Abstract
本发明公开了一种蓝藻清除剂及其制备方法,由二氯苯、质量浓度为30%的盐酸、太古油、维生素C和氨基酸调配而成,所述各组分按质量百分计具体为:二氯苯30~40%,质量浓度为30%的盐酸15~30%,太古油10~15%,维生素C 10~15%和氨基酸10~15%,以上各组分质量百分之和为100%。本发明是在淡水湖泊进行水产养殖初期就添加,在蓝藻还没有出现的情况下进行防治,与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:由于是防治蓝藻,就不会发生蓝藻爆发,从而不会造成水生动植物的伤害,也就更不会通过食物链潜在二次污染;本发明防止蓝藻效率高、简单实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种蓝藻清除剂及其制备方法,属于水环境保护领域。
背景技术
随着经济的飞速发展,人类在一些内陆淡水湖泊中进行水产养殖,藻类生物是鱼类和水生动物的食物,在水产养殖中,适当少量的藻类生物可以增加鱼类和水生动物的产量。但是内陆淡水湖泊由于养殖时间长了,会造成水的营养化,
这时在每年夏季高温天气下,蓝藻就会出现大爆发,湖面上会漂浮着一层绿色的、如油漆状的蓝藻。由于蓝藻中的项圈藻可快速产生致死因子,破坏养殖对象的鳃组织,干扰其新陈代谢的正常进行,麻痹神经,使其死亡。蓝藻中个别种不但活体带毒,而且死亡个体分解会产生生物毒素——蓝藻毒素。蓝藻毒素量多时可直接造成养殖对象中毒死亡,即使数量少,也可通过食物链积累效应危害养殖对象,直至危害人体。
于是,在内陆淡水湖泊水产养殖中,进行蓝藻处理是非常必要的。现在主要蓝藻处理方法大都需要投入大量的人力物力进行引清冲污、搬迁污染企业等转移污染方式,并没有从根本上解决污染;如生物法、化学法各类治理蓝藻的方法及处理剂,但至今难以得到广泛、有效的应用,尤其化学方法中药剂加入,会造成水生动植物的伤害,还会通过食物链进入人体,潜在二次污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对于现有蓝藻处理技术只能治标不能治本的弊端,提供了一种蓝藻清除剂及其制备方法,在淡水湖泊进行水产养殖初期就添加本发明蓝藻清除剂,从而从根本上防止蓝藻的爆发。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案:一种蓝藻清除剂,其特征在于:由二氯苯、质量浓度为30%的盐酸、太古油、维生素C和氨基酸调配而成,所述各组分按质量百分计具体为:二氯苯30~40%,质量浓度为30%的盐酸15~30%,太古油10~15%,维生素C10~15%和氨基酸10~15%,以上各组分质量百分之和为100%。
本发明所述蓝藻清除剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下过程:(1)将二氯苯放入质量浓度为30%的盐酸中进行加温,在150℃下完全溶解,过滤后得滤液;
(2)向上述滤液中加入太古油完全混合;
(3)再向混合液中加入维生素C;
(4)最后加入氨基酸,得本发明产品,其中上述各组分的添加量按质量百分计具体为:二氯苯30~40%,质量浓度为30%的盐酸15~30%,太古油10~15%,维生素C 10~15%和氨基酸10~15%,以上各组分质量百分之和为100%。
本发明产品使用方法:使用方法:按每亩淡水水面计,取本发明产品200克,兑水20公斤,全池喷洒。

具体实施方式
下面根据具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明如下:
本发明为一种蓝藻清除剂,由二氯苯、质量浓度为30%的盐酸、太古油、维生素C和氨基酸调配而成,所述各组分按质量百分计具体为:二氯苯38~40%,质量浓度为30%的盐酸35%,太古油20%,维生素C 15%和氨基酸15%。
本发明蓝藻清除剂的制备方法,包括如下过程:将二氯苯放入质量浓度为30%的盐酸中进行加温,在150℃下完全溶解,过滤后得滤液;向上述滤液中加入太古油完全混合;再向混合液中加入维生素C;最后加入氨基酸,得本发明产品,其中上述各组分的添加量按质量百分计具体为:二氯苯30~40%,质量浓度为30%的盐酸15~30%,太古油10~15%,维生素C 10~15%和氨基酸10~15%,以上各组分质量百分之和为100%。
使用方法:按每亩淡水水面计,取本发明产品200克,兑水20公斤,全池喷洒。
实施例1
将4Kg二氯苯放入1.5Kg质量浓度为30%的盐酸中进行加温,在150℃下完全溶解,过滤后得滤液;向上述滤液中加入1.5Kg太古油完全混合;再向混合液中加入1.5Kg维生素C;最后加入1.5Kg氨基酸,得本发明产品。
使用方法:按每亩淡水水面计,取本发明产品200克,兑水20公斤,全池喷洒。
实施例2
将3Kg二氯苯放入3Kg质量浓度为30%的盐酸中进行加温,在150℃下完全溶解,过滤后得滤液;向上述滤液中加入1Kg太古油完全混合;再向混合液中加入1.5Kg维生素C;最后加入氨基酸1.5Kg,得本发明产品。
使用方法:按每亩淡水水面计,取本发明产品200克,兑水20公斤,全池喷洒。
实施例3
将3.5Kg二氯苯放入2.5Kg质量浓度为30%的盐酸中进行加温,在150℃下完全溶解,过滤后得滤液;向上述滤液中加入1Kg太古油完全混合;再向混合液中加入1.25Kg维生素C;最后加入1.25氨基酸,得本发明产品。
使用方法:按每亩淡水水面计,取本发明产品200克,兑水20公斤,全池喷洒。

1.一种蓝藻清除剂,其特征在于:由二氯苯、质量浓度为30%的盐酸、太古油、维生素C和氨基酸调配而成,所述各组分按质量百分计具体为:二氯苯30~40%,质量浓度为30%的盐酸15~30%,太古油10~15%,维生素C 10~15%和氨基酸10~15%,以上各组分质量百分之和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述蓝藻清除剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下过程:
(1)将二氯苯放入质量浓度为30%的盐酸中进行加温,在150℃下完全溶解,过滤后得滤液;
(2)向上述滤液中加入太古油完全混合;
(3)再向混合液中加入维生素C;
(4)最后加入氨基酸,得本发明产品,其中上述各组分的添加量按质量百分计具体为:二氯苯30~40%,质量浓度为30%的盐酸15~30%,太古油10~15%,维生素C 10~15%和氨基酸10~15%,以上各组分质量百分之和为100%。
