成同步电动机并具有至少2MW的驱动功率,该同步电动机的转子由永久磁铁励磁转子构成,容纳同步电动机的壳体部件的内腔中没有流动的冷却介质。
在这种结构的驱动装置中,通过采用具有一实际上不产生电流热量损失的永久磁铁励磁转子的同步电动机,对于冷却驱动电动机,并不需要采取另外的冷却措施。由于永久磁铁励磁转子的径向尺寸比鼠笼转子的小一些,驱动电机的径向空间需求量也相应减小。这导致驱动电机壳体的外径与螺旋桨的外径的比例比较有利,使得该驱动装置对于这一数量级的船舶驱动而言具有一突出的驱动效率。尤其可以利用本发明措施来设计船舶驱动装置,使得流线形设计的壳体部件外径与螺旋桨的外径之比小于或最多等于0.4。
在同步电机上采用永久磁铁励磁转子来代替鼠笼转子或集电环他激转子是为公众所知的,特别是对于驱动功率达30kW的电机(见西门子杂志,1975年第49期第368至374页)。人们已设计出驱动功率为大约2至5MW的电机,以用于潜水艇螺旋桨驱动,在此轴向结构很短的而在其外径方面制得较大的电动机设置在船身内部。在这种电动机上,由许多永久磁铁组成的转子的极靴由特殊的钐钴合金制成并粘接在极轴上。这种电动机的定片心组由两个淡水流过的冷却环环绕。淡水在热交换器中通过海水回冷(参见西门子股份公司订货号为E 10001-A930-A29的样品“用于驱动潜水艇螺旋桨的PERMASYN-电动机”和“船舶制造工程公司年鉴”,1987年第221页至227页)。
当按照本发明制造的船舶驱动用于更大功率范围(大于5至10MW)时,还应该注意对绕组端部的有效冷却。为此相宜地在每个定子绕组端部附加设置一冷却装置。当人们选用设置在转子轴上绕组端部内的风扇作为冷却装置,或者通过在每个绕组端部前端设置一管状截面圆环(该圆环具有喷孔而且其内部借助一泵与位于转子轴下部的绝缘油槽连接)时,这个附加的冷却装置可以设置在因电机结构本来就具有的内部空间内而无需其它特殊措施。在这两个方案中冷却剂(可以是空气或绝缘油)以与对定子同样的冷却方式通过环绕的电机壳体来散去热量。
在图1和图2中简略示出了新型驱动装置的两个实施例的纵向截面视图。

图2为带有对绕组端部进行喷射冷却的驱动装置。
图1所示驱动装置由一个流线形设计的,悬艇状的壳体部件1和一个装在该壳体部件中由定子7和转子8组成的同步电机以及一个可以将驱动装置吊挂式固定在船身底部的悬柄20所组成。壳体部件1由空心圆柱状部件2和支撑驱动轴5的轴承端盖3和4组成。在驱动轴的其中一端装有螺旋桨6。
同步电机的定子7形状配合地装在该空心圆筒状部件2中,例如将壳体1的这一部件热套在定子铁心上。在绕组端部8和9处可看到定子绕组。同步电机转子10以所熟悉的方式由永久磁铁励磁转子所构成并借助一支撑结构11固定在驱动轴5上。支撑结构11具有轴向通孔16。
在两个绕组端部8和9内部在驱动轴5上分别装有一风扇12。借助风扇同步电机内部的空气形成旋流并绕流绕组端部8和9。同步电机的冷却整体上主要通过壳体1的该空心圆筒状部件2来进行,在船舶行驶过程中该壳体部件将热量传递给环绕的循环水流。
在图2的实施例中,为了冷却绕组端部8和9,在绕组端部前端分别装有管状截面的圆环13,圆环在朝着绕组端部的方向上具有喷孔。位于驱动轴5下部的油槽14中的绝缘油通过安装在壳体部件1外部的泵被泵进圆环13并通过所述喷孔喷出。绝缘油槽14的热量如同图1中的旋流空气一样同样被壳体部件1吸走(油槽14不包括电机的空气间隙)。喷环13可以附加或不附加在风扇12上。
由于同步电机以其定子形状匹配地嵌入流线形设计的壳体部件1中以及永久磁铁励磁转子10所需径向空间小于鼠笼转子所需的径向空间,壳体部件1具有相对较小的外径d,使得壳体部件1的外径d与螺旋桨6的外径D之间的比值为一相对较小的值,例如为0.35,尽管同步电机的驱动功率达2至20MW或更大。
这种新型驱动装置的结构与悬艇是刚性固定还是旋转安装在船身上无关。因此它也适应于所谓悬挂式转向推进。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于船舶的电驱动装置,该装置由一个在船身下边悬艇式设置的壳体和一流线形设计的用于容纳同步电机的壳体部件组成,在同步电机支承转子的轴上至少连接一螺旋桨,其中为了利用环流所述流线形设计的壳体部件的水进行冷却,该交流电动机的定子形状配合地嵌入该壳体部件(1)中,其特征在于,该交流电动机被设计成同步电动机并具有至少2MW的驱动功率,该同步电动机的转子(10)被设计成永久磁铁励磁转子,容纳该同步电动机的壳体部件(1)的内腔里没有流动的冷却剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,
为定子(7)的每个绕组端部(8,9)附加配置一冷却装置(12,13)。
3.如权利要求2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述附加的冷却装置由设置在转子轴(5)上绕组端部(8,9)内的风扇(12)构成。
4.如权利要求2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,
每个绕组端部(8,9)的前端配有一管状截面的圆环(13),该圆环具有喷孔而且其内腔通过泵(15)与位于转子轴下部的绝缘油槽(14)连接。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述流线形设计的壳体部件(2)的外径(d)最多为螺旋桨(6)的外径(D)的40%。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述壳体部件(1)的一空心圆筒状部件(2)被热套在定子铁心(7)上。
